Clean , clean, clean! Went for the first time and the facility is top notch. Our 2 and 5 year old love it! The manager specifically asked if we needed anything which is beyond service. My kids can not wait to go back! Laser tag was awesome it did go down for a while but there was so much else to do. Dodgeball in the dark seriously how fun! Arcade was turned off do to state mandate and I appreciate them taking our safety seriously. Glad they are re-opened and can’t wait for another family day of play!

Cool place, lots of party rooms for birthdays, events or just regular parties. The laser rooms are pretty cool. They do have some games outside that work by swipe card and the points automatically go on your card so you dont get any tickets.

My first experience wasnt that great but decided to give it another shot. The Manager was Christy was so nice & totally made this experience so much better. The staff was constantly spraying lysol & making sure people were distancing. I will definitely be back with the kids again.

Really cool little place. I took my kids here and they had a ball! The laser tag is pretty affordable and they had a lot of games to play. I would recommend if you want to kill time with the little ones.

The kids loved it and theres an adult seating area. We went on a discount day and there was a healthy crowd, but not over crowded.

Great deal for unlimited laser tag. Just wish they would care more about the equipment. Some of the vests made noises and had lights and some did not. You definitely get what you pay for though!

Really great lazertag but horrible instructions/directions. For a relatively high price entrance I expected there to be more information on whats going on. Instead they just throw you in a room and expect you to figure it out. There were powerups no one mentioned.

Staff was amazing, they were very attentive and made our lazertag experience one to remember, but the place was average, got boring quickly but was quite repetitive, would like some more options when it comes to lazertag

This is probably the best Lazer tag place on the island 2 floors to playon thats sick like a full blown video game the only con I have is that the water fountains were working before we went in when we came out suddenly they were turned off that I thought was shady. To turn them off so were forced to buy a beverage. Not cool but I rated this place on its game play so 5 stars on that. On the how the customer was treated scale 3 stars everyone was kind and nice but that water thing was messed up

My kids and I had a good time but got bored of the place quickly. The games get repetitive and Lazer rag is fun for the first few times.

Had my sons 7th birthday party here and it was perfect. Ran around 2 rounds of laser tag, video games, food, cake and then dodge ball. Staff was great, very attentive and price was reasonable. Great time.

This place is a hidden gem and we had a blast with our kids the staff was very helpful and they made our children feel safe and very occupied I couldn’t ask for more they went above and beyond .

Overpriced and rundown. The staff was inattentive and did not notice my party going to a back room. The laser tag is awful. Everywhere else I’ve gone the gun was responsive and aimed correctly. However, after checking with my other party members, the aim was indeed off and the guns were unresponsive. Additionally, some kids tried to push me down the stairs and kicked me while the staff didn’t do anything. Never coming back to this sham of an establishment.

This place is not a bad option for parties. The start point / where teams first meet, could have been designed better. I played two games and in both games the number of players were unevenly distributed which made the games less exciting. Some of that is probably because there is no good way to separate the number of players evenly before the game starts. Either separate rooms or separate lines outside of the explanation room would help with that. The red team also has a general advantage as they have to walk across the map to get to home base, and can really start anywhere in the map. Unlimited laser tag only starts later in the evening and before that you pay per game, each game lasts about 20 minutes.Some number of other games are available but it seems that most people go here for laser tag

My laser gun wouldnt work and it kept saying use two hands while I was using two hands! It was not working and the employee told me to hold it a certain way and it still didnt work. At that point I just gave up.

My daughter recently got invited to a birthday party at LazerLand Erich was our first visit there. It was really awesome! Everyone had a great time at the party and even the adults got in on some of the fun. There is a ton of stuff to do there. Besides the obvious laser tag, theres a great arcade, a separate room where you can play dodgeball or play with nerf guns. Theyre also seemed to be other rooms and activities that we didnt get to explore during the party, but we will definitely be going back! This place is great for a hot summer day when the kids are cranky and bored. You can literally depend the whole day there without breaking the bank and bring the kids home exhausted and happy. We love LazerLand! Just a note, its hard to find with GPS. I didnt know where it was and got super lost. Apparently there are several similar addresses and Google maps couldnt differentiate between them. It kept taking me to an office building complex. Call for directions.

Was there recently to bring my son to the Brentwood JV football team bonding night and he said place was fun and was able to accommodate the large group..I was also there for a birthday party and was well put together.

This place was absolutely horrible the staff was nice but the place is horrible ththereseres only 2 things to do and you need to spend at least 20$lto do the arcade for more then 30$ the staff does not watch the kids i got hurt by a little kid after getting rammed in the leg. And the dodge ball has a huge time wait just to get in so to me just go to laserkingdom it is better in my opinion it is a waste of 20$

Its best tip aim your laser elsewhere...

Payed for unlimited dodgeball and laser tag, dodgeball was not staffed, and was empty, so it was not playable- we basically paid 25 dollars for unlimited dodgeball. Staff was inattentive, and often was yelling loudly during games. Several machines (Mini basketball, ski ball) were rigged allowed infinite amounts of turns. In all, the experience was very disappointing.

Fun place to bring the kids, could get a little pricey depending on how many kids you have.

They rip You off... We had a private party and we were rushed out. I was over charged on the service fee. If I would have known my total bill was going to be about $700 I would have taken the kids somewhere else. The kids got to play 2 laser games for 12 min each? At that price it should have been unlimited... I would give them no stars but since my son enjoyed it and has no idea what I payed... 2 stars

So I went in to buy a family deal as advertised on their site, they didnt want to do it at first cause it was for the summer (Never said anything on the site or when I emailed them to confirm) so they gave it to me. We got the arcade tickets (Surprisingly) and the laser tag was fine, but they said dodgeball was closed, which is B-FREAKING-S. We saw the room was all set up, someone was just too lazy to get off their butt (which they get paid for) and clean up one time. Maybe if the staff learned to do what they get paid for it would have been an ok experience (It was just the four of us, but they cant control that) Overall Ill think twice about coming again.
