Quiet and clean. Friendly environment, I feel comfortable with my sister raising her young children here. Ive lived in this town my whole life (26yrs) and strongly believe that this is the best mobile home park in Conneaut, by far! My only complaint is the condition of the roads inside the park. Can we fix the potholes please? Especially the giant dip from the storm drain grate in the far northwest corner please? Will personally fix roads if I can have permission from, and materials paid for by park owner! Im certified and experienced and offer free labor! Thank you! #47

Nicer of the trailer parks...people mind their business...no constant police presence...trains loud and dirty

I met this girl (well call her Karen) when I was 15, she was almost a full year younger than me. I remember when I met her she was wearing sandals, shorts that were cut so short that you could see the boxers she was wearing underneath, ripped baby tee with spaghetti straps and the arms cut off, and her hair was extremely dusty, like she had been rolling around in dirt. Her clothes looked that way too. She also had lots of freckles and was missing a couple of her bottom teeth because her brother pushed her off a tractor a few years earlier. She had a light BO smell that was covered up with that flowery deodorant and a pinch of smoked BBQ. She basically looked like she didnt take baths regularly.

I have lived in mobile Grove for a few months. It is getting better and better, the new manager is trying to clean the place up and it shows!

Yep, thats a trailer park. If your richest family member invites you to their house warming party and you gotta help take the wheels off, you might be a redneck!!

Its an ok trailer park, crime doesnt seem to be abnormally high and most of the lawns and trailers look to be taken care of. A fair amount of cats walking around.
