This was our first time in this store and it’s a great little store! The Lady seemed very kind, knowledgeable and super welcoming. It was really great walking into a store and having someone who’s so passionate and confident take time to tell you about the crystals.Usually when you walk into a place like this you are over looked and there is this weird awkwardness.We made a couple of purchase as gifts and are very happy with them. Will definitely make a effort to stop in when we are in Concord in the future.

This is a genuine healing shop. The stones are amazing. There is a lot to see and choose from. The owner is an ascended master here to heal our world. It was my first time in and I will definitely go back. I went in with specific stones in mind and was guided to one not on my list which turned out to be even more so perfect for my intentions. Upon entering I did some energy work with the owner which was much needed without having to ask. He knows his stuff! Spot on. Knowledgable and resourceful. 10 stars! Beautiful shop and soul.

Really nice guy, I went in looking for a black obsydian and he let me have one for twenty bucks when the original price was fourty because thats all I had on me. Theres a really wide variety of crystals, too! Some of the ones in there I cant even find online!

Wonderful staff and 100% good vibes! A little corner shop with a great selection of crystals, jewelry, minerals, and other items. I left with some lovely crystals, and a better day than I was having before. I had a wonderful experience in here checking out all of the crystals and the lovely jewelry. I went to this shop back in December with my boyfriend, and can’t believe I’m just getting around to reviewing this place! This store was truly incredible and can’t be described in a way that will do it justice. The owner, Rafael, is such an extraordinary and unique person who has so much knowledge to share with you about his life and practices. Please go to this shop if you have time to spare because hearing his stories and speaking with him is an experience unlike any other you’ll be able to have. He helped sell my boyfriend two unique meteorites and rare crystals that we had not seen before this shop. I myself did not get anything, and the owner was still kind enough to give me a piece of carnelian as a thank you for us coming into the store. Truly worth the trip.

Gorgeous powerful crystals.

I bought two crystals on June 24th and was helped by the woman, I didnt catch her name, and she was patient, very knowledgeable and lovely. I had called before heading over to make sure they were open and the man on the phone was abrupt and kind of strange. Well I met him today. I popped in to ask what exactly my crystal was as I cant remember. I walked in and a man sat slumped in his chair with his phone on speaker while he waited on what was to be an extended hold. After an awkward silence he finally greeted me by chiding me for wearing a mask and said COVID is a conspiracy created by the government and that he was going to post a sign that said no masks allowed. I have to admit I asked him probably three times the name of the crystal because I couldnt remember all three names, apparently its a powerful triple crystal. By that third time a man walked in and I apologized for asking again as I rummaged for a pen and paper in my bag. He told me I had to leave that I couldnt be there for more than 5 minutes. I looked at him and said I assure you I havent been here 5 minutes, maybe it had been 2! He then said I had to leave because the government doesnt allow him to have more than two people in the store at a time. The irony, and I have to laugh, is he went from anti-establishment to compliant in a nano second. Anyway, I wish the woman the best, she was very sweet, this guy, not so much. I will shop elsewhere.

This place is absolutely wonderful. From the moment you walk in, the energy is so beautiful and calming. Raphael and Margo are the real deal. Knowledge, power, and compassion just beam from both of them. My experience talking to them and being in their energy is something I will never forget. I can truly say I felt an immediate shift in my vibration just being around them. The man would not let us in the store... we planned to go at 1:30 and we waited outside for 20 minutes before leaving because he would not let us in.

I just has a great experience here today. They are very knowledgeable about their work and helped me choose the best stone for what I was looking for. I only wish they had their prices upfront on their products, instead of waiting until you are at the counter.

Very wonderful people and energies

I think each experience is personal. With that being said, I had been contemplating a lot in my mind for a while and when I went in, the owner spoke to exactly what I needed. I had some extra cash this week so I made an extravagant purchase which, again, was exactly what I needed. I left the store feeling lighter and more energized. He identified himself as a healer and he gave me what I needed to heal.

Both healed me in ways I can’t describe. This being my first true experience with crystals and dealing with so much pain and heartache in my life at the moment, I felt freedom from the darkness. I highly recommend spirit wing gallery to awaken your soul and bring happiness back into your life.

Very good healing.

Was an interesting experience to say the least. Walked in, was immediately commanded to hold large wrapped crystals and got a “free energy healing session” from the guy, (making me recite mantras of information I was very well aware of)whilst the lady was recording me without my permission and posted it on their facebook.Paid $30 for a quartz and Garnett necklace that broke the minute I got home. Tried to sell it to me for $50... Also tried to sell me a $300 “rare” stone because I had bad energy and “needed” it. Wanted to buy more but wasn’t allowed to look around... Lady was sweet and guy maybe meant well but was harsh and not welcoming. I can see them taking advantage of sensitive, weak people that wouldn’t speak up for themselves.

If it were possible to rate no stars, you better believe that’s what they’d receive. Around a month ago I went in with a friend of mine and we were intrigued with all the great crystals that were around the room. We walked in to no greeting just awkward silence, I chose to say hi and the woman was the only one who broke the silence, with just a flat hi. Well that was a great friendly welcome? So we shrug it off to see the nice crystals around the room and the man seated across from the woman asked my friend if she needed help finding something, but we were just looking at the moment. He said we shouldn’t pick up anything because if we drop it we’d have to pay for the item. Which is understandable! But we were just looking and we didn’t pick up anything really. My friend picks up on energy and she was upset with a lot of the crystals there. Now it could be other customers but that’s when things started getting a little uncomfortable from a customer point of view. The man kept asking if we NEEDED anything or if we were going to BUY anything. Well the third time he says, “that’s enough. I’ve asked you three times if you were done or needed help. I’ve been very kind even though we closed at four. You need to leave. It takes three hours to cleanse the crystals.” Well that’s when my friend and I didn’t hesitate to leave. We have never felt so uncomfortable to have left a crystal/rock shop with those feelings. There were NO hours on the door, or on the windows. If you were closed why didn’t you lock your business up for the day, or one better? Why when we walked in, maybe mention you were closing at four or mention you were closed? My friends just went to this shop today and encountered the same rude and unprofessional manner. If you don’t want people in your store to look around? Like you know an actual store, open an online shop. That might even help the rudeness of the shop owner, cause that did not help the situation. Not everyone is going to whip out their wallets two or three minutes into their walk around in your shop, being that you need to ask every couple minutes if we need help. We wanted to appreciate this shop, and we might have even bought some of the items, but being that we basically got kicked out? I don’t recommend this shop to anyone I know and that’s why I’m writing this review for those who look up the establishment. Oh! And I know why they need so long to cleanse those crystals, it’s because they’re around negative energy from open to “close”. The only good energy those crystals could get is if they got bought and brought into someone else’s home who would cleanse them properly.

I was getting my hair done across the street from this store and noticed their sign out front. I felt sort of drawn into the store..I wasn’t having the best day that day. I sat with Margo and Raphael and we talked for a while. I also had a reading w Margo which I felt was pretty positive! When I left there, I felt so much lighter and brighter and happier. The whole way home I could feel it! We had talked about dreams because I was having bad dreams which would make me wake up sad or flustered in the morning. I went in last week, just looking for a stone that spoke to me. The owner was extremely aggressive sales wise. Pushing me to purchase really expensive stones citing how important it is to have rare stones. Nothing has a price on it. Seems they just make it up as they go. My purchase was about double the cost it should be. I have felt like the stone was full of negative energy since I brought it home! The energy of the owner was was positive and inauthentic as it deteriorated quickly when I would not fall for the gimmick. For anyone seriously invested in energy work with crystals, do not go here. There is some darkness and negative energy here. I was really disappointed.

To be honest, I have not set foot in the store as I live in another state and have only purchased an item online. What I do have to say is that I had a miraculous healing done by Rafael done via distance healing (remote). He helped remove some dark energy that was attacking me and it was a situation I couldnt clear on my own. I have read some of the reviews here and can honestly say that if you want a good quality item you are going to pay a little bit more for it. I go to a couple of shops similar to this where I live in Wisconsin and depending on the item the prices can be all over the place. You just have to know what you are looking for and if you want it bad enough be prepared to spend the money. As far as demeanor of the owners, I just have to say that as an Intuitive myself that their energy is very loving and positive and just want what is best for you. Sometimes we do not know how to take others energy and some people might seem more direct but that does not mean they are pushy. If I ever get a chance to travel out their way, I will definitely stop in the store! Wish I could rate this place lower. The owner is very aggressive and rude. Everything is over priced even for a common stone that I have bought from a reputable store for as low as $8 he tries to sell for $50 when it is half the size. He offered to lower to $30 but I was not looking to pay that much. Even had the nerve to insult me after I was nothing but polite in refusing the sale. Do not go here he will rip you off. It is worth the drive to go else where!

Absolute worst experience. I am just starting my spiritual journey and was hoping to just browse and see what this shop was all about. Upon entering another customer was there the worker was helping. I was asked if I needed help I said I was just browsing so I wouldnt interrupt them, was told well if your only browsing I am going to have to ask you to leave because I am helping this customer, told me to grab a card and make an appointment. .. ummm is this not a shop, no where does it say by appointment only, sign actually said Welcome Open and the door was open. I will never go here again nor will I recommend anyone to go there.

We arrived 10 mins before close and it was closed HOWEVER- This is HANDS DOWN one of the best crystal/mineral/metaphysical shop Ive been to. The owners are so sweet, helpful, empathetic, intuitive and amazing! The first time I walked in, they asked if I was Native American, and I am. I was told my guides are with me because he saw i had 2 feathers. I asked him to elaborate, and he said Natives, when their guides are with them, have a feather over each shoulder. The white man have an Angel over each. I see you have two feathers with a huge smile.I also have bought some of the strongest crystals there that Ive gotten anywhere. I HIGHLY suggest everyone go here!!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

The first time I visited Spirit Wings Gallery was like walking meditation. The smell of sage was soothing, there was a calming music playing. I stood just inside the door, closed my eyes, deep breath, exhale...and then heard the sound of a singing bowl Rafael spoke softly from across the store. Beautiful crystals and a very calming healing experience with Raphael. I went in to the shop with negative energy and he lifted my spirit and my soul. I am thankful to have left with crystals to change my energy and the energy in my home. I feel I also brought your spirit and healing energy in to my home. I had to come back and edit my first initial 5 star review. After A few days on seriously feeling like I was completely taken advantage of- I have determined I was. All the other negative reviewers are correct, nothing in this shop is labeled with a price and when you get to the counter they just do a bunch of random distractions and throws some numbers out and tell you you’re getting a deal. Like literally I came in there in a wheelchair with my 2 kids and got taken. My son found a few small stones (3) could not be more $20 worth, my daughter a bracelet. I found a large green calcite and when I got to the counter a few more crystals where Tossed at me a long with the little healing session they bestowed upon me I spent over $200. The large green Calcite could not have been more than 50$ I had a mineral friend of my look over all the stones a I bought, not worth that I paid to say in the least. Ever since I brought these crystals home though, I feel like they’re full of bad juju. I really liked the store owners initially but couldn’t shake the feeling I was taken advantage of, I’ll never shop here again.

This shop is down-to-earth, calm and magical. The Proprietors are lovely people whose light shines from within. Impressive is their knowledge of all they sell and more.
