Clean, well maintained ball fields. They offer healthy food like salads e.t.c. They also have burgers Anns stuff like that.

Great experience with softball factory!

The facility and fields are immaculate...The policy that kids arent allowed to bring in water is bunk; especially in the Texas heat.

After the construction is fully completed, Scrap Yard in Conroe,Tx and the Franklin Ranch Community Park in Franklin, Tx baseball facilities will be difficult to stand up against. What makes Franklin more attractive is the abundance hugh trees around the facilities. Really nice cool shade.

This a beautiful facility with clean restrooms stocked with toilet paper. Concession was a little outrageous!

Completely overrated place. Overpriced parking, overpriced food. It is completely unacceptable to sell alcoholic beverages during a youth softball tournament.
