They will reopen! They will be back to normal.... They have such a great staff, and for a Théâtre that is usually very full, they keep it extremely clean... Their managers are always roaming around to make sure their guest are taken care of as well...

I really enjoy this theater. The reclining seats are comfortable. I really like the roomy space. No one has to get up when someone is walking in/out the aisle. I didnt use the concession area. Next time I am bringing a blanket because I was chilly. I dont go to theaters often but this experience has changed my mind. The bathroom was clean and tidy. Staff very friendly. 5 star experience.

This is probably the best Cinema in the area. Always clean. Professional staff. We just love going there to see the latest movies.

I love this Regal. It’s nice, so is the staff, and they have nice recliner seating. Get here at least 20 minutes before your movie if you come on a weekend and you’ll be visiting Concessions. The lines get long. Also there’s plenty of parking but most likely if a big movie is playing you’ll be parking farther back. Honestly, I have no complaints about this location.

We enjoyed our trip here. There were no lines. Easy to purchase our tickets on the machine and find our seats. The seats were spacious and reclined too! I just wish they had better selection on food and snacks

The seats are nice but the concession stand is the absolute worst! The butter is behind the counter and they never put enough on unless you make them layer it which then causes even longer lines. If you try to buy an adult drink there is usually only 1 person allowed to pour it and getting that person takes forever. You can miss so much of your movie just because they can’t run that part of the business efficiently. They also did not fill the drink to the top and made the wrong drinks for the kids. This theater needs a major update in the department to compete with theaters that already have many of these updates.

I would give this theatre a zero if I could. Movie scheduled to start at 7:40. It is now 8:00 and they are still showing previews and commercials. No indication of the movie starting. My daughter is falling asleep and I am getting ready to take the family and leave. This really sucks. We will never return............ This is total bs... 8:05 more commercials and previews. Now 25 minutes late.....

Decent food, I love the seats. Staff made us show ID for rated R movie even though we already purchased the tickets just before entering. I’m 27years old. Food took a very long time to come out but I appreciated that the manager was helping behind the counter. The box you get your food in isn’t too realistic to eat out of in the dark. You have no idea what you’re grabbing because it’s all mixed together.

I would give it 5 stars except ... in the bathroom it says employees must wash hands. I waited more than 5 minutes and nobody came to wash them so I did it myself. Other than that everything was excellent

This is a nice place for movies. The do need to get more people in the cooking area and on the front lines. Specifically, now that the ticket booth is closed in the fron lobby and people buy ticket from the counter lanes. Creates to long of a wait for any order. Ticket purchases or otherwise.

The concession stand is terribly managed (not putting much emphasis on “managed”). It takes no less than 15 minutes to move forward two paces, there isn’t any leadership, and multitasking is non-existent among the employees. It’s been 20 minutes since I’ve been standing in line, at this very moment writing this review. Magnolia, get better leaders.

The staff is friendly, but the patrons were rude. There was an older couple sitting next to a gentleman in the seat beside me who grabbed his phone (with the lock screen) for some reason (possibly to check the time) and the old man shouted LOUDLY could you please turn your phone off?! The old couple walked out shortly after, but not before saying I cant take this anymore... as they walked away. I hate to base their rating on this, but unfortunately its a package deal and apparently this location is known for these type of patrons. There was also another patron complained about something else that I wasnt aware of, but they notified theater staff.Also, the audio was noticeably low. I drove up from Miami to see a movie with limited showing, but Im certain I wont come here again.

Been going here for years. Its comfortable, good snacks, great deals. Restaurants nearby, movie times are convenient. We love this regal movie theater.

What a dump! What kind of movie theatre stops selling refreshments while the movie is still playing? In disbelief. I got told the water fountains are still on. Is that a joke? I wont ever be back.I would recommend according this place and going somewhere half decent. This place is a huge disappointment.

Nice theater with plush seating. Seats are individual so you cant really snuggle up with your mate. Other than that theater has comfortable seats coming sound and wise aisles. Enjoy!

This place used to be such a great place for movies but wow how times have changed! Went there on a Saturday night for late show and place was a complete disaster. Line out the door for concessions with only one register open. The bulk of their teenage staff all gathered around the closed end of concession stand goofing off. Manager can’t handle his staff as he has no real authority. Bathrooms disgusting, theaters very dirty and again, no one cares. Very weak response from their corporate office about this. Will seek movie entertainment elsewhere in the future

Last night for the first time in several years I had to buy my movie tickets using the dispensing machine. All the windows were clised because there were no people to attend the public. The rooms are not very large but the seats are reclining and very comfortable. There is no problem with the organization and cleanliness of the place. I recommend regal cinemas.

Love this movie theater drive 30 min just to go there before thats part of why I moved closer ,love the fact that the seats are comfortable and recline , wish they would deliver your food to your seats , they had it before dont know what happened but I will keep you posted it probably was a new hire

Great theater, reclining seats and all the popcorn and snacks you like at the movies! With 16 movie options you should always find your movie at Magnolia. A great place to bring the kids. We saw the 40th anniversary screening of Grease! It was awesome! My daughters favorite movie!

I go to this movie theater because it’s literally 5 minutes away from my house. Unfortunately the bathrooms are sometimes disgusting so I try not to go. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I feel like the carpets need to be replaced or deep cleaned. The reserved seats are somewhat comfortable but noisy when one reclines them. There are better movie theaters but I like the proximity.

The theater is clean and comfortable however theater #6 has horrible sound. Either the air conditioning is loud or the speakers need replacing due to a humming noise. It was very distracting and took away from the movie.

Fun place to be. Has a small game room to keep the inner child occupied before or after the movie. Big lounging chairs to watch the movie. Clean facilities. Food is decent. The staff is ALWAYS wonderful!

Theater is nice, but could use some maintenance on their seats. Too many times Ive gone and the seat is stuck and wont move. Also, too many times the bathrooms need a serious cleaning and the toilets functioning.

Long WaitsWe have the Regal pass so we go quit often, but this theater (not sure about the rest) always have a wait of at least 10 minutes or more to buy tickets. There needs to be a FREE automated checkin, this is ridiculous. They also dont have theater security checks apparently because our movie was full of talking children who were jumping from seat to seat. As soon as we went in the movie theater, 6 seats were taken in our row and 2 of them were ours. We told the kids they were in our seat, they just went over and jumped in other seats until someone told them also, then they just jumped in other seats. Talking the whole time made our experience to the point that we may cancel our membership.

Not the cleanest movie theater at all. Tiny bugs in the cup hold area and the seats. I’ve spoken to the Manager and she didn’t look surprised nor concerned. Please be sure to check your area with your flash light before sitting down.

Nice theater with great recliners and fantastic sound. But their ticket prices are higher than any other theater around. $10 is not bargain rates. Compare to $5 Tuesdays at Cinemark.

Locate in shopping district. Very nice theater with large comfortable, reclining seats and cup holders. Large variety of foods, drinks and snacks to choose from. Get tickets online and reserve your seats beforehand. Lots of handicap parking but need to get there early to secure a spot. Nice restaurants close by and theres usually a local band playing nice jazz.

One of the better movie theatres with reclining seats. The seats do not have a movable armrest making it individual seating. The theatre is clean, lots of room between the rows, the wood detail on the floor and armrest adds a contemporary design. To find your assigned row (i.e. letter) just look on the wall while walking up the stairs...its a bit small. I would definitely recommend it and will go again!

Great place. Has 16 movie theaters in it. Just remodel reclining seats. Games in lobby. You can buy you food there plus the normal stuff. They have beer and wine. They are friendly atmosphere and clean theater. I love going there. Thats a very popular place.

Our experience in Regal Magnolia is really good but really looking forward to watch Bollywood movies/Hindi Movies there.

Seldom I think that if I was white Caucasian. I probably would get away with a lot. The upside is, I have a hairline. Rather look pretty than force pretty.

My wife and I went to the Regal Cinemas Magnolia today to watch the movie, Anna at 4:45 pm on 6/21/2019. We were the only ones at the food counter. There were three people behind the counter doing nothing. A person walked up to the counter while we were waiting and got waited on. Another person walked up and they were waited on. We saw a manager named Trisha and ask her if someone was waiting on the register we were at. She saw we had been waiting and her none customer service response was one of them would soon wait on us.Finally I ask the young boy working at the counter did he see use. He told another you fellow to wait on us. Then a third young women came out and started working. And you wonder why business is slow? The managers need to learn customer service and then they can train the employees.

One of Browards best movie theatre. Situated close to everything. A lot of family time is spent here. Our preferred choice for viewing on the big screen.

I like coming here because its always clean. My shoes never stick to the floor, the seats are spotless, and the bathrooms are great. As for the tech, I wish they had more 3D theaters. But even the theaters with smaller screens have excellent sound systems. I usually see someone working with disability, and I applaud this theater for it.

I dont normally like to complain about trivial things like going out to see a movie, but this Regal theater is frustrating. I live around the corner from Magnolia, but find myself driving further to go to Silverspot in Coconut Creek just to avoid it. Aside from being consistently understaffed, Regal Magnolia for some reason has seats in their theaters that are directly below the screen. Because I had a gift card that couldnt be redeemed online, I had to get my tickets at the kiosk. There was one kid working the kiosk, so after waiting 15 minutes or so to get through a line of about 5 people, his machine crashes and he has to reboot it. My movie had already started playing at that point, but I also know that this theater screens trailers for 20 - 30 minutes after the start time of the movie, so no big deal. Then the kid finally gets his machine back up, but the only seats are in the handicapped aisle and baby bird row directly under the screen. That shouldnt even be an option and I cant imagine any Executive from Regal attempting to watch a movie like that and finding the experience enjoyable. This theater is a great last resort choice to watch movies, but if you have time to go anywhere else (Paragon, Silverspot etc), do that and spare yourself the frustration.

This Regal Cinema has the best recliners!The auditoriums are small, the sound is great and even sitting in the first row is doable.If you catch matinees, tickets are cheap. This theater also offers tons of Fathom Events, like classic movies and live events, like the Met Opera and sporting events.The app is worth using too, so you can buy concessions in advance and skip the line.But while Regal focused their renovations on the auditoriums, the rest of the theaters is meh. The lobby still feels old and stale and the bathrooms are kind of gross. But the auditoriums make up for that since that is where you’ll spend 90% of your time.

Customer service was always ok at this location. I like the reclining seats but it gets very cold in the theater especially if youre a thin guy like me. Always get a long sleeve shirt or something to keep you warm during the movie! It does not seem like they clean the cupholders because they are often sticky. A lot of times I just see popcorn on the floor when I enter the auditorium or the hallway and it takes some time for them to notice and clean it up. Seats are too close to each other in my opinion so it feels awkward to sit comfortably if there are people next to you. All in all, I give it a 3.

Great theater! They have spacious reclining seats and the ticket prices werent too bad. Major negative is you are expected to reserve your seats. Thats great so you can buy tickets in advance and dont have to get there super early, but if you dont do it and arrive and buy tickets at showtime you may be sitting right up front or your group will be split apart.

Horrible horrible horribleThe managers need to do a better job in the concession stand. You have multiple movies starting around the same time so it’s going to get busy. Instead of helping out or actually looking to see what’s going on their both in the back talking and “refilling” the popcorn containers. I missed out of my movie time. Oh and not to mention the manager walked away once the line was gone. Very disappointed to the point that I’m writing this review while still in the movie theater since the movie is practically ruined now.

16 small cozy modern Theaters with reclining seats

I was very impressed on how relaxing and clean this Regal Cinemas was. The wait to buy my ticket was nonexistent and finding theater 10 was very easy. My only tiff was there was a couple using thier outside voices having an on and off conversation during the feature. This wasnt the theaters fault. I dont hit the flicks as much as I used to, so maybe this is what people do during the movies now. All in all this experience was GREAT : )

The young guy with long hair at the front desk was more concerned with balancing his coins so that theyd stand up instead of helping my boyfriend and I. We shouldve just used the kiosk. As we bought our tickets he randomly selected our seats stating it didnt matter cos nobody else had bought tickets. A while after we sat down, obviously people started showing up, and its awkward when someone has to ask you to get out of their seat cos we didnt even get to pick our seats and were not sure where we were even seated. After shifting through my purse to find the receipt , he literally sat us in some of the worst seats. We sat there to avoid any other awkward encounters. The theater was nice, despite there being popcorn in the cushions of the seats that I had to pull out. Cleanliness could be better, and maybe the dude up front should pay more attention and actually let people pick their seats.

This is one of my favorite theaters to go to on date night with my husband. We haven’t had any problems here and the restrooms and theaters are usually always clean!

I have been coming to this theater for a while now. This is a great neighborhood theater in the Parkland/Coral Springs area. They show great current movies with quality projection. The theater is always kept clean and the workers are always friendly. However, I have a couple of complaints, hence the 3 star rating:1. For one thing, this theater has reclining seats and while I enjoy them, this theater has to have some of the worst ones I have seen. The leather is cold and stiff, and when you recline, you cannot recline all the way unless you use ALL YOUR MUSCLE to push it back all the way. Why a manufacturer would implement this idiotic feature is beyond me and it sometimes makes for an uncomfortable experience.2. This theater is unfortunately quite basic and somewhat outdated. I have been to other Regal and AMC theaters and they put this one to shame in terms of updates. For the amount of traffic it gets (always busy here) it is shameful that the owners do not spend a single cent to add some simple upgrades to the theater, such as modern decor.These are really my only complaints, if this theater can address these, it would be perfect.

Another awesome Experience here at magnolia where everything happens!! Came to watch the Avengers and as soon as the movie starts guess what happens??? The 3D doesn’t work! So I ran out and asked the ticket guy named Phillip, what was going on and he says “everything is going to be ok I’m already taking care of the situation, my guy is handling it now as speak!” Like who says that?? How awesome could someone handle a huge inconvenience with such composure! I went back in to see if it was fixed and thanks to Phillip and his guy, it was!! The movie was awesome and so was the service! On behalf of the city of Coral Springs and Chief Pustizzi, and myself... please give Phillip a raise and promote him. The Avengers was awesome! 5 star experience!

I prefer Magnolia over other movie theaters. With a touch of a button The seats recline. The theaters are always clean. They serve beer and wine along with your regular fountain drinks. They have a pretty extensive menu at the concession stand. All items are high priced but arent most movie theaters !? I like this place because its clean, comfortable and when ever there has been a issue where i felt like i needed to speak to the manager they always fix it promptly.

Pretty miserable experience with the concession stand starting with the clerk declaring our line was closed and walking off leaving ourselves and a mother with her child marooned at the back of the 10 person deep line next to us. The clerk was indifferent to our request to at least check out the mother and kid in front of us so they wouldnt be late for their movie but they walked off ignoring us. Probably the rudest level of customer service Ive experienced, typical protocol is to close the line but let the people who have stood in queue while it was open to check out.Secondary items were waiting 14 minutes for someone to remember to retrieve the items we ordered at the concession stand, and then the absolutely trashed and unstocked condiments area. No straws, paper towels everywhere along with syrup puddles. Seriously, it is peak service hour not end of shift.Overall Im very dissatisfied with the indifference of the concession stand stand staff, especially with how they ruined the evening of the lady and her kid in front of us.

Its what you might expect from a typical movie theater--nothing more. The food is basic. The lobby area is not updated. The seats are a little disappointing though. They lift your legs, but do not really recline because it wasnt designed with enough space. The location is good because its right next to a Ben & Jerrys.

Personal very friendly. Theater clean. Had a hamburger, the bun was nothing but grease. I got grease all over me the fries were good. It looked like the bun fell in grease they could have given me another bun.

Ive been going to regal since I was 8 so it does have a special place in my heart. In recent years they have added some great reclining chairs too. I will say that their snack and food menu could do with a bit of an update though. Otherwise, they are a wonderful neighborhood theater.

I just moved to Florida. this is the movie theater that I go to. I’ve been there a few times and I’ve had great experiences every time people are friendly and I really like the set up of the place. The seats are nice and comfortable and they’re clean.

I go to this theater regularly. Its very nice. Yesterday I went with a group of people, and even though the box office salesman was being rushed by the people in line, he gave us courteous service. The manager was extra thoughtful to one of our group was elderly and not sure where to go. My experience was happy because of these kind people.
