Nice to have a house designed by two famous architects when money is no object. We joined a tour of the Miller house and got to see how the top 0.01 percent lived. Their life style was reflected in the design and decor of the house. The colorful fabrics and carpets were delightful. The underlying mid century modern design was amazing. Definitely worth the visit.

Beautiful residence and property, the architecture is incredible, we thoroughly enjoyed our guided tour and highly recommend it. It’s an easy day-trip from Indianapolis with a rental car, the town offers plenty for those interested in architecture, the Cummins museum was another highlight.

The crown jewel of Columbus, Indiana. This is a must-visit if youre in the area or if youre an architecture buff. Designed by Eero Saarinen, it has interiors by Alexander Girard and gardens by Dan Kiley. Every single element indoors and outdoors is breath-taking. Tickets need to be reserved and they go fast so make sure you reserve yours soon!

Brilliantly yet modestly created and now publicly presented vision of what the best modernism might look and feel like.

In all honesty it is expensive. 25 dollars per person. The tour guide was very nice. The house is okay. But we are spoiled because we stayed at his Grandfathers mansion and this home is so spectacular in comparison

Landscaping is amazing. They must have 50 groundskeepers. Structure of the house is remarkable. A liveable museum.

Great mid-century modern architecture house. Many brilliant options that you wish were in your home today. Very comparable to many of Frank Lloyd Wright designs. The Saarinens were truly as aspiring as Wright, but not nearly as renowned.

Had the honour and privilege to have known Xenia and J. Irwin Miller and dine with them on many occasions, listening to classical music played by Prof. Charles Webb of IU. May they Rest In Peace, amen.

Bad experience. I really wanted to visit.I drove to the house but there is no parking at location, understandable. Then came to downtown Visitors Center , only reply by impolite young lady was that they are sold out....no further comment nor help.
