We were greeted warmly upon arrival. Gentleman drove a kart up to me as I walked out of the pro shop. Greens and fairways were in wonderful condition. Marshall was very courteous and helpful finding our way on the back nine as it was our first time to play the course. We didnt realize a bucket of balls was included in the cost of the round otherwise we would have arrived earlier to take advantage of improving our amateur skill level. Looking forward to playing another round soon.

Great golf course

This is a fun course that is in exceptional condition. They have 27 holes, a driving range, and club house. While this is open to the public, this club still sells memberships, has a strong membership base and caters to its members. This course is better than most east Texas layouts. It is challenging, interestinting, with a surprising amount of elevation changes for the area. This a fun course that routes through an older nice residential subdivision built within this east Texas forests that has narrow fairways lined with big mature trees, lots of sand traps, and a surprising amount of creeks and water. The greens are nicely sized and have a good amount of undulations. The greens are in great shape and are as nice and roll as true as Bermuda grass greens can be grown. This course is fun and definitely worth playing. I am now playing it regularly and am strongly considering a membership.

Other than having to pay 43$ after 4:30 on a Saturday the fairways are nice. The greens were slick( the way I prefer) they have 3 nine hole courses so I was able to play right away. Overall no complaints. Nice golf course!

Very courteous staff in the clubhouse and a very forgiving course for beginners. Great rental carts. Love playing here! I left behind a personal item on the course. Marshall let us drive the course to look for it and the staff said they would call me if it were found. Couldnt ask for better hospitality!

Great folks who were helpful and pleasant, the course was in great shape and the 19th hole had good food...a day well spent chasing the little white balls with friends!

Been coming to panorama gold course since high school as it still is one of my favorites. Greens are always looking good even in this heat and prices are competitive. Highly recommended if you havent been

Was hoping for some more hospitality especially since it was my first time playing there, but unfortunately didnt receive it. Two young ladies at the desk literally looked me and my group in the eyes as we stood there waiting to check in- one proceeded to answer a call right in front of us, the other walked away to grab a vacuum and started walking around us. We were then blamed for not showing up early enough and told to rush to get started. Luckily, the course was nice so we enjoyed the round. We payed for 18, but due to an emergency had to leave after 8 holes. We went to return the cart and asked for a rain check at least for me (since I was the only one who lives nearby) for the back 9 and they refused (same young ladies). I understand what happened wasnt their fault, but any other course I have been too would have given it knowing the person is more than likely to come back and purchase the other 9 holes to make a full 18. Overall, poor customer service really makes me not want to come back.

What a Gem! Easily one of the best manicured golf courses in the north Houston area. The greens are perfect!

Pace of Play and Pricing is the worst around. West Fork is a much better experience.

Good value, great course in excellent condition, given the time of year. Greens were very well maintained. Pretty wide open, so you probably dont have to worry about taking out a window with your slice. Worth the drive, for sure.

IT IS KILLNG ME TO POST THIS BUT I HAVE TO. If you love golf but really enjoy a greens that are in great condition (and you have to read them) then I would suggest you get up to Panorama Village Golf Course. My wife and I just played there. Greens are amazing fairways are looking really good ( Help them out and sand the divots and respect 90 degree rule) and we can all enjoy this course improve together. I was going to keep this place a secret but I am just like you guys and enjoy a great value when golfing.As always I do not receive any compensation or discounts for my reviews or post. I am just an average customer just like you. I appreciate great value and customer service this place delivers. Give it a try.

Very nice course. You have to be on your game to attack course or will have a lot of problems. Greens very challenging when going down hill. Will be better after seeing it next time. Staff was very nice. Marshall was good when I started and played the wrong front nine. See you again.

Subsequently I was in the group behind this Kennedy guy. I did see the little girl putting on the greens. It absolutely warms my heart to see children getting involved in the sport. She was actually better then the group behind them, who was routinely shanking shots into the woods and three putting every green. It wasn’t the pace of play that ruined their golf game it was the skill level to which they wanted a refund. Golf Marshall was extreme when approaching the group he is referring to. Unacceptable to discourage that young girl like that. Hopefully you guys fix this.

Good food!

A negative experience was rescued by the staff. We spent two and a half hours playing the front nine (Winged Foot). The group in front was routinely hitting 2 or 3 balls each from the fairway, then spending additional time picking them all up. They also had a toddler (3 or 4 years old) they were allowing to putt and play. What’s crazy is there was a group ahead of them equally as slow. We were fed up by the 6th hole but decided to play out the 9. By 7 the marshal did come by but there was no change in behavior. At the turn we asked for a refund due to the extremely slow play and lack of enforcement of pace of play, and players allowed on the course. The lady working the clubhouse listened to us, got the marshals to address the issue and contacted Golfnow to secure a refund.The course itself was in good shape. Greens are challenging but fair. It’s a tight layout with most holes lined by trees on both sides. A couple holes require some shape but you’ll play best with controlled straight shots. It’s not overly long so you can take less than driver off the tee to get the ball in the proper spot.Thanks to an interesting layout and the incredibly helpful staff I’ll be back next time I’m in town.

Can you see exit off of interstate 45 about an hour north of Houston. panorama village is a city and has the main highlight of the golf course with fairways and greens going in other directions from the clubhouse and housing all around. Well-maintained and lots of trees and wildlife. It was my first time here and I will come back again. its a little hard to find once you exit the interstate because its in the middle of a residential area. But the GPS will take you right to it. I highly recommend this to anyone. Please leave me a thumbs up if you like my reviews. Thank you

A Great Rustic Course to Play Golf, with fair n some challenging golfing holes. Challenges your mind of Course Management and your physical strength of power to go for it or play safe. And they have tasty flavor Hamburgers at end of play. You play Panorama once and you will keep coming back for more challenges. And its fun with friends n strangers. Best of Golfing.

Great golf course and very good food too

Course was in decent shape. After wet spots but its expected due to recent rain. Price to play w/cart is very reasonable. Couple of guys however had a dredging system going on the water holes and had to play through them. Makes it difficult to try and play with them on the course in front of you.

It is a 25 dollar week day round at best. I can play a lot nicer courses for 50 dollars a round on mondays. I can see them losing customers at these prices. I know my friends and I will play elsewhere until their prices come down.this coming from a loyal customer.

Great food. Fabulous chef. Very accommodating. Couldnt ask for more. Very fair prices far below any other country club in the area. Love this place!

We enjoy eating at the Club. We havent had a bad meal yet! Enjoy Wednesday Burger Nights, and I like their tuna melt. Personable wait staff.

It is a very nice place to play a round of golf plus they have a good cafe & grill with a bar too. The food is very good and the staff is very nice.

This course has changed for the better. Last time I played here was 2015, and I told myself I wouldnt be back due to course conditions. Now, the course is was taken care of, from tee boxes to the greens, not to mention the pleasant staff. I would recommend this course now to anyone who hasnt played there in a long time. Best condition in since I started playing there 10+ years ago. Careful though, the greens are ridiculously fast!

Beautiful course but very tight with all the houses. Definitely makes u keep control of your shots.

Range balls included with greens fee. Well run and ongoing improvements. Need to support it as courses have been closing.

Nice place good food

Dont miss the restaurant. The Friday night special is consistently wonderful. The burgers are excellent and are discounted one night weekly. I know where they keep the good food. This is one of the places.

Nice track, usually in good shape..a few tricky shaping shots needed and helps to have played it. Fast greens. 27 holes.

Excellent golf course! Friendly staff, greens are always in nice shape, Panorama is a beautiful neighborhood tucked away right off of the freeway in Conroe, Texas you will not be disappointed if you reserve a tee time!

Nice course but the way they schedule groups has to be changed. The marshal came by and asked us to speed up our play, we then had to inform him that there were 3 groups on one hole and we could not speed up our play. Very disappointed in the scheduling aspect, unfortunately I would not recommend based on this.Also there is no food available while they remodel their kitchen, another reason not to recommend.

The greenskeeper has done an exceptional job of redoing the greens. Great shape now. Also a great new Pro and Clubhouse Manager. Its a whole new world at Panorama Village.

The service and food was spectacular. Prime rib nite was the best and the price was not over the top

Dont expect them to honor their online prices.Went yesterday (11/15/17); tried booking online where the green fees were posted as $25.63. Couldnt book online, so I called and made a tee time. When I got there I was charged the regular $37 price, plus a deposit fee for the cart key. Lady in the pro shop was very rude, saying only that they were under new management. Then some big dude walked out telling me I must have been looking at the twilight rates. Wanted to play so I paid the darn fee. There was hardly anyone else on the course.If this is the new business model Ill be sure to play elsewhere.

This course has changed so much in the last few months. The new management has really turned this course around! Nice greens and fairways, and new carts.

Nice course, but the greens will inflate your score. Fast, with lots of movement.

Nice place was a walk on and got a round in on a Thursday morning in 2.5 hours, the folks playing just let me play through I was in no hurry but neither were they.

Quiet and not expensive. Always great for a quick 18.

Great staff and course marshal very nice the players on the other hand the most rude people ever Im only 22 years old and people had the audacity to tell us we couldnt play through when its just me and a buddy when there in a fivesome I didnt know you could even play in a large amount like that even they were in a tournament when the staff said no tournament was happening as club members and as senior citizens you would think you would be kind enough to say sure you can play through pitiful

Been playing golf and swimming here since I was a kid. I love panorama and Im excited for the changes being made under new golf course management.

Renovation looks nice and new management is doing a great job with the service so far. Prices are very reasonable and food is tasty.

Its a club, as you can see. But its more of a club for meetings and the Wednesday night dinners. They hold 4th of July events and a Christmas party with games, stickers, balloons and Santa. But other than those two events, not the best place for children.

The course was in great shape, second cut was very high,hard to find your ball thro,greens were great...pace of play was very good...jim m.

This place is a real dump!! If your offered a free round w/ free drinks, DONT GO! VERY DISAPPOINTED......& they have the nerve to charge$45 a round? Unreal. One nine was all airated & top dressed w/sand. The other nine, the greens all had weeds growing everywhere, fairways sucked, teeboxes sucked, old houses everywhere. Oh ya, the driving range sucked to. The only thing this place has going for it, is the cute cart girl. Really is the worst place to golf in Texas. It should rename itself the village dump, much more fitting.

Greens, fairways and teeboxes are always in very poor condition. There are alot of very rude members that seem to think they are better than others because theyve got a membership. Course marshall is rude and unprofessional. Course marshall made rude and false accusations because of a disagreement i had with a member that was his friend. No form of course etiquette whatsoever.
