Rude, disrespectful and dont care about nothing but themselves. Never in my life have I ran across such humans if you can call them humans. Who in their right mind would kick out an 88year old man that had been there 10+ years and never once late on rent or caused a problem, a man who stuck to him self and didnt bother anybody ever, and not only that but was literally on his death bed in transition. I would have had to try to move him as he was dying! Judy Hants (owner) and her 30+year younger boyfriend Chris Waters made the last few months of his life hell and had no peace when he passed. The name calling, loud music, and being smoked out and flood lights making it daylight at night was childish and uncalled for. These people dont deserve to have this business and should loose it. Bring back her ex husband Ralph! He was a man of his word, caring yet Stern and had a special way of running that place. We miss him!

My friend became my angel today and at this store was a beautiful painting of the world with an angel flying in space. I also found a beautiful purse with a cross on it to remember the last conversation I had with her. I told her we will meet on the other side. I then saw her and me as. Children together reborn again. I love you Kelly sue bridges.

U feel like u are under the grateful eye with all the cameras and the rules really sux if u dont have a 9-5 job . Or if u work past curfew time 10pm u cant get in.

A nice place to live, just wish it was clover to town, I could live there, rent is better then here, but I cant afford to move in.

It was a short stay for me but dispite my phyco ex boy friends Bs drama miss Judy and her other half was awesome. Easy to talk to and strait to the point. :)

The managers are awesome. The park is quiet and the neighbors are pretty ok :)

Slum lords at its finest. They have no problem coming right into your home drunk and starting fights and destroying others property and then lie to the police about it, maintanence guy will bully kids while drunk. Will not repair anything on their rentals. Good luck with these scumbags.

Charge too much extra money to cause a second person moved into someones motor home on the property Should just be flat rate for the lot space rent no matter how many people live in it. Its not a motel where they charge by the number of people. They raised their rent $175. Outrageous.

Only a few nice mobile homes the rest are pretty beat up but it was very quiet

Charges way too much for a hookup and the quality of fellow campers is below modern parr

Safe, secure place to stay. Nothing fancy, but well run by onsite owner-caretaker who makes sure things are good for residents.

The owners are drunks that cant remember having a business conversion with us tenants. Judy is heartless and evicted several of us on Christmas day. Try telling ur autistic children that. Be very careful
