Went on Saturday and the place was empty. The flat bread pizza was horrible. Popcorn was on the verge of being stale and the soda machine wasnt mixing sodas right. The womens bathroom smelled like someone died in there. As far as staff and over all cleanliness it was good. Staff was super friendly.

Great theatre! Love the ease and accessibility. They definitely need more staff to assist with ticket and concession sales. Also, this is our 3rd trip to this location and the popcorn is always stale and tastes old. Otherwise, its always pretty clean and well kept. Toy Story 4 was AWESOME!!!!! A must see for the entire family!

I’m honestly so surprised and I never write reviews btw. Before covid, I had the AMC movie subscription and I was seeing 2-3 movies a week. I was never really impressed with this Conyers location, but today I went for my first theater experience since Feb. and it’s the cleanest I’ve ever seen it. Also, the mask policy was enforced! I was kinda nervous to go, but their cleaning is on point and I feel 100% comfortable going to the movies early in the day now. They’re doing it right! I would highly recommend, but still I only go early in the day when no one is there just to be safe. Good job management :)

My husband and I are about equidistant from this theater and one in Snellville, so we usually just pick whichever one has better movie times that day. We went to see the new Spider-Man movie last night, and the theater was so dirty and gross that were probably going to avoid this location going forward.We waited in line for concessions, and the girl waited until after we gave our order to tell us there was no hot food available (but then decided they had pizza at least). The theater we were in (theater 5) smelled incredibly musty and mildewy. Based on the giant hole in the ceiling Im guessing there was water damage. No one cleaned before our movie so there was spilled popcorn and food everywhere. The armrest was damp and sticky. Unfortunately pictures cant capture how grimy and sticky everything actually was.Both the mens and womens bathrooms were disgusting. The womens had only two usable stalls, one of which had a broken lock. There was trash all over the floor, I assume because the trashcan was overflowing. The lobby was pretty gross too. There were some messes around the tables and drink machines when we left that Im pretty sure were there before our movie as well.

I am a movie lover!! Im a AList member and somehow the app was charging me everytime I went to the movies. Lucky for me one of the awesome guys at the service counter fixed my app and NOW I can go to the movies a million times and reserve my seat like before. Excellent Customer Service!!!

To be honest it’s a waste of time. The service is slow They higher nothing but kids that don’t do anything. The manager is almost never there. Then to top it off I came here on Valentine’s Day to see “The Photograph” my movie started at 10:20 pm I get my tickets and they let us in the theatre at 10 pm. This is what annoys me for real, it hits 10:30 no movie has started and the theatre is nasty. So, the clean up crew comes in and kicks everyone out to clean up. Finally we get in 20 min later to watch the movie. This is unprofessional. I have been coming here for almost 8 years and it just gets worse every visit. When will this get better?

I have lived in Conyers since 2008. This has been my movie theater of choice until recently and after my experience Saturday, it will be my last visit. My husband and I had to stand in the food line to buy a ticket. The ticket counter was closed. There was only one way to approach the theaters the other half was blocked off. As we headed to our theater, you could see ripped off wall paper and what looks like repair materials on the floor. It appears that only half of the movie theater is in operation. Theres never enough staff working. The lobby and other areas looks like they desperately need some cleaning. I dont mind spending money in my neighborhood but this place leaves more to be desired. Disappointing AMC brand.

Just popped in to buy a bag of popcorn while I was out shopping.

This AMC was very run down & needs some repair & new seats! Our movie was great but the folks on both sides of us thought they were in the privacy if their home! In my left was a couple literally on top of each other at least 3 times! In my right these girls were on phones, laying across each other and up and down several times! Super annoying! We will not be back to this location!

The theatre was clean staff was professional gourmet popcorn was awesome. Love that you reserve your seat when you pay excellent idea. You know where you sitting before you get there great. Staff excellent on assisiting if someone sitting in your seat visual security an added bonus. Will visit again.

Standing in line for 20 minutes to get tickets and concessions is absolutely ridiculous. Our movie had started by the time we got in. After mentioning it to the concession worker there was no apology or anything that resembled concern for the issue. On a Sunday afternoon there should be a faster way. Then in order to get a popcorn refill we had to wait in the same long line. We will be going to a different theater from now on. There are too many to choose from too endure such poor customer service.

This AMC theater has much to be desired. They could use a lesson on cleanliness as the floors were very sticky and had a stench of old popcorn and not very fresh. I think that they have a good base of employees to make it, however just because you have great personnel they are a failing business based on aesthetics, cleanliness and pricing will surely close the doors before you know it.

Dont get the choosing of seats when purchasing tickets. There was NO ICE for the beverages and we ordered the flat bread pizza which was not cut at all. 3 stars only because we enjoyed the movie. Ill stick to AMC, I can put my own butter in my popcorn there. And they always have ice!

Seemed like they cared but.. only about doing the bare minimum. They all looked like they didnt wanna be there, they rushed and didnt really seem to care about the customer, just about getting their job done. Ill give them credit, Its probably difficult working at the counter (where they serve the drinks, food, etc.) But there was such a long wait for some things. Try not to order anything besides popcorn and a drink otherwise it may take you 10-20 minutes for it to be ready, finding out that they forgot to put the order in and it was only supposed to take about 5 minutes to cook. Not to mention another customers experience behind me, they found out their food wont be ready at all cause even though they charged them for something, they asked where it is after being patient for a while and find out its out of stock. Anyways.. Movies are good, seats are alright, but beware the concession stand.

First of all, the cinema opened late today(3/18/18). We had to purchase tickets for the movie at the concession stand. The cashiers took the cash, took the orders of popcorn. While opening the popcorn bags without gloves, their hands were inside of the bags. Then as the bags filled, the fingers were inside. Needless to say, the cashiers were back to touching the registers. No one washed their hands during the transactions. The drink station was utterly filthy. The floor was completely sticky. Food was under the equipment . This place needed the health department. Grease was on the wall. Take a look at the pictures.

The movie and sound was good. The seats need upgrading, Ive watched two movies here, and both theaters had stiff, low backed seats. Need seats that at least lean back a little.

The bathrooms are filthy, the male bathroom is always dirty and smells like urine. There is always tissue on the floors and some sticky substance.

Food is over priced, which is a given at movie theaters. The theater interior then selves are medium sized and the seats are relatively comfortable. There are shopping stores and restaurants all around the surrounding areas as well. Ticket lines will have a wait time during busy hours( Fridays and sometimes Saturdays in the evening).

Was clean and very enjoyable once we got to our seats...but they only had one cashier open on New Years Day.. the line was so long most of us missed the showtime we were interesting in buy tickets for and ended up having to return later in the day with tickets to later showings

I have been here twice in one month. The theater is very clean and the popcorn is fresh. They also have $5.00 Tuesday if you download their app, as well as military discounts. I would advise you to buy your tickets online and get a senior discount if you qualify. I had a great experience both times. Go a treat yourself to a movie, you wont be disappointed.

Looks like they are working on some renovations. Hope they can stay viable and keep moving forward. Seems much safer than in the intermediate past.

Went extra early in hopes of no delays, but boy o boy! My children and I waited twenty minutes just for concessions and I bought my tickets online! YIKES!! FIRST AND LAST TIME COMING HERE!!!

I was excited at first to see AMC buy this building because I thought they would bring it up to date, unfortunately they did NOT!! The food and popcorn is not good, most times the drink machine doesnt have most of the flavors, it smells awful, the staffing is limited because you have to go to the food line just to purchase a ticket. It doesnt even have a kiosk were you can purchase your tickets and by pass the long lines. When I was there people were bringing the popcorn back it tasted so bad. AMC needs to do better with this theater.

We always have a great time taking our granddaughter to the movies for a treat the front end has made changes that have really organized the process so thing are smoothly run. Thanks see ya all for the next big family movie. Lion king was good but Aladdin was uber awesome

The theatre was clean; the young lady who assisted us at the counter was polite and cordial...but the fact that we had to wait in line with patrons who were purchasing food and all we wanted was to purchase tickets was ridiculous and so unnecessary. When we arrived--20 minutes before movie time -- with approximately 10-12 people in front of us, there was only one cashier. We had to stand there for over 15 minutes waiting for others to select and purchase their food items, as well as purchase tickets. WE ONLY WANTED TICKETS. There are no separate lines and no kiosk to just purchase tickets. And the selection of seats, especially during the weekday when the theatre is less crowded, is equally ridiculous and creates additional delays. This has happened to us twice at this theatre and we are definitely considering making this our last visit. COME AMC...REALLY??

I worked here for a few weeks before relocating to New York and I must say it still remains one of my favorite jobs Ive ever held. The mixture between customer and co-workers that made it fun to work and not make my job harder. If I would ever move back to Covington I would definitely want to work there again.

The theater is awful. The seats are worn and nasty. The smell was unbearable. The employee sprayed air freshener but it didnt help so we left. The ceiling tiles were missing and hanging down. AMC corporation should be embarrassed. Zero star

I always choose to go a few days after a new release so its never overly crowded. Prices are so so. Theater is a little dated. Cleanliness/ housekeeping could be better. Staff and customer service is always good.

Went to this theater excited to check out a new release. My cousin and I noticed when we sat in our seats that the temperature was unusually warm for a movie theater. I actually brought a oversized sweater along because I get cold easily. As the movie played the theater became even warmer. Some people even walked out. When we left I asked to speak with a manager. This person Darrell, stated he was the manager. I spoke to him about the temperature in theater 16. He told me he knew of the problem and they were waiting for a part to come in to fix it. So why if you know the ac is broken in that theater would you have showings there? **crickets**. He offered nothing other than this explanation and a silly look. This is the best a so called manager can do? Go somewhere else.

I frequent this see it often with my son out of convenience to where I live. Each time Im disappointed this time the same. It is always understaffed employees that work behind the counter are so unprofessional carrying on personal conversation and playing while Servicing the concession area. I remembered working for AMC when I was in college theater was ran so much more professional. To be quite honest with you it is very disheartening looking at the young adults and teenagers that serve that concessionaria their behavior and whats allowed while theyre on duty

This place is literally disgusting! Broken ceiling tiles, missing wall tile in the concession area, broken lights, litter overflowing from trash receptacles and don’t get me started on the floors. We were tip-toeing around the filth on the floors (stains, spilled drinks and old food). I didn’t dare use the restroom but one of my teens did and there were no paper towels to dry her hands. While we love going to the movies close to home and the staff was very nice and helpful, the building and facilities need to be condemned! We won’t go back ..... I’d rather drive to Lake Oconnee or Atlanta to see a movie!

When my mother and I came to see an afternoon show on a Monday there was no one at the box office at the front doors and there is no sign letting you know to come to the concessions stand to purchase tickets. Half the front doors were still locked at 4pm. Lastly ended up with a sticky substance on my hands as we were leaving from one of the doors.

It was dim, dirty, and the few employees were totally untrained and unprofessional!!! Bring your snacks. The snack bar is outrageously priced. Two drinks, two popcorns = $22. Really? Sound not loud enough, especially when you pay for I-Max. Also, theatres too small.

I love the ability to choose my seats when i purchase my tickets online, however once Im inside the theatre, my seats are always taken and no one moves from them even when i show them my app with our seat numbers on them.

The theaters at this location seem smaller than others I have been to. This location is usually neat and clean in appearance. The bathrooms are clean as well.

They need help getting people into the theater! Took us about 40 minutes because the line was long and for the first 30 minutes we were in it one poor girl was by herself ringing people up. Once another person joined her it went much more quickly. Theater seats are comfortable and you get to choose where you want to sit when you get your tickets. You can also do that on the app before you get to the theater but you still have to go through the line so it doesnt save that much time.

Came to see Angry Birds 2 with my children. Movie started at 420p & we walked into theater at 416p to find a mess! Popcorn, containers, napkins all over. Had to get a staff member to clean the theater. Staff apologized and let us in but theater was still dirty with popcorn on floor and seats. We had to wipe down our own area. This isnt the first time weve had an issue at this theater! Last time the AC was not on. Just poor management!

Our movie theater experience was average at this location. I was a little flustered and embarrassed when we had to pick a seat just to find out someone was sitting in it. We were able to sit somewhere open, but was worried for a good part of the film if someone was going to tell us we were in there seats. In addition, the seats were very noisy and distracting. The prices are good for tickets, but the concession was expensive and had a long line as expected. The popcorn & drink wasnt worth $15.

I really like this shopping strip, I bank and shop there. Have not been to movies in years.

The place is dirty and outdated. We could have easily walked right in without paying. The only staff that I saw were kids and no adults around. There is no security so if anyone wanted to come in shooting, they could. My 1st and last time going.

My family went to a Friday afternoon movie. There was a medium crowd. We bought our tickets and got concession at the concession stand. Brandon the employee that helped us went over and beyond. He was very patient and helped us figured out the best bang for our buck. Brandon made our experience wonderful!

We went early for my son to play the games and the games were all unplugged except the claw. He was disappointed because its our thing. Then they didnt have the pretzel bites... and the room smelled like feet. Yuck! And the room hadnt been cleaned. Oh and the movie wasnt centered and there was something blocking the lens...

The theater needs a major renovation. Havent been in a long time. This place has gone down hill. And had a musty smell. Got (medium) popcorn and drinks $21.00 wow. Popcorn was not that great. Tasted a little old and it was only 12:30. The young guy that took my order just took off as I was paying. Entered the chip on my debit card and it cancelled itself. I look around hes gone. Thank goodness Im honest and told the other guy behind the counter and he told me to swipe my card. I could have not paid and no one would have noticed. Then I had to get my own receipt from the register. The area where u get your drink tops and straws at ,u could tell had not been cleaned in a while.

I know this theatre has been around for a while, and they need a serious renovation. Theatre 13 smells like it has been flooded with water. The carpet is ripped up in most of the theatre which is fine, but the seats feel wet and the air quality smells like a basement! It is difficult to even enjoy the movie its so awful. I would not return or recommend this theatre without a complete renovation. Disgusting!

Well we are from out of town. We bought tickets online to watch the movie Star Wars on Christmas morning. When we got there the place was closed. That was really inconvenience me and my wife. The website clearly gave us false results and we ended up losing our tickets. We are back home now and we wasted our $11

UNACCEPTABLE! Started movie very late. To their detriment no previews. While being worked on theater lights were all the way down--very unsafe. Manager should have known movie could not be shown to ending. Movie cut off (best guess) less than 15 before end! Then guests had to track down theatre staff who curtly gave out one free movie pass and no explanation of why the whole disaster happened. This theater was mostly full at start and guests should have been given more than refund in compensation! WORST MOVIE EXPERIENCE EVER!!

This place is going down hill. Went to see “Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood” with Tom Hanks. Room 2 smelled like a locker room filled with too much air freshener. NONE of the aisles were swept with fries piled in the back rows. Floors were sticky too. Take your money elsewhere.

Clean theatre. The concession stand lines are poorly run takes way to long to get food and drinks. Also need to discount price of tickets for smaller theaters you shouldn’t have to pay full price a movie that just came out a week ago especially when movies aren’t playing in the bigger theater.

Went to see a movie with my wife 20 mins into the movie they stopped it due to a mix up of people not being in the right seat not entirely the theaters fault but they could have handled it a better way other than stopping and restarting the movie and also I unfortunately pick the last row of seats and unfortunately there was a light that didnt dim with the rest of the light so me and my wife had to watch a 2hr movie with a really annoying light smh and this use to be a nice theater but not so much now

The place was great and very fun to watch but when I went in I suddenly saw that there were blue dots on the screen I couldnt take my eyes off of them kinda ruining the whole experience.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!Where do I begin? They have 2 people handling the normal concession queue and 1 person handling the premier queue. This means that people shuffle through the normal queue twice as fast nullifying any so called perk that comes with being a premier member. I counted 3 other groups process through the regular queue before the only couple in front of me even made it up to the counter. This is the second time in as many weeks this has happened to me.I finally make it up to the counter and attempted to order a pizza and drink only to be told they are no longer doing hot food concessions. Terrible! For 10 min of the Joker movie there was a green scene. When they finally fixed it they didnt go back, so we missed 10 mins of the movie. Several people complained and no apologies were given.

I like coming here because the prices are affordable but they need to upgrade. I couldnt see my movie today because the screen was broken. Yes they accomdated me but I drove 20 minutes.

Worse amc movie theater i have ever been in. They are very unprofessional and disorganized. They have assigned seats but no one respects that. I will never go to this theater again. Ruined our night out.The manager did however refund us and give free passes for a free movie. But I honestly would rather have them make the people get out of our seats so we couldve enjoyed the movie.

It was awful. A opening weekend with no one at ticket booth and two people working behind the concession stand. Only one side open. Extended line back to tables and the wait at least 45 minutes because stand selling tickets as well as food. Too many attendants who purchased tickets on phone, decided to not spend money. Very bad!

We saw star wars in auditorium 7. The sound quality wasnt great and there was something going on with that projector which periodically showed up on the screen throughout the duration of the movie. I cant imagine that management doesnt already know about these issues. They need to spend some money to upgrade this theater.

If I could leave zero stars I would! Most dysfunctional location yet! Got there early to check out the local shops because we got our tickets online because CampCreek AMC had a power outage and they were handling it. So we opted to go to another location and needed four seats together. I checked 6 theaters before Conyers, I shouldve of known there was a reason they had a lot of availability. We got in early about 45 minutes. No one at the ticket booth first clue, second clue no bother to tell movie goers that you can to the one guy scanning for all movies and that line for consession stand was also the ticket line. Lot of people walked out. Movie was to start at 4:30 started at 5:00. Manager was unapologetically and staff gave you the ideal they didnt want to be there. So bad I called there customer service line tonight and spoke to a guy name Kyle who said I would get an email on 3-7 business days concern issues, straight! I told him I wanted a call from corporate. I will give them that time frame to contact me back. They need to close this location!*****Oh by the way, the only brightspot was thatBad Boys 3 was great!****

Its Friday night and they have people purchasing their movie tickets through the concession line!! I was in line for a 7:00 movie at 6:50 and still wasnt half way through the line at 7:04. The manager and security just kept standing around the ticket counter but obviously there arent any competent adults managing this facility. Its dirty and unorganized. The staff stand around looking dumb and walking back and forth offering no solutions to the disfunction of this theater. No more chances. I see this theater closing in the near future.

This theater is going down quickly. The atmosphere is terrible, way too many unaccompanied minors and the workers are not much better. Worst AMC facility that Ive ever been to. This facility is poorly managed. The employees are very nonchalant and unprofessional with their customer service. If you do not buy your tickets online, youll be standing in line for 30-45 minutes to purchase them, because theres only one person selling tickets. I saw Jumanji in Auditorium 10 on last night. The theater was very dirty from the carpet to the ceiling. It looked as if they allow the trash to collect all day long & clean up once at the end of the shift. I will not be going back to this location. I live live less than 3 miles from this facility & I rather drive to the AMC facilities in Snellville, McDonough, or Stockbridge. Im definitely reporting this to AMCs corporate office.

The staff was very friendly. The popcorn was good. The fountain machines were both out of Coke and Ginger ale , cant understand how you can be out of coke?? The theater was clean...movie sucked.

Movie theater is just your basic type. Most movie theaters have gone the route of upscaling their environment. Most have reclining seatbacks and others have full reclining seats. It seems to me that the theater is falling behind. The areas smell stagnant. All in all it seems like not much effort is put into this place besides showing the movies. Hopefully with time it gets better.

Great movie location in the Conyers area. Plenty of parking with shopping close by. Weekdays are a great time to go if you can. NOW, after saying all that, I must say that their wait time for standing in line to get tickets is Outrageously SLOW !!! Instead of getting your tickets at the ticket counter, you now go to the food counter...get your tickets & if you want popcorn, drinks, candy. What if you just want to see the movie? So now you have to wait for all this to transpire BEFORE you can get your ticket and sit down. My granddaughter & I stood in line for almost 15 min. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! Even though this theater is close I home, I will gladly travel further, as to not put up with these shenanigans.

If there were any option for 0 stars none would be given. The theater is disgusting. There is no way I would consider buying food there. My child bought candy and waited in line a full 45min. As soon as you walk in there are boxes and cardboard laying by the foodcounters. The counters look as though they have never been wiped. Lets dont even talk about the bathrooms because they made me gag. There is literally a stench throughout the entire theater. That is my fist and last time visiting this location.

I went to the movies last night at this theater with my sister for some quality time and we really wanted to see the new Spiderman movie. This theater is the closest one to my house so it is most convenient than driving further out to watch a film at night in the rain.We were in screen 3 and I cannot tell you enough of how disgusting we felt in that screen room. No only were the floors sticky and dirty but the seats still had food in them. The seats also have stains and dust on them like you would see an old carpet.You would think with AMC taking over the theater they would remodel the theater and have it looking and smelling nice but I guess that is not the case. I have been to other AMC theaters where the seats, screen room, and lobby look so nice and clean!They need to out in effort to remodel this theater. Its old and dirty and I hope in the further that they will.Last night really deterred me from ever coming back to this theater because of the constant uncleanliness of the screen rooms.

A great place to go watch a movie in peace

I love the big size and the surrounding area, but its definitely time for renovations to be made. Heres why:1. The Mens restroom has a huge crack in the mirror which was tapped.2.The carpet is starting to fade throughout the building3. Seats are noticeably worn out and dirty particularly in smaller theaters throughout the building.4. Theres a horrid mildew odor thats bearable, sometimes not.5. Lobby looks outdated.6.
