Was looking for a long time to find a good place to play basketball, and this was perfect. Dedicated time to play pickup (king of the court style), friendly staff and ownership, well maintained facilities, and dedicated workout spaces in the back. There are also shooting machines to use when one of the 5 hoops are open and training staff on site. Highly recommended!

My wife noticed PickUp USA while driving by on Sandy Lake in Coppell. Great place for basketball focused exercise and cant beat the shooting machines to improve your shot! The specific times for pick up games allows you to avoid showing up at a gym and nobody being there to play basketball. The weight room has everything necessary to get a good lift in and the staff is very friendly. Ive seen quite a few kids doing individual or group training sessions, which Id of loved to have had access to when I was younger. I previously had a membership at Lifetime, but I like this unique setup being focused primarily around basketball and not just a general fitness center. Im thankful my wife spotted this place and Im thankful I dont live in an area without access to one like it!

This place was a great gym a while ago until the management change. The new management does not care about the customers at all. They only enforce covid rules for some members and let others do whatever they want. They are extremely unprofessional and bad with money. I highly recommend to stay away from this overpriced and poorly run gym. Sadly they will probably be out of business soon if they continue their ways.

STAY AWAY!!! Do NOT waste your time! The service is terrible! Management has no clue what they are doing. Trainers are leaving the company left and right. I would definitely not take my child back here ever again! You’re better off just going to the YMCA.

They treat you like family and they always have excellent workouts making you work all the muscles of your body without compromise the safety of their athletes. They will make you improve in everything.

I thoroughly enjoyed meeting Cameron. The facility is clean, well lit and monitored by the counter staff. I love the focus they have about the youth. Skills and instructions are always on the agenda and when was the last time you played pick up basketball and had a referee calling the game? I look forward to coming back.

Nice, clean and friendly atmosphere. Family friendly place. The owners are nice people. We were greeted with a great big smile and welcome when we entered, by the general manager. Wish they had this in Illinois!

If youre looking for a place to work on your basketball skills, look no further. The staff is amazing and the trainers are great. They run officiated pickup games and the games are always fun. if youre looking to just work out, then they also have a dedicated workout area with different machines. 10/10 would recommend

Pick Up USA is a great all-around gym. It has NBA size courts and is fully equipped with weight lifting equipment. They have coaches that will help you work on your game and help you became a better player. I definitely recommend the membership!!

Great gym! Been coming since it opened, a couple of years ago. Staff is great. Always clean and professional. Gabe is doing a great job as the general manager!! Officiated games 7 days a week. Great for pickup ballers!

My son liked basketball but wasnt confident. This place took him to levels of skill and confidence we couldnt imagine. The group training, pick-up games and one-on-one training have brought him to love the sport. Hell spend 2+ hours practicing and playing non-stop and ask to stay longer....

This facility is a perfect place to have a balanced workout and skills practice, particularly for anyone with a passion for basketball or fitness. I was greeted at the front desk by Sam, who gladly assisted and informed me of their gym and its’ memberships. However, all of the staff were both professional and knowledgeable of their craft. Although I didn’t personally have a trainer, the kids there were having a blast and referees were officiating some pretty competitive pick up games. Overall, the facility and equipment were very clean and well maintained.

Excellent facility, this place is for everyone who loves the game of basketball. Great pick up games everyday with officials I mean this is a basketball players vision of having a health facility strictly focused on hoops and nothing else 5 stars.

PickUp USA is a perfect place for my son to train, workout & play basketball. The staff is friendly, helpfu and passionate about basktball! Coach Gabe is a very motivating trainer and I love his passion for the game. Its awesome to see how the way he interacts with his trainees bring the best out of them.

I knew the old management and was not impressed, when it changed to new management I thought things would change but its still bad. The training stuff is ok, but the managers are very bad at responding to emails or phone calls and have very very bad communication. We have not been credited for the month that classes where canceled and still dont know when classes woll resume but yet they are charging my credit card when a credit was supposed to be applied to my account! the staff has yet to figure out how to handle this. I have called multiple time and the voice message goes to google voice? How reputable is this? I am losing hope now and would not be recommending this place!

This place is a great place to play basketball and workout. Very clean and very friendly staff. We had a minor issue with the payment processing and David Tairu stepped in and gave me a call and resolved the situation right away and unlike most companies accepted blame and was very customer friendly. That is very hard to find these days. If your wanting a great place to workout, play basketball or get your child top rate training this is the place and I would give David a call.

I went there to try it out for the second time. Yet immediately a guy said since I had already came once I had to get a membership. He said one day is $20. That is insane. $20 bucks for one day even if I am only there for 1-2 hours. He didnt even budge when I asked if he could lower it a bit. Plus he said it is $300 for a year. Do the math. Thats $25 bucks per month. He asked for $20 for 2 hours

I am not someone that believes in giving negative reviews on a public platform but this place has really tested my patience!!! All I am trying to do is cancel my membership. Its been 3 mths since I did that but I keep getting calls and emails saying my acct is past due. I called Pickup several times to confirm and all the time every rep I spoke to said I didnt have an acct and didnt owe anything. today I received an email saying I was past due for $60..when I spoke to the billing dept they said that Pickup had cancelled my membership but not agreement and that they needed to do that. I call Pickup again and the Rep has no clue what she is doing and what is happening. I have been back and forth with these people and have wasted too much time. Not to forget, my credit score is being impacted for somebody elses inefficiency!Its just ridiculous that such a small issue cannot be resolved. The whole system really sucks!

My kids love this place. They are learning a lot and enjoy the pickup games which give them the ability to play with a wider range of ages. The equipment is state of the art and the staff are all friendly and knowledgeable.

Gym literally went downhill in a matter of days. New management and horrible customer service. Over priced memberships and the basketball courts are plastic I believe. Horrible on your knees.
