Worst management Ive ever dealt with! Everyone that works at the office is so rude and unprofessional ! Dont ever rent from this apartment complex its a complete waste of money, theyll raise your rent and keep your security deposit.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would do it!! This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve rented from multiple people/companies and this one is by far the worst. Excessive fees are added to your account, extremely rude staff, and just an absolute pain to deal with. There is a complete lack customer service with everyone I have spoke with. I do NOT recommend at all!!

Completely rude staff, never fixed anything in the apartment like requested and forget about ever getting your deposit back, no matter how clean you leave it. Don’t be fooled it’s a nightmare. They lied and said the carpets were brand new but I could still see previous tenets food, hair clips and candle wax in it. Also black mold in the vents. STEER CLEAR

Worst place you could rent. The manager was incredibly rude and the repeated requests to fix things in my apartment were left ignored. The air filter in the apartment was covered in BLACK MOLD - Requested this be resolved multiple times - Ended up having to clean it myself. There were also roaches and other bugs all over the place when i moved in. The shape of the apartment was half clean at best when i moved in. They never bothered cleaning it. When i moved out, I hired a professional cleaning crew myself to clean the apartment so i could get my deposit back. As all the other reviews state - you WONT get your deposit back regardless of what you do. They said it was dirty and needed cleaning therefore refused to give my deposit back even though all the carpets had been professionally steam cleaned and everything cleaned and disinfected to the point you could eat off the floors. My car was also damaged from golf balls hit outside the course which they didnt bother fixing the damage! Such a sorry company. Avoid this place at all costs. Your actual health could be in danger if you stay here.

Lived here ~9/15/13 - 6/15/15 and my experience was great. I had no problems with the management, maintenance, or neighbors. Parking was not a problem except for a few times now-and-then when I had to park a few buildings further from my building, but I could always find a spot. The equipment in the gym could be better maintained and the gym could be open later than 9pm, but these are minor concerns. The property was well maintained, and I was treated fairly from start to end.

I was charged over a 100$ for a 5$ oversight when I tried to pay rent two weeks in advance. They do not care about they’re tenants. You are a revenue stream to them. This is the most dehumanizing management team I have ever had to interact with. After spending almost 40,000 dollars with this company they continue to hold me feet to the fire with extra fees and policies that cannot be met without paying extra fees through third parties because they’ve decided accepting money orders is too much work. This place is a nightmare that will lock you in.

Ive lived at the Links for almost 10 months. the building Im in is nice, the neighborhood is moderately quiet, and maintenance is very quick to respond to a request. I have only gone to management once with a concern and the issue was taken care of almost immediately. I have plenty of room for all my things and I can always find parking close to my building. I dont use the club house or golf course so I cant comment on those.For the bad, when I moved in I spent the first couple of weeks sweeping and vacuuming up some kind of animal hair (I dont have an animal). Everything else was clean moving in. Also the walls could have been a bit thicker as noise travels fairly easily. I have a neighbor behind me I call Drama Queen that screams and cries just about every night in fights with his (I assume) girlfriend.The only other critique is for the pet policy. I feel as though 15 pounds is an unreasonable weight limit. But at least they allow pets at all.

The management and leasing consultants here are a joke. They are rude and will come up with any reason to keep you from getting your deposit back when you move out. The apartments are outdated and things are constantly breaking one thing after the next. Not to mention when I moved in, it was not even cleaned from the previous tenant. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here.

The ladies working in the offices are the most unpleasant/disrespectful/and downright rude people I have come into contact with in a very long time. If you hate your job so much that you treat everyone like this, leave and let someone who needs it work there. It’s truly sad. A little respect can go a long way.

Heartless manager! I am a disabled veteran and have lived here 5 year and being evicted because we left an injured cat a small bowl of food by OUR door and neighbor complained! After 5 year paying rent on time. But neighbor can roam around after midnight asking neighbor for smokes and beers and wanting in female residents apartment. They pick how they want to harass and who can do what they please. Really childish management!

The changed management several times. lost my pet paper work 3 times but still charged for a pet the whole time made me re pay my pet deposit. the whole place just sucks. im never coming back. the ppl that lived next to me were always really cool and nice. i recommend going some where else unless u have no other option like i did at the time.

Ive lived here 3+ years and this place has just gone downhill!! No one cares about loud music and bass, theres usually glass all in the parking lot, cars driving by blaring bass at all hours, people walking around talking as loudly as possible, and no one seems to care about the landscape. Definitely not worth the price anymore. If you like to hear yourself think or you have a family this is not the place for you. I plan on leaving first chance I get!

I have stayed here twice now and I wouldnt choose another property. The location is the best and the grounds are beautiful. It feels safe here and that is very important for me.

I really like the location of the links. Its by the interstate and makes it super quick to get anywhere in town. Ive lived at a few other apartments in Conway but this has been my favorite. It feels safer and the office staff seem ok. I have had noisy neighbors twice now but they have both left. Both times that I renewed I got a deal to extend my rent special from when I moved in.

Ive only been here from a month but so far its great I moved to The links at Cadron Valley from another state and the staff was great especially Rachael shes great Im sure the others are too but Ive worked with her personally she even let me move in my apartment 1 day early. The grounds are nicely kept,the pool is a great size although there are like 150 apartments the pool is never packedthe apartments are quiet outside but the only complaint I have is my upstairs neighbors, although I cant hear them talking I can hear their movements very well its ridiculous these people or their kids dontsleep at night.I highly recommend The Links at Cadron Valley.

I lived here for a year, I have had the best customer service, and fast responses to all maintainence request. Not sure why the reviews are so low, I ve looked at other Links properties, this one is by far the best location and staff. Chris and Teresa and there crew are the best. GREAT DEALS ON APARTMENTS HERE AS WELL!!!!!!!!! Thanks Again , we will be staying here another year.

Super pricey for what youre getting. The management is beyond awful. One will tell you one thing and another will tell you another and then theyll tell you that youre wrong. Pest control and maintenance comes in and looks around but doesnt really do anything. Centerstone is way better for the price you pay. Ive been staying here for two years and management ruined it for me. Just AWFUL!! Avoid if possible!!!!

It was an okay looking apartment but the spiders are AWFUL. Theyre huge. The pest control man will walk into your kitchen, stand for .2 seconds, and leave. They dont look around, they dont do anything. No traps. Nothing. We killed 20 huge spiders the day we moved out. I also didnt care for anyone in the office. At least not the ones I had to talk to. They were rude and not helpful at all.

The apartments are nice, but the staff is incompetent. They send emails for everything except for paper notices that are extra time sensitive. For example, I paid rent, received an email that it had gone through, and then days later received a notice on my door saying that I had not paid rent, owed several days late fees, and would be evicted if the problem was not fixed in 24 hours. I went to the office, and they were unsure why my payment had not gone through, therefore unable to provide a concrete answer about why I had been threatened; said that if whatever went wrong stayed wrong, then I would find out in 3-5 buissiness Days, again owing over a week’s worth in late fees; and to make it all worse, they were unable to tell me how I could be sure that my payment had gone through, and I would not be evicted. Don’t bother Lindsey Management; go with ANYONE else.

Thieves. Lied to me in multiple emails over the course of a week telling me that they would send me the move out form while I was traveling. Never sent it. I called and was then told the form couldnt be sent, that I had to come to the office. After telling the person at the front desk I was on the road, she said it was no problem, that she would mark me down as moving out and I would just need to sign the form when I returned. I did exactly as she said. After I move out, Im told I didnt get them sufficient notice and they were keeping my security deposit.Either their own employees dont know the rules or theyre just crooks. Either way, its not a good place to live.

Ive stayed here for 6mths now just me and my baby. Its very quite, the staff in the office is OK. Never had any problems except when my heater was stuck on for 2weeks straight after I had complained several times. I had to threaten to call corporate for it to get fixed. Other than that its been a great stay so far. We love it!

Super pricey, that and Lindsey (Lindsay?) Management is awful.If you dont mind paying the outrageous price, its a quiet area, its pretty.Just dont run on the golf courses path or someone will yell at you. I dont know where that rule is, I looked at the rules list and it wasnt on it, but whatever. I dont recommend moving here or using Lindsey Management in general.

Lived there from 2015 -2016 and the whole time there was not a good experience. Was told when signing lease that you could invite as many guest as you want to the swimming pool.. Not true! Was told they have no problems with bugs in the apt.. Not true. (There is spiders and ants that is a huge issue and management does nothing about treatment for the inside of the apt. A pest tech will go inside your apt and look around.. Not treat anything just look around. The pest tech sprays around outside of apt but it does not solve the problem) If you need anything fixed it takes maintenance 3 weeks or longer to get to your issue. Also when maintenance gets to your issue it doesnt get fixed just temporarily rigged cause they dont want to replace anything with something new when replacing it is what needs to be done. Management doesnt care if your experiencing disturbances or if some neighbors are an endangerment to you and others around unless it affects them and only them personally. Management also dont care if weed or other drugs are being used. Their attitude is if they dont see it its ok but yet its supposed to be a kid friendly environment to live in. Their pet policy says small pets only but yet multiple people have large dogs there like Great Danes and other large breeds and management does nothing about it. I can go on bout so much more but Im gonna just end it here and say this place is not worth the money you invest into it!!!! And management needs to get their act straight cause they need some serious help and retraining!

As a resident who lived here under the previous management, I have never seen this property in better condition. The current mangers and staff have worked so hard to turn this property around from the poor conditions it was in previously. Wonderful community to live in!

Honestly a wonderful place to live. Dont let MAD reviews mislead you. I have been her almost a year and love it! Havent had any issues. Clean and up kept property. Always have the guys out on property keeping it clean and trash picked up! It has came along way since i moved in!

This is a horrible place to live. The management staff, administrative support staff, and maintenance are all unprofessional. They look for ways to charge extra late fees, even when you pay your rent ahead months in advance. Maintenance does a half-ass job every time they are called out for a service. There were multiple times that our air conditioner quit working during the summer, simply because the first time it was fixed they failed to repair it correctly. This also applies to the times we called about our refrigerator/freezer not working correctly. We called and complained about the re-occurring issues and were told it wasnt a priority. If my roommate and I werent tied in by a lease, we would move in a heartbeat. If you try to call corporate, you get forwarded to a voicemail every time. When you do receive a call back from corporate, it is weeks later after an issue has occurred. There is no valid way to hold management responsible for their ugly behavior towards tenants or their lack of imitative to complete a job in a successful or timely manner. Theresa is currently the manager there and has a awful attitude anytime she is required to do her job. Also, when they hire out contractors to paint or do other jobs around campus, they dont require them to clean up after themselves. I was informed it is the tenants responsibility to clean up all the trash that was left next to my front door and on my patio by the contractors after our patio was painted. So your contractors are not held responsible for cleaning up the mess they make? The contractors who are hired out do very sloppy jobs. They are not courteous to tenants in regards to giving recurring/ up to date notices regarding contractor work that may inconvenience us. I took my son out on our patio and I didnt realize that it had recently been painted. When I called the front office to ask why we werent given a notice regarding the patio, I was informed that we were given one a month ago (which technically was 2 months ago) and that the contractors were running behind schedule. Does it not make sense to send out a notice informing your tenants of the delay so they are prepared? As you might guess, it evidently does not make sense to the management here. If you are looking for an apartment, I recommend you stay away from anything managed by Lindsey Management. It a poorly run facility and is inadequately staffed with individuals who dont have the skill base to run an apartment complex successfully.

Currently living here since March. They are pretty bad at answering requests, it took them 2 weeks to fix our issues after I went into the office multiple times to remind them about maintenance (their online request forms dont work and calling them yields no results). They dont knock when coming to do maintenance, they just open the door. They dont let you know when maintenance is happening, they just turn up without notice. I live on the second floor and I found someone on my balcony, they said they were there to paint the outside of my apartment, I was given no notice of this. Also, FYI, if youre concerned about golf balls hitting your car, thats your responsibility.They arent the worst apartments Ive seen, but I certainly wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

The new managers arent that grand. If theres even the slightest cloud in the sky they close the pool. Its super hot outside and the pool is always closed. Bring Amanda and Briah back, at least as long as it wasnt storming the pool was opened. Its pretty demoralizing working a hard days work and wanting to come home to a refreshing swim and seeing the pool closed sign up. I dont think Ill be renewing my lease. What is the point of having a pool with such crisp, clear and beautiful water if its never open.

Very awful. The staff is unknowledgeable. One person will tell you one thing and another person tells you another. They moderately nice to you before you sign your lease but once you sign your lease and visit the office for any kind of questions, they respond rudely or with a real disgusted look. Lived there for one year and couldn’t wait til the day I moved out. They have a MAJOR spider problem which is why they have pest control come once a month.... the thing is the pest control is awful. They came and sprayed my apartment and exactly one week later had two spiders in my living room. They are known for spiders as you will spot them everywhere you turn. Please don’t let anything break down in your apartment, it won’t even get checked til a week later no matter if you tell them it’s urgent or not. Then take another week or two for them to come fix it. One of the maintenance guys were rude when I came and filled out a maintenance sheet. The only person that was remotely nice was Teresa. Everyone else is horrible Mark my words. Worst apartments I ever stayed in.

This is a horrible place to live I do not recommend it for anyone. They are very unprofessional and do not care about your needs. Also, very unorganized and the leasing consultant tried to increase my rent 6 months into my lease just because she can so I called corporate and reported her. They are mean and hateful never greet me when I walk in the door.

Terrible place to live, my car was broken into and I was pretty much extorted by late fees without being notified I owed them. 10/10 would not live.

Went without a working sink, broken dishwasher, broken dryer, broken door, leaking sink, and much more for about 5 months. Cant do dishes and mold is coming from the water leakage. Still wont fix it.

I hate living here. I swear they used the cheapest materials possible to build these apartments! Plus theres dog poop everywhere. Dont stray from the sidewalks or youll be in for a surprise.

Had my washing machine start messing up on me. Filled out two maintenance report and called multiple times and no one showed up. Every time I called, they would tell me they are coming the next day. After two weeks, I just decided to go to Lowes and get some tools and fix it myself. Ridiculous

Everyone here is rude and the apartment managers are very immature and do not care about their residents whatsoever. Find a different apartment complex if you want to be happy!!!!
