Absolutely adore this find! For a community focused and open space. This is it. I read a few reviews that said “small” but I’m not into 70 people jammed in a room. I took a class called Hips Don’t Lie with Lotus, she is a beautiful soul. This class was so freaking FUN and challenging. If you love to move your body and have ever wanted to feel the movement of dance and yoga together? This is the space to go. Laughter and connection included with mind, body & breath. Connect to your feminine and move those hips. And no I’m not a dancer, I’m very much a sticky hips mover. But this made me feel so energized and happy. Give it a try, I highly recommend this space.

Went here to say hi to the owner and studio managers. Ran into Adela who told me a little bit about the studio and what they stand for.PLAY was a beautiful spot with art on the walls and relaxing music. The studio has seasonal welcomings, art events and dance therapy! This is my top recommendation for any yoga studio in Coral Gables.

I absolutely love this place. Not only are the teachers amazing, but they have the most engaging workshops in Miami. I attended the Mother Daughter Circle with my daughters last month. What an amazing experience!! A must try!

This is a really nice studio. I went for a yoga class and it was very well done. I might describe it as professional, peaceful and effective. Highly recommend it.
