Just moved into this community 4 months, very quiet and clean. I agreed with some neighbors regarding parking space. Hard to have visitors without proper parking space. Other than that, thank you Stephanie for keeping this community a pleasant and safe place to live.

Management has improved with response time, however I think the lot rent is way too high and goes up $20 every year since I moved here. The area is nice. I wish they would take better care of the grounds with all they money they make off the lot rent you would think they could afford to deck the place out. Very very little parking space for visitors, cars not allowed on the street after 10pm or will get towed and believe me they dont mess around with that. Stinks though, because my friends and family can never find a place to park. Multi family homes take up all of the visitors spaces and that isnt fair to those of us who follow the rules.

I have friends that just moved in here. Seems like a nice place. Very clean and well maintained lawns. Also has a childrens play area and a small pool.

Stephanie is awesome! She has been working so hard to help me buy a home here! I recommend this community to everyone... They really seem to want to help.

Good place to live. Rent is high due to high tax Coppell, and occasional water line breaks. Some may dislike the airport noise, but you get used to it and the airport is convenient.

Great trailer homes for a cheap price, and the residents there are very nice and welcoming.

Close to high rates schools and safe for raising kids.

It looks like a ghetto community, but the neighbors are really friendly and welcoming!

Management and the corporate office dont pay attention to the residence here at Golden Triangle and Oak Park.
