Love this place. It is serene, lush green and historical. There are both paved and unpaved trails, which is mostly in shade, so good to go during sunny days. This is in historical coppell old town, so you will have plenty of things to do.It is near the community garden place.

Good place for a walk but the trail isnt very good for bikes. Historical site. Sam Houston camped here. Works Progress Administration built some of the trail and structures. Junction of Dallas, Denton, and Tarrant Counties. Senior Center/Event Center and community garden here too.

Beautiful place for a walk, hike, family picnic and for a portrait photography. It’s kid friendly. It’s one of the most historic preserve of the county. It has picnic tables, cooking grills and paved parking that have been provided by the City of Coppell. Hunting and the use of alcohol, bicycles, horses, motorized vehicles or fireworks are not permitted within the Preserve. I love visiting this park and never ever get bored .

Nice small park. The front entrance and pathways look great. But it could use some upkeep on the backside.

Good for a short walk or picnic. Not big enough for running. Trails arent marked clearly or maintained very well. Most end in a dead-end.

History abounds. Beautiful park. Opportunity to see slate formation under the Trinity tributary. The entire area was an undersea zone during the early ages of time. The Biodeversity Facility isnt far away to explain what life was like back in prehistoric times in this entire area. The president of Texas camped in Grapevine Springs Park with intentions of signing a treat with the indigenous tribes, but they never showed up. Sam Houston waited for weeks right here in Coppell,Texas.
