We have to say this one if the best RV parks on the west coast. Our site was a pull in and had views of the Coos Bay. Large sites with huge fire pit. The amenities were outstanding as well. The park is well managed and fun for everyone. Kelly and her staff are Awesome!

It was really fun to be there and theres a lot to do, especially with friends. Everything was super clean as well including the bathrooms. Its always fun to go to the bay when the tide is out just to see the difference. The biggest downside was not being allowed to walk around at night but its understandable with the surrounding area. A fire siren went off while i was there as well which was scary as it was midnight and there was no explanation at first.

Great place and great location. Customer service in the office could be better. We wanted to extend our stay by another night and asked for something closest to our location spot we had to move across the facility we noticed plenty of open spots right next to our original reservation. The staff was great and friendly around the park. It’s a stunning place and so convenient for us since we fish in the bay boat ramps very close . As a photographer the sunsets are gorgeous.

Pet friendly modern cabins. Great location. Everything you need stocked inside the cabin, which includes utensils, cookware, dishes. We brought our dog and they had a goody bag packed with extra bowls, leash, towels and furniture cover. Nice touch! I cant think of a single thing the cabin was lacking. Our friends took their child swimming every morning and said the pool was awesome. Already planning to come back & have told our friends about this place.

Bay Point Lansing is HANDS DOWN the nicest RV resort I’ve ever been to. They were very clean and professional. The amenities are extremely modern and nice and we actually can’t wait to go back. We were there with a large family reunion of 15+ people and felt very comfortable. There’s a little sandy beach and excellent clamming, we got a big one we cooked up right away! And the pool and fitness center (Peloton bike with toe cages, no clip-in shoes needed) is great. The store also had delicious coffee for sale. We look forward to another visit!

Awesome staff! Super sized spaces. We asked to put out of the way because we have dogs, and they found us the perfect spot. We are still only a short walk (less than 100 yds) from the beach. They are animal friendly, have full amenities (cable, wifi, laundry, game area, club house, even 24 hour messaging, and on and on), and off season rates are VERY affordable. During the regular season, you surely get what you pay for! I do not have enough nice things to say about this RV park!

RV spots are big but dusty with dead grass. The water and beach were too slimy to get in and the beach was minimal with lots of dead rotting seaweed. The facilities were nice and clean but the pool is very small. The view was great but hard to enjoy due to exposure to wind. Definitely NOT in the luxury class and way overpriced since you have to drive to the beach anyway.

This property came highly recommended by a friend of mine. We booked two adjoining RV sites for two nights at Bay Point Landing as we were traveling with family. A day after booking I received a call saying they needed to move us due to a maintenance issue at the site we were given. I said that was fine and they were able to move us down just a few sites in same section. Before hanging up the gal said that we would need to pay a $20 lock fee to guarantee the two spots would be together. I was never told this at time of booking but okay with it. After looking at the receipt I realized it was $20 each totaling $40. No biggie although kinda annoying to not have that conveyed properly prior to agreeing. We checked in and the gal at the front made sure to tell me about their long laundry list of policies letting me know the biggie was driving over 5 mph through park and they would strictly enforce it. She also went into great detail about how one of our spots had a sewage hook up improperly placed so we would need to pull in but not all the way in to access, etc, etc. At one point she said they do not allow “buddy sites” along with a great deal of other info. It was honestly just alot at once after driving and being exhausted. As we pulled up to our sites I realized I should have probably asked for clarification on the “buddy” reference as I had no idea what that meant. We weren’t sure if we had to pull in forward or if one could back in and then looked at how everyone else was parked. There was a unit a few sites away backed in so we figured it must be fine. The next morning as we were eating breakfast the gal who had checked me in the previous day pulled up in a golf cart wagging her finger saying we could not “buddy” up and she had explained that to me already. She was very rude and the delivery was hostile to say the least. A bit of grace and kindness goes a long way and I would expect a higher caliber of customer service from a luxury rv property. A simple, “ hey can you please re-park and pull forward when you get a moment?” would have been a much better way to communicate rather than being chastised letting us know we were breaking the rules. We were completely dumbfounded with her testy approach. We had planned on extending our stay as we loved the property but decided to head out due to being extremely disappointed. I hope the owner sees this review and they can make changes as to how they communicate in the future.

The park didn’t really live up to our high expectations according to their website photos. The indoor pool was beautiful. The ocean view sites are incredible but unfortunately they are limited and most sites are several rows behind the waterfront. She listened with empathy and graciously addressed our issues. Kelly was top notch and the customer service was exceptional.

There are so many things to do especially if you have kids including a playground, bocce ball, playroom and their heated salt water pool. We didnt time it right but they also have clamming and crabbing gear available as part of your stay. The pictures show a beautiful bay but that’s only in the evenings. Most of the day the bay empties out and your view is a green smelly mossy field. You can’t get in the water which is also deceiving, because the shoreline is only sand that leads to the mossy field in the day and the water is not accessible at night because of the moss and slime and churny gross bubbles. No fishing, no swimming. If you like to just sit there in the direct sun it’s a great place. It’s waaaaay too expensive for what you actually get. This was a partial work trip and the WiFi never worked at all. When I asked them to not charge me for a couple bundles of wood in exchange for the WiFi not working they suggested that I go into their office and use it. I told them I would have gone somewhere else for the view and the amenities and paid a lot less but the brochure lies on many levels. So we had a hot 2 nights with no WiFi or view or swimming or fishing. The office manager/owner basically said she didn’t care about the WiFi or the view on the brochure compared to what we really got. They lost my card on file which also worries me about their safety with my information. Very uncaring and indifferent staff. Extremely disappointed and will not be back and will be warning others of this disappointment of a place.

We have stayed in over 450 RV Parks while traveling full-time in a 42-foot coach. This was our first visit here staying 7 nights (site #79 - Pd $ per-night).(1) Dust, some parks are so dusty that even after just a couple nights your unit needs a bath, the dust on our coach was very minimal compared to many other parks. The roads are gravel so that does kick up some dust.(2) Level pads, big coaches need paved or thick gravel pads that are level. We give this park 5-stars for the level pad, but only 4-stars because the pad was gravel. This park has generous space between sites with each site having a nice area of grass/clover between. Sites come equipped with a picnic table and a stone firepit.(3) We live in the age of WIFI technology and there is nothing to stop any RV Park across this country from investing in doing WIFI properly. For some users such as ourselves, WIFI is an important feature. This park receives 5-stars for their WIFI.(4) Maneuverability, some parks have very narrow roads which can make backing up and turning difficult. We found this park to have plenty of room to maneuver.(5) Satellite, satellite reception is impossible to receive when there are large trees present. The trees at this park should not be an issue since the bigger and taller trees are all located around one-side perimeter of the park. Our site was located on the outside loop (near the tall trees) and we had no problem with satellite reception.(6) Phone Service, we have AT&T which worked great here.(7) Dog play and potty, no fenced dog area here, but plenty of area to walk your Pooch. Conveniently arranged around the park are poopbag dispensers with the accompanying disposal can. Dogs are also allowed on the beach here and under certain circumstances without a leash.(8) This park is exceptionally clean, quiet, and well-maintained, with great amenities, including a very friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again.

We spent a week here in our RV in May and liked it so much we booked a 12 day stay in August. We were sure unhappy when we arrived to see all the lawns are brown and dry, basically we are camping in dirt. It is unusually warm here for August and we put up our upscale, color matching our RV, shade popup, as there is no shade. We were told we must take it down as it does not comply with their rules, no where in the rules are popup shades mentioned. We felt this was unfair and after speaking with Sheri, the assistant manager, we were allowed to put it back up. Were sure glad she made this concession, with the amount we are paying for the site to camp in the dirt we should be allowed a little shade.
