Nice park but can get smelly

Was at the field last night 12-12-17.The soccer field lighting that my grandson was playing on was minimal at best.The grass field was playable, as it showed minimal signs of wear and tear. During the holiday break they should be treated and fertilizedThe restroom were dirty and smelled.Hope this helps.

Park is 80% covered so kids can play for long periods of time on a sunny day. Bathrooms on site so thats a plus.

Great fields, especially the concession stand. The stand associate was extremely helpful an courteous. Love this place.

Bill Lips is an awesome facility. Too bad it is run by a city and optimist club that cares more about the money baseball and soccer bring in than the hundreds of girls who have gone to other cities to play rec and travel due to the unfair treatment the girls softball program gets

Cooper City Optimist Flag Football program is well organized. My sons father was his coach and they both really enjoyed it.

Good place to play sports. Parking can be a pain if allot of things are on going. But the smell of sewer due to sewer plant across the street can be overwhelming at times

Nice facility, primarily kids soccer, no baseball with fences. Touch football fields. One restroom, small concession stand. Smell from water treatment plant makes it unpleasant at times

Do not put your child in tackle football at Cooper City. The worst year I have had coaching staff unprofessional, they have switched ad changed up staff numerous times. Nonstop same parents complaining mostly the same moms never satisfied. A huge joke and they are disorganized and cant seem to get it together. I dont see my son coming back its not worth the aggravation. He will continue to play just not for Cooper City. Very disappointed in this season...

A place for kids doing sports

Great field. My sons plays soccer and it always well maintained.

Fields are nice but when the wind blows a certain way a terrible odor fills the air.

4 starts for the soccer organization...it is great, we love it...and we will keep our boys in it. We personally did not like basketball so much, the way they organized the ages was just odd...it was not as organized as soccer and not that friendly...but soccer program is great!

Great park for sports. Parking lot is too small for this location. People park in the street every time
