The staff here is amazing! The front desk and management have been very helpful changing lessons or dates. The swim instructors are nothing short of wonderful! My son has primarily worked with Yalisha and Ezra and they have been very patient with my kiddo (who just turned three) and I couldn’t be more thankful and look forward to many years with this swim school.

The owner, staff and instructors are all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and comfortable. My daughter is learning well and loves all her teachers. Communication is great with email and text reminders and they are happy to work with you to makeup any missed classes

During this rough time, they ensure that your health is safe. They have social distancing marks and hand sanitizer everywhere. There changing area is limited to few stalls. They have light students in each lesson. We joined once they reopened on June 1, 2020 and my kids are enjoying it to the fullest!

Excellent place to learn swimming, my daughter enjoys to go there always. She started with fear, but the teaching method and small groups maximum 4 students in designated zones made her comfortable. The instructors are great, whether they are working for a while or new as all of them teach same teaching methods. At the beginning, we used to ask for the same instructor, but it did not bother us as they all teach using childrens progress card as it gets updated when they learn some new skills every time. Management is great, manager always responds quickly if you need any help or have any concerns. He listens to all your requests and helps you get answered. I read few reviews, and they were very demanding, asking beyond the company defined policies. Check it out, it is an awesome place, way to go Aqua-Tots Coppell!!

My 5 year old daughter has been going to Aqua-Tots (Coppell) since Fall 2019 and recently progressed to Level 4. The instructors are doing a great job of not only teaching her the required skills but also making the learning process a lot of fun for her. She looks forward to her swim class every weekend and as parents there is nothing more satisfying than that. Additionally, the admin staff is extremely polite and very accommodating with make-up classes due to cancellations. I highly recommend this swim school !

My kid enjoys Aqua Tots a lot. She goes 1 time a week. The baby classes are well managed and I recommend very much. Also, the management is really nice. There is no need to worry about your money when cancelling a class. You schedule a make-up with no additional fees. They also have free WiFi and comfortable lounge to rest. The bathrooms and dressing rooms are very clean so my baby can get cleaned neatly. I really recommend Aqua Tots Coppell.

Swimming lessons are really nice because the instructors go deep into the lesson plan. The manager told us they get trained before the instructors join. Management is really nice. The bathrooms and changing rooms are mopped after each class. Front desk will help you with anything you need like makeups, scheduling a new class. The location is nice because it is near my apartments.

During this tough time, I just want appreciate how much they are doing. They only charged 50% of April and gave full month of makeup lessons for FREE! It is one way of helping each other during this situation.

The experience at this aqua tots swim school has always been positive. The front desk staff are always available (with a smile) to answers any questions about rescheduling, vacation breaks, etc. The instructors concentrate on the childs positives during the swim class and mention the points to improve or concentrate on in the next classes. The warm water through the whole year does help keep the children willing to attend class.

My child went to aqua Tots (Coppell) and really enjoyed the experience. The swim coaches and the customer service helped my child achieve her goal to swim easily. After my child swims, she changes her clothes. The bathrooms and dressing rooms are clean and well maintained. Also, they have private birthday parties with the whole pool and fun games.

Management answers questions and give me polite answers. The front desk helps me make up any classes my child did not make. Instructors give me a detailed explanation after my sons class. He is currently in Level 6 and learning something new everyday.

School and teachers were good, gentle and accommodating tiny toddlers needs and health conditions. Make up classes were provided without any issues. Communications through emails were always prompt from class reminders to general notifications. Had no issues till date and will definitely recommend.

We were looking for swim lessons for my child Zuri. We tried couple other places before here. Aqua tots is little far for and we tried nearby swim places. Some reason, Zuri did not like any of the swim places, but she liked aqua tots a lot more than anything. They have good lessons plans, they are also age and skill appropriate. After swim practice, my child changes clothes and when I first went there, the changing rooms and the bathrooms were tidy. Lastly, the customer service and management is easy to approach. I totally recommend this place for swim lessons.

Aqua tots is a good school to learn swimming. They have very dedicated instructors and flexible timings. They were very patient with my son who had the fear of water. Now he enjoys swimming..I want to also thank Stella in the front desk who is super friendly and nice, who has scheduled many of our make ups without any problem.Diego, the best instructor! His patience and dedication is amazing! He is a perfectionist.

Aqua Tots Coppell is a wonderful place to learn swimming. They have great staff and the swim instructors are kind to the students. The front desk is wonderful and works well with parents. The instructors go step by step with giving an equal opportunity to each child.

My son has been learning swimming at Aquatots from past 4 years. Today he is an excellent swimmer and we jumps into 12ft pools without hesitation. He has mastered different strokes. He started off as an infant and I was with him in the water initially. Now he is in the swim club and enjoys it very much. Aquatots Coppell staff has been always courteous and very flexible with our schedule. They made sure we used our make up classes and focused on kids learning more than anything else. The instructors here were not only professional but also were entertaining. The location has been well maintained and clean at all times. I would recommend this place without any reservations.

Aqua tots is the best place for kids who want to start their swimming calsses. Heated Pool and is well maintained. Best instructors, timings are convinient. They provide makeup classes in case if we miss any.

My kids go to this center for last 5 years. They have very good staff and provide great feedback about the kids progress. The front desk staffs are very friendly and accommodate any class changes/preferences. Overall I am happy and they help my kids learn swimming. My Kids are always happy to come to the swimming lessons.

Like it and also kids loved it. They provide snacks for a $1.00 after practice. Not expensive at all. I recommend it

I would recommend Aqua tots to all kids, there is no comparison to their teaching and flexible options around town. Great school and friendly staff. I am amazed how quickly both my girls learned how to swim and my older one has made it to the swim team. The teachers take time to teach girls the fundamentals and strokes. My younger one loves her instructor and is very enthusiastic to get to class every week. Diego - thank you so much for all that you have done with Tia, she has progressed very well and loves you as her teacher.

My daughter is always really excited to go to practice. My live 20 minutes away, but it is worth the drive. I want all the parents to send their kids at Aqua Tots Coppell.

5.0 star rating 10/13/2018Both my daughter and son have been going to Aqua-Tots in Coppell for more than a year and it has been a wonderful experience for them as well as for us as parents.Especially my son had an unusually high degree of fear of water. Instructors have been very patient with him and worked with him to gradually overcome his fear and now he is very confident in the water and thoroughly enjoys his swimming lessons.Furthermore, the front desk staff are very nice and polite, and have been accommodating our requests for make-up lessons without any hesitation.Would highly recommend to anyone!

A wonderful swimming experience! Our children look forward to their weekly lessons and the staff are friendly and flexible! Aquatots has made this process easy and fun for the girls, I highly recommend them!

My daughter is in level 4 and her instructor name is Bonnie. She is really good, teaches swimming in playful manner, motivates students and provide us the right feedback. At first I read the reviews and did not like it. When I started with my 5 year old kid, I was amazed after her trial class.

This aqua-tot swimming classes are horrible and not satisfied. Cause swimming pool is small , dirty, and smelly.and some of trainer are really timepass trainer. I ll never recommend this swimming school.other hand if you want to quit there is a guy in Coppell school he is always force you to not giving your money back if I’m not taking classes. Horrible ,horrible horrible experience .

My daughter has been attending this location for about six months. She is a special needs child, so she has benefited from taking a one on one class. She has learned a great deal from her instructor. Before, we attended this school, our child took group classes in the summer in which she did great, but this school has done an excellent job in instillingsqimming skills to her. We are pleased with being able to go year round. The pool water is nice & warm. My daughter takes a little longer to get dried off & change after swimming lessons, the staff doesnt seem to mind us taking a bit longer. They understand & even keep the music playing even when the school is closing. The owner Nick is really nice & hired very good swimming instructors. My husband & I like being able to observe my daughter during her lessons. The waiting room is clean, cheerful, & comfortable. The staff has been super accommodating when we needed to reschedule. The instructors are very skilled & we are very happy with our childs progress.Updated Review: My daughter will be going here two years this coming August. We are super happy with the results of her swimming. She started off in level 3 & now she is at level 6. Her instructors all have been very good with her. She has learned so much & now she is a better swimmer than me! The office staff are very accommodating with changing schedules, & very polite. We are very pleased with our daughters improvement. (Coppell location) We took our baby for a class, the Russian lady at the front desk was so great. The things I didn’t like were ..1) pool water wasn’t that warm2) the room itself wasn’t warm enough for little babies3) changing areas are horrible, they don’t have changin table in the pool room itself so in order for you to change for your LO is basically leaving the pool area which was freezing cold! I went home and the next day my baby got sick .I personally would NOT go back.

This place is great for kids who must learn Swimming. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. My daughter started at the age of 3.5 years. She started with no knowledge in swimming. She is now swimming independently and part of the Aqua tots swim club. Thanks to all the teachers who helped in grooming her throughout.Your team Rocks !!!RegardsVinay

My both children were very beginners and hesitate to get in the water. We tried couple of other places including other swim schools and recreational centers but they had no curriculum in place and no progress, no feedback until they finish the term. When we started here at Aqua-Tots Swim Schools in Coppell, they learned a lot and now they can swim like a fish. They have a strong curriculum with trained instructors. We are very satisfied with the staff and management, they told everything up front when we registered for the swim lessons including make up policy and minimal rescheduling charges. I had no issues with that as they accommodate your child in another day without overloading the class size of max 4. I read other reviews and I wont agree with those comments. The management and staff try very hard and inform everything upfront and no surprises. They ask you 30 day notice when you want to stop the lessons and they pro-rate your tuition fees. Other places, you need to give them notice at the beginning of the month and if you miss the day, you need to stay for the current month and next month. Most of the reviews/comments which I read here were not genuine and when I was waiting for my childrens swim lessons I had seen/heard few(many) families negotiating for everything including published pricing and wanted to break the policy by asking all kind of discounts and exceptions. The place is very tidy, the staff keeps them clean after every lesson of 30 minutes, the pool is very warm and even babies can enjoy the water. It is not intimidating and good size pool for learning all the strokes. I had seem some parents/adults learning swim lessons here as well. The coaches are great, smiling, very patient, go through the relevant skills in each level. One of my child was completed all the 8 levels and the second one is almost done. I strongly recommend to explore this facility and dont get judged with the negative reviews. Walk in yourself and they are ready to provide all the information, management was always there for you if you need any help. I feel sorry that they get attacked by few customers who want to break the rule/policy and if management tries to explain the policies, here they come to write the negative reviews. Along with my children there were may other children learned and graduated successfully but those families wont come forward to provide their experience though their children got learned all the swim skills, only those who want to break the rules?!?Keep up the good work Coppell Aqua-Tots!!

The only reason I put one star is because of the instructors, my kid had this one named Diego and he was amazing, he knew perfectly how to do his work and I saw that my kid was learning quickly and having fun with him. But the management was terrible and seems it’s only about the money.

The only reason I give it two stars is bc the instructors were great. Management will not answer questions, danced around till I just finally gave up. They charge you if you have to reschedule a class due to sick child...its all about the money and not the experience for the kid when my daughter, who loves to swim, told me she was bored because she already knew this stuff (manager refused to start her in higher level than very bottom even after I showed a video of her Swimming in our pool) I pulled her out. Granted, you have to give a 30 day noticed....more than expected if you are quitting a job. We paid but didnt even show up for the last two lessons....couldnt bring myself to walk in there again.

I have had a very bad experience with Aqua Tots. It is mainly the fact that they are unprofessional and disrespectful to the time their customers put into bringing their child here to learn how to swim. It’s always a pain to schedule a class even with notice given a month ago. Every single class the instructors start teaching late and finish early.

I am searching for swimming lessons for my little one again and to my surprise this one came out the first in Google. The experience in this swimming school---the Coppell one--- was a nightmare. I want to make it clear that the coaches there are great!The front desk staff was ok though not so helpful. The manager himself is an absolutely failure. I was going to take my son off for 2 months so wanted to close the account for that period and re-join in. He then stopped one remaining class for my son without letting us know before hand. My child is a special need child and was so so so so upset when we came there and everyone in his team was in the water while he was told his last lesson was stopped. It took him longer time than typical kids to understand the situation. I was trying to talk to the manger but he said to me coldly without giving me a glimpse , stop talking, I am busy and continued to sweep off the little tadpoles along the corner of the wall. I waited for 30 minutes or something. He would insist to charge me one more month as well. I eventually cancelled the payment from the bank side. I wont recommend this school to any one.

Last week at aqua-tots Irving a young boy pushed my 3 and half year old daughter accidentally or intentionally we dont know for sure into the pool and she was under water drowning for nearly 10-15 seconds my wife ran around the designated viewing area and into the pool area and frantically got the attention of the instructor that was nearby to save our daughter ...this is was such a traumatizing experiencing for my daughter and entire family. the instructor was very nonchalant about the whole thing and quite frankly never apologetic to us, nobody from management team even reached out to us to check if our daughter was ok or offer any sort of apology for the obvious instructor negligence and horrible company policy of no parents allowed into the pool area...what if my wife was busy or in the bathroom, only God knows what nightmare could have happened. after the fact , nobody called us or reached out until two days later in response to a long email my wife wrote...there is one instructor and no lifeguards to watch over the children while the instructor is teaching 1 on 1 ....this is a huge problem and i will make sure that this does not happen again

Couch is good, giving full attention to kid. Mgmt is not supportive, they charge additional money even after informing them in advance when not making it to class. So many rules in favour of school.

Hi I worked here and it was a nightmare!! Mgmt picks favorites with everyone and its nearly impossible to get his attention. I went over a month with no pay because he was lazy with paperwork. It seems like the instructors care a lot for the kids. A lot of them spend a lot of time trying to make sure each of is 100% ready to move on. But front desk is the one who decides when the child is ready to get moved up or down, so its commonplace to have a child pulled from class to get moved up even if the child is still struggling.I love working with kids, I really do. But the disorganized nature and endless harassment from mgmt if youre not a favorite takes all the fun out of it. If you do not teach a child to the letter (my belief is that every child needs special attention on how to learn) youre the problem and at a threat of being fired because you didnt throw a frightened child into the pool.Two stars only because the instructors (most of them) are strong and care a lot, even for being fresh out of highschool for most of them. Could be an awesome place if mgmt got their stuff together!!!

Aqua Tots Coppell cheats its customers by re-scheduling paid private lessons with group lessons. They make it difficult to re-schedule a swimming lesson if your child gets sick. They are quite money oriented and will charge you a fee to re-schedule a lesson. They cancelled 3 days of lessons for pool maintenance and did not offer any make-ups or credit. Swimming Instructors are good. Management is unfortunately not so good.

My daughter goes to the Plano Tx location and its a horrible place. Instructors seem to never know what is going on. They must have a high turnover rate of employees because it seems like they are always training. Communication from staff is also lacking. They also unexpectedly cancel classes at last minute.We are paying $180 a month ... Not worth it!! Please go somewhere else.

This place has potential, but its bogged down by being terribly disorganized. The instructors seem top notch, and while my daughter has learned here I dont think Ill be going back.

The owners are money oriented, when my kid is sick i called them, they said their system is not allowing to change the makeup classes and they cant to anything. I will not go back to here.
