It is good place for kids to spend time, but if u take yearly membership, just remember to call them to cancel it, in my case its an yearly membership but then it changes to month to month after that, and when you ask them about it, they will throw the legal argument in face stating its written in there. Even when I asked them before finishing the year they mentioned your last payment would be on xx day, if that doesnt sound like the contract gets over, not sure what is, and yeah the CC will take ages to reply which is bs and you cant even move the membership from 1 location to another. Sigh, good place but really bad business practices

Spent a couple of hours here with the kids. They had a great time and were planning their birthdays before we left. Jumpers must be barefoot or use special jump socks which can be purchased at the counter.There are a few pay-to-use massage chairs for adults as well as an upper floor lounge to relax in. At this time the lounge area doesnt offer much, a few couches, TV, WiFi, and large windows to watch the kids play.For smaller kids (9 & under) there is the largest tube playhouse I think I have ever seen. There is also a small obstacle course they will enjoy. Everything is pretty well padded.The gym looks like a work in progress with a bit of an industrial look in places. The bathroom was mostly clean. The staff was very friendly. When we left the district manager walked out with us and thanked us for spending our afternoon with them.It is very easy to get run over by the kids, so watch yourself.

Weve been to a few of these, and the formula is pretty similar at all of them. Of course lots of different jumping areas, some sort of climbing area (like a climbing wall or ninja course), dodge ball, and other things to make each one slightly different. The truth is, overall the activity part of each one is pretty similar, so the difference is all in the experience. My personal feeling about the experience here is pretty unimpressed. First impressions are everything, and this place is so hard to find. We were in the parking lot, right next to the place and it was hard to spot. The sign is tiny, and not extremely legible at a glance as youre moving through the parking lot. Secondly, this is a crowded shopping center and parking sucked. We found a place to park practically on top of Sandy Lake Rd and headed inside. The front counter and entry area were clean and well staffed, and the people up front were pleasant and friendly. The girl up front told us where to go for the party we were attending and we headed back. This is the part where I started to notice the difference between this tramp park and many others. The birthday boys mom was left to herself to sign the kids in and hand out the wrist bands for kids attending the party - why wasnt there an employee there to do that? Every other place does that for you, including the one where we had a birthday party for our kid. Next, we went to watch our child play and I was stuck first by how cramped the layout is, getting around in this place is tough and somewhat awkward, with tight walkways leading up to the play areas in front and back. If there was a need for people to evacuate the play area quickly, it would be a disaster. Then, I noticed that there were no employees monitoring what was going on in the play area. There were plenty of people in the front, in the concession area in the rear (more on that) but not one person watching the kids playing. Meanwhile, there are big kids and little kids running around, ignoring the posted rules. So, the concession stand - very strange as you must go to the front to order and pay, and then go all the way to the rear to get your order. Also, there isnt much to speak of as concessions go anyhow. Soft drinks, candy, and a few machines that dispense more candy and some strange ice cream thing. Overall, its not a great experience. Any other trampoline park has the same attractions, with better supervision and easier movement around the play area. The party was okay, but I cant say that Id spend my own money to go back. Theres one right up Sandy Lake in Grapevine thats much better, and a new one in Lewisville thats also quite nice. Save your money here and try one of the others in the area instead.

Family Fun Time! Took my son here and he really enjoyed it. It was a good size of space. We will visit this location again.

I often bring my boys here to burn off energy, I got them passes so we come 5-6 times a month. Friendly staff made of teenagers, so it’s pretty laid back. I only gave 4 starts because when I had my sons birthday party this past November the host wasn’t doing a good job, we got everything together ourselves and we still didn’t receive everything that came in the package.

Decent indoor option if you are purely here to let your children burn off some energy. Don’t look for any value in anything otherwise. Concessions are a joke, if it’s even open. No food options. Very little for beverages. “Adults lounge” has TV’s... that don’t work. Not much seating available outside of the lounge area. Virtually no supervision going on amongst all the chaos. Seems like once you pay and get into the park, they care nothing else about you or your needs. I’ve looked a quite a few of the reviews left on google and I honestly do not know how their rating is as high as it is. And honestly can’t believe that no one from Urban Air has replied on any of the comments. Further reiterating their general lack of continued customer service.

This is seriously the best place to have a birthday! We had a mess up with our party but they quickly fixed it and made it perfect for us!! The kids loved it. There wasnt employees running around yelling at the kids like at most jump parks, they were letting them be kids and have fun! We are going to have the next birthday here in a month. You will not be disappointed! Both my sons are special needs and love this place. Everyone is so accommodating! Management is also wonderful.

A group of 4 kids attacked my sons friend and punched him. There was no one to monitor to stop from any attacks from happening. When we complained to the manager, he didnt do anything and walked away. When i went the second time to complain, he said there is only one person to monitor the whole arena and he probably didnt see it happening. The bullies stayed, went to different area to play and we had to leave the place. Very unfortunate and ugly situation and unfair for us to leave rather than the bullies. I wouldnt take my kid there again. Not safe.

Although we had fun, this place charges you $2.50 for specific rubberized socks. When we got in there not only did we see people in the trampoline areas without the paid for socks, but people with shoes, belts, cell phones, etc. Practically every rule was broken by at least one or more people. When I brought it to the attention of an employee, they rolled their eyes and didnt even attempt to correct the people who were in violation of the rules. Its a shame that this place employs children who dont care about safety, but I guess thats why you sign a waiver so you cant sue anyone.

We attended a birthday party there and had a blast! Most of the kids were 5 or 6 and they ran around jumping and climbing on everything. This has much more to do then most trampoline parks we have been too. I would highly recommend it for kids of all ages. Also pizza was delicious!!

Excellent birthday party experience. Everything from the setup to the host was excellent. We were upgraded to the ultimate bday party for half the cost and it was well worth it.

We had a blast! Everything was great and sooo much fun.BUT!!!!!When we were fixing to leave my daughter needed to go to the bathroom. As we were walking towards it a female employee walked out of the family bathroom fixing her clothes. No big deal. That was until a male employee also walked out of the exact same family bathroom right behind the girl. My daughter looked at me and asked why they were both coming out of the bathroom together!! Incredibly innapropriate!!! This should NOT be happening in a place of employment especially around children!! What I witnessed today was beyond raunchy. These employees need to be fired!!! There is absolutely no excuse for it. I am sooo livid.

I came here today with my friends and had a blast! The front desk girl, Rachel, was fantastic and very helpful with telling us about the regular prices and memberships! Manager Sergio was such a cool dude making sure we were having a good time! We will definitely recommend this park to our friends and come back again because we had so much fun here!

Staff is very friendly and very helpful around the facility. The place is very well ventilated and there is always something to do with the wide selection of activities and play areas. Would definitely go here often with my friends :)

Son wanted to do a trampoline park party again so booked at the Coppell location after reading the reviews. The Arlington location was horrible at hosting us the year before. Here we received an excellent host, Richard. He was very good with all the guests who came in. Everything was set up and soo clean before we arrived. Needs all taken care of. Never did I have to make a request or remind the host for anything because Richard was on it! Employees monitoring around the park are good with kids, no yelling at them here. Lots of areas for adults to sit to watch the kids jump. Definitely recommend.

This place you cannot bring outside food in with you for the hours that you are with the kids but they have no food to eat there, especially for adults sitting while kids play or to order for kids to eat while there playing for hours, they will order a pizza for you from somewhere that will take an hour or so to arrive. This place needs some kinda concession stand with food available for customers that come bring there kids to play that aren’t there for a birthday party. The TVs in the adult lounge didn’t work either. Great place for kids to play no pleased otherwise.

This has to be the best urban air we have been to. The manager Alicia greeted us as we walked in and answered questions. Very nice lady. This was a little bit of a drive for us. We live closer to the urban air in frisco but this is worth the drive.

Paid for ultimate package and they couldn’t locate it and marked us for regular package3 - promised for a table arrangement and couldnt provide4 - staff unavailable and not at all helpful on the event day5 - host arrived late and delayed the arrangements6 - promised for basic arrangements and were out of supply7 - with ultimate package the host is suppose to be present in the event room all the time, had to walk down and ask for assistance for every single need8 - a very nice place with an unprofessional staff, I mean each and every one of them

Had a great time at urban air tonight. i got to jump with my five yr old son and we had a blast and he is leaving tired which is the best part about urban air. bought the socks for $2.50 each; my son loves the grips at the bottom and he thinks they make him jump higher. staff very nice and energetic. looks like the trampoline supervisors really like this job. kudos to them.

AWESOME! I am a full time nanny so any time I can catch a break while the kids are happy and entertained is a win-win. The facility was very clean and organized and I felt completely at ease letting the children play freely, as I could tell the staff was highly attentive. One employee I noticed in particular was someone.. I cannot remember what his name tag said I believe it started with a D (blond teenager). I could see his smile from across the room! Overall, the entire staff was full of helpful, happy workers. VERY PLEASED!:-)

Coppell urban air is awesome! There’s so much for the kids to play on and they loved the warrior course. Justin at the front was so kind and friendly! We will be back!

I booked a party months in advance after touring the jump park and read the reviews. Richard toured and since he did a good job I wanted him if possible to be the host. Before booking keep in mind it is cicis pizza and they are overcharging for the pizza. You can’t pick it up yourself you can’t bring any outside food. You can bring cake and goody bags and decorations that’s it. No outside drinks. When I booked the party I originally requested a specific room. The day of the party comes I was told to go to a different room. Refused and mentioned I spoke to the manager (Sergio)they put notes in the system . The girl up front made a face and is like okay there’s no one in there you can go to that room. Goes to the room , room is dirty I had to rush to clean before guests arrived. My host was not even there it was time of the party. Guests arrived I had to go to the front desk wait for someone to assist me and asked where is my host , I noticed Richard was there and said if possible can I have him as a host. Then 2 persons hosts gets there and Richard and the other girl are confused who’s the host so then they leave the room (party time has already started) come back 15 min later Richard finally gives wrist bands. I did not get my private dodgeball as listed included nor any favors for the kids as listed included. Richard was no where to be found I had to look for him to get more wrist bands. I truly regret having my daughters party there , I’m surprised there’s so many good reviews maybe the employees write them or corporate to boost sales but it was truly a poor experience. P.S management was no help, nor the corporate office. Don’t waste your precious memories at this location. They don’t care for your experience the employees there just want a paycheck. The Facebook page has accurate reviews on their party experience don’t be me and trust the google reviews!!!!

My kids love this place! It’s never overly crowded and I love the parent’s lounge upstairs for me to hang out while they play. Great way for them to get some exercise and have fun while I work on my laptop or just chill with a god book or on my phone!

I have been to this place a few times. Individual visits as well as birthday parties. I had my sons birthday party last week here. Basically you come here and jump, as simple as that, great fun for kids. I would recommend this place for birthday parties. I would like to thank Ethan for helping us with arrangements, he was great.4 star because they dont allow our own socks, only their socks allowed. They rather prefer kids bare foot which is strange policy, hope they change it.

I meant to do this review while I was there, but I had so much fun I forgot all about it!!! Last week I took my 6yr old son who has autism to sensory jump on Sunday. This was our first time there and as soon as we walked in the door, Andre the front desk worker welcomed us with a big smile. My son loved him, he was joking with him and giving him high fives, he just loved it. You could really tell he cared about us and it made the whole experience for my son so much better. The park was super clean and the whole staff was very professional for there age, but as I said Andre made it even better I’m very surprised he isn’t a manger yet!!!

We had a great time! Chris, the manager is very helpful and hands on!! His employees are engaged and very aware of all the jumpers and their needs. I highly recommend this facility for your jumpers!! I have visited other trampoline parks and this by far is the tops! Its a great place to get together with groups also!

I had such a great time with my friends, we really loved the place. Sergio was such a great worker, he is so good with coordinating his staff to get on a task when it needs to be done i would recommend this 10/10 for anybody that would like to jump and just hang out at such a chill, relaxed, laidback adventure park.

It has always be fun taking the kiddos to this location. The staffs are always helpful with the kids especially directing and explaining whats the programs entails. Will always come anytime.

Ethan and Bianka were very helpful and we had an overall blast. Throwing dodgeballs at each other with my squad was super fun and overall all the people were very chill and helpful.

I would give this place 5 stars BUT my experience with the cashier wasnt so good. It was my first time there and they made me sign a waiver. All my kids info had to be there, for me it was kinda weird cause we where there to play, not to sign a bunch of papers as if we were applying for some sort of government thing. Well, I asked the lady, why they needed my kids info and mine, her response: Just in case your kid gets hurt, you dont sue us and try to get our money she said this with an attitude. I understand the place is trying to protect themselves, but the way she said it wasnt the right way. Sometimes is not about what you say, is how you say it. Would I recommend this place to my family and friends, well I would think twice.

My church and I brought 30 of our younger kids (6-14). They had a blast. Never have I been to a trampoline park that was clean and didn’t smell like feet!! I will bring my own family here next time. It was awesome!
