I love independent theaters that have the flexibility to have some real fun. The Disney sing-a-longs are awesome. Its awesome to take my daughter and a couple friends to go sing as loud as they can with a bunch of other people. It always blows me away the crowd that comes to those shows. I know I am there to hang out with a 5 year old.

I came here with my daughter to watch Aladdin , to my surprise our tickets was for room 3. Wow breath taking they have remodel. Leather recliner seats , a pull out tray with a cup holder. I was told they are going to remodel the whole theater !!

Quick, easy access to theaters and seats. Bathrooms can be messy at times, and parking prices can suck, but overall, a good theatre in the center of LA.

Good price for tickets, and the showing room was clean and spacious. Seats are fabulous, confortable and with a table. You can kick you feet up and enjoy the show. Good quality overall and the staff is very helpful. Good crowd (for the day I went.) Will probably make this make go to theater.

Ive been coming to this theater for as long as I can remember so nostalgic for me but this last time I went they had these new reclining chair. All I can say is: WOW!

Gone to this theater dozens of times. Great service, amazing prices. I dont wanna rate it 2 stars because 99% of the time i go there everything is good. But 3 days ago i went to watch Avengers: End Game. Before the movie i went to the restroom. The restroom was empty only two employees inside chatting pretending to clean the restroom. Even saying Im just here waisting time till Im off. Went into a stall i was doing my business and one of the employees left the restroom the other with mop in hand walked to the door of my stall deep inside the restroom and just stood there near the door of my stall. I could see his face through the crack of the door (he wasnt looking inside). He was just standing there doing nothing i presume waiting for me. So I decided to leave asap as it was really uncomfortable. The restroom was dead silent and one guy waiting for me inches from the door. I didnt gather the courage to tell anyone up in the front. I just left and enjoyed my movie as best I could.

I was impressed with the seats very comfortable and they have a little table where you sit so that was nice. Its is a small theater but not bad to watch a movie if you live in the area. If you dont live in the area your better off watching a movie where you live.

The diversity of merchandise that is sold is very good and comfortable

The lady attendant accommodated me & my husband very well & made sure our needs were met. I am a cancer patient on o2 & use a walker she put my walker away in a safe place for me so no one would trip & she escorted me to my seat. Thank you we look forward to going back as soon as Im well enough again.

Very affordable and usually they have all the new movies. A good spot for a cheap date or monday blues.

Cool movie theater, you can tell thats its old and it really needs to be remodeled but the tickets here are cheaper so its kinda worth it. It definitely gets packed on Tuesdays because the tickets are even cheaper, theyre 6.50 per ticket. The food here is also pretty good, fast service and nice employees work here.

Good movie theater many good movies and alot of silence

Recently updated theater. You now get assigned seating in power reclining leather seats with swible trays. Sound is also much better. Screens are ok.Tuesdays are Discount Day. The theater is located within a shopping center. Giving you plenty of eating options. If you go to the concession stand the prices arent too bad. Their popcorn is really good.

Parking is an issue even though shared with huge mall. Might be visible from street.Clean for the area but old style seating.Food not cheap but not amc prices.Tuesday is discount day all day $5.50.

I know this theater is not like the usual big and fancy but I’ve been coming here for over 10 years they recently update the chairs and I love it! You feel VIP in these seats!! It’s a great theater for those looking for Spanish subtitles or even Spanish movies. Perfect for my family. I bring my Kids here too and they love it. The popcorn taste great and you have the option to add butter and even jalapeños on your popcorn.I highly recommend this theater for families :)

The theater may not look fancy when you walk in but dont let that fool you. They have all the latest releases, much lower prices AND leather recliner chairs! Love them!!!!

Giving it 5 stars because the price for the movie was amazing. I went to a 5:15 showing and it was still considered a matinee so it was only $10.50. The theaters also have lounging seats that go really far back with lap trays. It is kinda run down but it gives a nostalgic vibe, but I can see why people say it’s run down. I also got creepy vibes on the way out but that isn’t the theaters fault.

I love the new seats. The staff is always nice. I recommend coming here for their Tuesday specials!

I absolutely love their new seats! They are recliner seats and they have a little table where you can put your food in. Not all of the auditoriums have these new seats but those that do are incredible. The staff is nice and the place is always clean. They do need more staff outside in the buying windows because it can get crowded pretty fast. Its overall a really nice theater. I love that it has spanish subtitles too!

Been going here for years. Tuesday’s are half off. And it’s newly renovated so it’s super nice now. Before the seats were super uncomfortable lol even on the regular days it’s honestly affordable compared to other theaters

It brought me many memories as a child and now to be able to take my daughter its priceless. Very clean and much better seating. Great customer service and more organized.

Ive been coming to this theatre since I was a kid and love it. Now I bring my kids and have never had a bad experience. Concession stand is great, friendly staff and it was just remodeled. Seats are amazingly comfortable now!! Just please...if you have small kids...have the courtesy to leave the theatre if they start crying. Let the rest of us enjoy the movie. :)

Smaller size theaters, movie selection is fine. The 5 star review is for customer service. First I got great service from Jenny at the concession stand, but I was blown away when she helped me get a handle of my snacks and even grabbed the auditorium door for me. Sad to say this type of service is rare these days. Thank you commerce theater! Hats off to Jenny and manager!

The theater is pretty nice thats the only reason I gave it a 3 stars the seats are comfortable but the food is another thing. The food was not good, I ordered a pizza and pizza from school looks better then the pizza they serve hear and thats saying a lot. The bread was still very white and did not smell like pizza. Wouldnt recommend the pizza unless you want to be disappointed.

The theater has gotten some major improvements in the recent months they remodeled the theater rooms. The seats are now leather and reclining. I would definitely comeback or recommend it to a friends.

His place has really improved after the renovations. It has recliners seats with trays on them that are so comfortable. The screen quility is really good now and staff is very nice.

The chances currently undergoing at the premiere section (Auditoriums 1-3) are making this once seemingly outdated cinema rise to an esteem comparative to higher priced venues. The shift toward seat-booking rather than the free-for-all frenzy that was allows me to choose the best place for my movie-viewing experience. The introduction of high-end reclining seats with more than ample leg room and a table for snacks is truly quite something I thought I would have had to go to an Arclight to enjoy. Now the screens could be a bit bigger, but seeing these changes, I wouldnt be surprised if that would be a next step.

Small theater but I have to admit I did enjoy the subtitles because I saw my family happy.. we need more cinemas with Spanish subtitles because there is people that dont go to the movies because they cant understand it. .... area not so good

This place is wonderful! It has great prices and great movies. The popcorn is really good and I recommend it with A LOT of butter! If you eat this youll be in heaven

We took the kids to see Aladdin. The theater upgraded the seating to recliner chairs and it seemed cleaner. Tuesday prices are $6.50 ... Cant go wrong with that. Good place.

I really enjoy these theaters. Theyre affordable, have new movies, reclining seats, a mini table on each seat to put your food, phone etc. Also the staff are very fast and organized! Not like in edwards Cinema where you wait 30-40 minutes for popcorn and a soda. Its the second time I come here & will be coming here more often.

I have been going to this cinema for 2 years, and I love it. Its staff is very friendly, the seats are very comfortable without doubt the best place to enjoy a good movie with family and friends.

Commerce Theatre. Local East Los establishment showing movies. Location...classic...old school...with modern upgrade on some of the theatres...14 of them. Little crowded...snacks...movie favs on candy...popcorn...drinks. Theatre location....shows movies subtitled in Spanish. Local yokels from community frequent this establishment....little noisy at times within some showings...but its what it is. People respectful....workers on point...courteous. Parking challenge...movies with East L.A. Feel.

Its a quaint theatre to enjoy a movie or better yet, matinee. 5 stars if it wasnt for that sticky floor, but dont let that stop you from going. I continue going for the fact that it isnt packed crowded inside theatre, compared to others. Enjoy the show!

Love that is local, like the staff, but cant stand the public people that go.. Wont let you hear & watch the movies.. ( You have teens that wont shut up, they even have smoked weed in their)... When you try to shut people up for talking they get upset and get louder...

I would give Regency Commerce 14 Cinemas 5 stars, if they would just add a safe place to keep bicycles for patrons. Bicyclists in commerce and surrounding areas would greatly appreciate it. Im pretty sure it might even boost ticket sales.

Well the new recliner chairs makes a diffrence. Just as comfortable as AMC theaters for cheaper price. Ill be going more often as long as price stays low.

Its very nice in there i went to LA for vacation from italy so mista and i decided to go here we bought the tickets and once we entered we where welcomed with open arms it smelt so nice in there like popcorn and we bought some of the food it was quite a Golden experience
