I thank the commerce casino for trying their best to give us something to do during these boring lonely times, me and my girl friends went yesterday for the first time since the shutdowns and I had a great time, the security was friendly, the games were paying out and the barbecue set up was amazing! Those burgers were the best burgers I’ve ever had in my entire life! The people were grilling right In front of us, I had a few drinks and it was the best time I’ve had in months, thank you commerce casino for trying your best to bring some type of normality to our lives

Always a great time when we go to their Meridian Day Spa. They are so nice and helpful. I asked for for ice for our wine and they me a semi cooler set up. Really nice location and friendly staff. You can even host a little get together there and bring your own food and drinks and reserve the theater room

Best place to play cards and especially baccarat probably in the world. As entirety of plant earth. Covid19 politics have at least temporarily destroyed that experience. They are at least trying, but its not close to being the same with the outdoor parking lot casino.

I came all the way from San Pedro to play here because the other times I was here, ultimate Texas hold-em was shuffled & dealt by hand. That seems to make it a more level playing field. However, tonight it is now being dealt from the shoe. I played 15 hands and lost each one of them. The feds should come in here and check their shuffle master machines. I have more of a chance getting a royal flush and winning the jackpot than losing 15 hands in a row. They’ve also, for some unknown reason, roped off ingress and egress that was previously open, making it extremely hard to get to the cashier’s cage and then to get the hell out of there. I will never come here again.

Currently commerce is trying to figure things out..but the waiting time rivals the DMV..gone there twice since opening and long (45+) mins just to get scanned in..after that you try to find a game..which seems like 35 plus names on all games..so looking at 3 plus hours BEFORE you even sit down..going to take a break as Im not one for prolonged waiting. .maybe a phone would help..or more tables..whatever Im sure they will figure it out ,otherwise I cant see any reason to play at commerce.

So easy to get DMV Stuff done

All Tables minimum $25 bet after Covid reopening. Lots of new dealers that aren’t experienced. You need to get chips at selected area which is crowded. Dealer won’t exchange cash for chips. They take long to provide new deck. Took our table about 10-12 minutes to get a new deck and it can’t be shuffled. There was no control in floor. They do enforce social distance. Only saw one lady cleaning some chairs. Glass on tables are pointless to short in length when you got people reaching their face over it while drinking. They should not allow drinking because it defeats purpose of social distance when you got people drunk wanting to talk with no mask

Its not the same as before ! I play pow gow only at the big tables, and I feel like the players should be treated (VIP) because people here bet the most $$ in the entire casino this area should be remodeled to accommodate these players with food & drinks.

They have great poker room here. I use to come here and play Texas hold-em. You can also play black jack here. Good food and drinks here. Great service. Great place to go if your in Los Angeles. A lot of tourists come here. Very friendly staff. My car battery died, and they help me charge it. Thank you so much.

Had a nice stay at this hotel. The resturant and bar area was very nice, and the food was great. There were so many gaming tables, but no slots at this casino. The staff was excellent.

I only came here to watch the UFC fight. Cost $10 bucks for the fight. The Casino area was packed full of gamblers. The viewing area for the UFC fight was packed as well. The food was surprisingly good. Enjoyed myself with friends. Will come back again.

I may sound entitled but Im just saying paying 100$/night for a room should not mean I should stand in a like for 30 minutes to check in!!! Like??? And the casino and bistro is fully staffed by the front desk is not?? And the pool and gym are closed but not the casino or the bistro.

I love the Pad Thai here... I dont know why. Its just delicious. The shrimp is Meh... but all the rest of the toppings are wonderful. Maybe its the Hearty serving size.

Lots of poker tables as well as the LAPC event going on now, and always a seat available. For the hotel, nice rooms TV is a bit small and too far away from the bed to see clearly, yes there is lots of parking BUT if you are staying in the hotel. Valet only or park on the far side and drag your luggage through the casino. There should be parking for hotel guests near the hotel.

I would encourage any person considering driving to Commerce Casino to play in a tournament to call first, I personally just spent 2-hours in my car for a none existent tournament they failed to have unlisted from Poker Atlas. The first person I spoke to tried to explain to me the app is broken which is not correct and based in no factual information. As I was talking to this person, I was trying to not be irritated at having already spent an hour in traffic for nothing I said, I know it isnt your fault, I should have called first. another woman behind the desk joins in to tell me, Yeah, you should have called. Great customer experience, having blame shifted to a tool that is working perfectly and now myself, anyone but the responsible party which is the Commerce Casino.I did find a gentleman, I apologize for forgetting his name, who at least prevented this from being a 1-star review because he at least noted what site was not being updated and offered to comp us a lunch. I declined, as I was too irritated to eat mediocre food.

They charge you a dollar per hand for blackjack. Some of the dealers look very unhappy and seem to have their job. The decor is old. The pit boss look frumpy. Atmosphere is meh. Most clientele give off the Im spending my paycheck here instead of Im here to have fun and blow off some steam after the work week vibe and its kind of a mood killer.Good: Serve food right to the table. Good number of $5 tables for those on a low budget. Parking is close to the entrance. Some of the dealers are quite nice and helpful.

The light is too bright for a casino. The Texas hold-’em area looks like a big restaurant at the first sight! So funny!! It doesn’t give you the vibe to ‘enjoy’ and ‘have fun’, but ‘purely for gambling’ . I’d go another place if it is not the closest on the map.

As a hotel I would rate them a 4. The rooms were very clean, modern and well maintained - and at a decent rate. Parking was problematic and hard to find as many people were there just for gambling.

If you want to play cards, this is the place to go. Lots of tables. Lots of games. The restaurant was really good . Wish the horse racing was better.

Why o why my review cant be viewed by others as I have been coming to this casino for many different times to play. I was losing at the card game tables of all the time. Do they got some games fixed up on certain people to get the wins? Others I seen to lose and I believe its based upon how a person is dressed once the person who enters the casino. This casino is not that great. Yes its off right next to the five freeway and just make a left turn, well depending which direction youre coming from.The casino got the covid 19 virus even that it is getting remodeling done. Still has it due to the current workers like the security officers who enter the building at this very moment. They dont got no such thing as social distance. I hear tons of people get bar from here. Plus they allowed to return in a couple of weeks.The food isnt good as it made me sick. As if the food was expired. I had to go use the restroom various times in the same time frame when I was there at all my different visits. the security officers are just standing. A few looking for who to pick on to kick out of the casino.The night time security officers go to sleep inside the vehicles of the company trucks while supposed to be active. I caught them various times not guarding the parking lot at all. They just sit down at their seat and not put attention. The gift shop has high prices of items that you can get at a lower price somewhere else.I seen huge amount of Asian people always wear a mask at this casino even before the covid 19 virus arrived. They might had brought it to this casino. The school pays for every permit.Once they get the gun permit, they run away to look for another company as they know that the casino is the only place that they will pay for the classes. I been here over ten times playing at this casino card table games. My boyfriend doesnt know about me playing here. My boyfriend works currently at this casino as hes a security officer during the night shift. Thats why I know whos been here. Plus the thin ladies need a better outfit for serving the food and drinks. My boyfriend wears a bee looking uniform if you want to meet him in person. I told him that he need to get rest when he can during his lunch. He had told me that he fell asleep tons of times guarding. I as well saw him from far away distance.Im surprised that the casino company only focus on their security officers. They dont let my boyfriend team up with them on the pick up trucks as then for sure both security companies officers wont be too active. We went to eat at the sports bar in the back, I was with four other from work, and we all had different thing. The menu is very varied, from burgers to Asian, and it was all excellent. The service was also friendly and timely, but not intrusive as we were having a work convo.

One of the better places to play poker in Los Angeles. Wish they let you buy in for more than $100 on the 2-3 tables like at the Bike. Good dealers, lots of tables, lots of options. Overall 4 star.

Review is for the OTB. Its clean but small overall. It can get hard to move in the room and there may be lines at every tote machine. They have a couple tellers on duty the majority of the time. The simulcast lineup is good for most of the major tracks, but SoCal trails behind many other states when it comes to a full-track menu. Theres a sports bar next door which is nice if you want a man soda or five. The location is convenient but the parking lot gets pretty full at peak times.

I like the 40/80 NL game. Better dynamics than just a 40 buy in. Less donkey play and more strategic action involved. I walked away a winner so I was happy. Cant wait to go back.

I love this casino its one of the largest poker rooms in Los Angeles . I love to play poker here because they have different limits to choose from. I like the food that you can order while youre playing, its delicious.They also have a sports bar, Arena sports bar and grill. They have some of the the best chicken wings at the bar. The arena is open everyday the hours are Sunday - Thursday 11:00 a.m to 12: a.m. They close a little later on Friday and Saturday @ 1:30 a.m. I recommend this casino if you like playing poker ortable games. For a night out with your loved one or friendsI recommend the arena.

This review is for the poker room in particular. It’s very large, and there seem to be a lot of regulars. Varied games of all different levels. There’s a snack bar near the poker room that offers some fresh food. I played mostly 1-2 NL Hold ‘Em.Only 3/5 stars as the staff seemed very disorganized most of the time, and to be honest, a little bit rude.The player base were nice for the most part, however there were some serious problems at various tables with people switching seats, people sitting out for 20 minutes at a time, etc. The dealers and pit bosses could have been a little more on top of keeping the games going and keeping players happy.Definitely not my top choice for poker rooms in L.A. Bicycle is better.
