My daughter takes Gymnastics here. She really enjoys it. She loves parents night out. During the summer while we were battling this pandemic, they kept the children safe with no exposure to the virus. She was able to attend summer camp and I was stress-free. I highly recommend.

Nice environment and friendly staff

If i could give zero stars I would. My daughter had a performance today and everything was going so smoothly until it came time for the actual performance. First, the announcer failed to call my daughter onto the floor and when I went to go check if her name was on the list (that was sat right on the table in front of the announcer) I was able to spot my daughters name right away. Then when it came time to call for the awards she mispronounced my daughters name despite me telling her how to pronounce it before hand. My daughter is truly upset as her name is not hard to pronounce at all yet the staff at Rockdale failed to even attempt to get it right. It was embarrassing for my daughter that every other girls name was said correctly and their families had the chance to cheer for them wholeheartedly yet for my family we had to publicly ask her to repeat my daughters name in front of the whole gym. Truly disappointing.

Please DO NOT pay any money to this company until you fully understand their billing policy. After you have paid, they will not refund you under any circumstances. So try to predict the future & make sure your child isnt sick or anything else before giving them your money.

We pay to much money for this and they cant even teach me how to doa back handspring

Joe is the best coach anyone could ever ask for. He always motivated me and I did everything I could ever dream of in tumbling. Because of Joe I was able to transition easily to hard floor and I haven’t had any injury thanks to him. Every cheerleader I know would go to cheer gyms for tumbling but I always went to him. I have no injuries. First girl standing full at Valdosta state university and champion :) love you Joe

Well I havent been there before Ive been trying to get my mom to let me do gymnastics and this is the closest place and it gets good reviews how much is the beginner/intermediate class?

My daughter she enjoyed it so so much she has come a long way she came from cartwheels to uneven bars form un even bars to slipping on the uineven bars she had so much fun I just in shock.

On Saturdays there is open work out. There is a 10 dollar charge. They do not accept credit cards for the open work out. It should be posted that they only accept cash for the open workouts. I live 25 minutes away from the gym. I had to go all the way back home to get cash, that was upsetting.

I love there with all my friends

Other kids play around to much and are not disciplined and holds back other kids from getting good practice..half the time goes joking around
