Horrible experience. One of the bartenders lost my card, I was clearly upset and voiced that so one of the other bartenders then got in my face and cussed me out. She then proceeded to throw away the drink I was drinking. Will never go back. Bartenders extremely rude and unprofessional

I went on Thursday not busy but the drinks were super cheap $1 drinks wow . Music was good and staffs were professional. I don’t know how is in the weekends. Overalls my experience was good

Went for the local performer night.. paid 15 dollars to get in. Then 5 dollars a Budweiser bottle.. it was clear that most of the bartenders didnt want to be there because you really had to try to get their attention. Of the 4 of them only one would be somewhat attentive. The others were to busy on their phones and what not, one of them appearing to he the bar lead, she was dressed nicely not just in black like the others. Needless to say I can check this place off as one Ill never return to! So many better choices in the short north/ park street area!!

Went for Latin Night, the ad stated it started at 9pm but when we arrived at 9:15pm we were told there was a private event until 10pm. We went to a nearby bar to kill time and came back at 10pm. We were met by a doorman that gave our group a condescending vibe and walked in to see an empty dance floor full of discarded plastic cups and spilled drinks. Drinks were overpriced. Staff walked through the dance floor routinely making it difficult to get into a rhythm for salsa.

The bartender was rude, sarcastic and just plain unprofessional. I dont see how any respectable establishment would have a person of such low character be customer facing. A better suited position would be washing dishes in the back away from customers. I will not be going back.

Wildly over priced for a paid event. I paid $5 for 6ozs of cheap draft beer. Bartenders did not know prices of basic drinks. Would not recommend.

Food I received was ok but they only made half of what I ordered and won’t answer the phone for anyone. Bad phone customer service. Order at ur own risk. Still waiting for someone to answer and refund me or send me my correct order of food. It’s been 3+ hours. I’m expecting a full refund and food because this is not good service.

It was okay here. I went for salsa night (which had the strangest music...) but set up is okay and they have a few good drinks as well.

Ordered on grub hub and the order got canceled 45 mins after our order was placed screwed up our whole night and I was really looking forward to the meal I dont give bad reviews often but Im genuinely disappointed

This place is great if you want to get double charged $28 then $26 during their dollar beer happy hour when all you bought was four $1 beers.

Great music and environment but charging 10 dollars for admission on Fridays and Saturdays is an abuse! If they charged 5 dollars is more reasonable plus the money you spend on drinks and food. Management should really consider.

Great place to host a small party or event.

Extremely rude bar staff on a Saturday afternoon. Waited over 20 min for a drink. Male bartender choose to argue with me when I finally flagged him down after requesting service. The bar staff seemed overwhelmed and unable to handle working on a game day Saturday afternoon.

Slowest service in the area. Took 20+ minutes to get a drink with barely anyone in the bar and you watch the bartenders slowly walk from bar counter to computer. I use the term bartender loosely since the girl serving didnt know what went in an Irish car bomb, possibly one of the most simple things to make.

If this were cheaper, it would be a decent dive bar after work. Instead they aim for a strange mix of concepts. Its as if the owner had no idea and just started buying things on HDTV after already investing in a discount lighting contraption. Paired with loud music and a confused drink menu, this place really nails the vibe, more money, less taste.

Beware of the fake 50% off deal. ALWAYS ASK HOW MUCH THE DRINK COSTS. My draft beer was $14 so 50% off it was Only $7. A shot of Gentleman Jack was $25 bucks so 50% off it was only $12.50. Really??
