I would like to leave a review on this property. As a mobile home park community I must say that Holly Ridge Estates in Conroe, Texas is a step above the rest. The management is excellent in maintaining a quality, clean, friendly environment for its residents. Quality property guidelines serve to ensure a nice property for all to enjoy. My parents have enjoyed living here for 33 years. They have had great neighbors and a safe environment in which to live and thats important. I give Holly Ridge Estates, Conroe Texas a five star rating for quality management and a family friendly living environment. *****Debbie Soliz

I have lived at Holly Ridge For almost half of year now, and I love it!The owner of the place is always keeping the place nice and clean, and theres a Security system in place to keep everyone safe, The owner of the Place is always readily available and helpful, it is a quiet place to raise a Family or retire here.My Family and I are very thankful to have found this Place.

Extremely stricked rules. Owner doesnt know how to respond to residents at a timely maner but expects the residents to respond immediately. Adds charges to your bill without your knowledge and wont tell you what the are. Gives a late charge if you pay less than the full bill even though it was on time instead of letting you know it wasnt the full and waits until the following month to tell you there is a late charge and doesnt say why. By far the worse place to live. I wouldnt even look at it. They find anything they can to give you a fine, $35 + $3 a day until you fix the problem they have.
