LOVE THIS PLACE. WIN OR LOOSE. THIS PLACE IS VERY CLEAN MOST OF THE STAFF ARE HELPFULL FRIENDLY. I BELIEVE THOUGH THEY SHOULD HAVE A LIL MORE SECURITY.

This is a Big Casino with a Lot of Table Games and Big Variety of Slots...The Poker Room is STILL Closed due to Covid !There is a Good size High Limit Room that has Slots & Tables !They have a Big Outdoor Smoking Area with a Large Bar & Tvs that has Lots of Slots !! (Sunset Blvd)...also Heated in the Winter !! They have two smaller outdoor smoking areas as well with Variety Slots!There are currently 3 Restaurants you can eat at because the Buffet remains closed due to Covid !They have Free Pop and Coffee Stations and you can ask a Cocktail Waitress for A Hot Chocolate its Free Also ! ...Dont Forget TipYour Server ! I dont get as much free play or Perks here as I do other Casinos !

Worst casino in whole USA. They will you treat badly if you are from outside. Worst Ambaince I ever saw. Better to go hard rock Cincinnati. They will rip you off because there is no competition. It’s COVID time going and you will put you in risk big risk if you visit Hollywood Casino Columbus. You will be in your own risk. They are no temperature monitoring, after entering in the property you will see so many people rooming around without mask.

The inside is clean and safe. They keep police in the parking lot to keep that area safe as well which is comforting. The parking lot could be paved again which would be nice. Good selection of new games. I always see someone that has hit a jockpot when Im there.

I signed up for MyChoice rewards and they give me like $10 of free slot play every few days. The casino itself is awesome! They have a huge selection of slots, table games, and drawings. Prior to covid-19 they had live music on weekends, and they have a smoking room with slots in it. Free beverages on the casino floor, a great restaurant, and a lot more. The staff is friendly and helpful and I always have a good time whether I win or lose.

Overall it was okay place to go and gamble. Nothing to spectacular, but nothing to bad either. Parking is easy a decent selection of slots and plenty of table games that were not over crowded and had friendly dealers. Blackjack rules dont allow you to surrender on any hand at all. But I think that is the rules for blackjack that Ohio gaming put in place. Will definitely go again at some point.

It was ok today. Some were not wearing their mask correctly. We need to do our part in being safe during this trying time. Wear your mask correctly. Safe distance is also encouraged.

Its all about having fun and to know when to stop. I had trouble with my machine but the problem was. It took 15m to get help and another 5-10m to fix the issue. The place is big! Its beautiful inside. Dont spend more than you can afford to loose. Tip!;Go, have fun, play wisely.

Super nice place. Slot machines we kinda tight and the electronic blackjack seemed less than random by far.. Overall I was impressed with the place though. Gotta understand House Always Wins!

I recently went this Saturday morning with my bf Kyle to celebrate his birthday which has been 5 year since we have been there and its still a good time. We missed a lot of the traffic going in the morning so it was quiet. We also Brought only the cash we wanted to spend. Simple enjoyment.️

Worst casino Ive ever been to. I spent alot of money here and they wont even jump start my car. They blame covid but we dont need to be holding hands to charge a battery

The staff is doing the best they can do to keep the casino clean. I would say they are doing a good job with all things considered. Food at OH Bar was made to perfection. Definitely improved since I last went.

I went here the day after I went to Sciota casino which is nearby. The machines were not paying but that happens. My 3 stars are for cleanliness and stuffiness. I encountered a number of machines that were sticky. Not sure if it was spilled drinks or what? I mentioned Sciota because not only was it very clean but there were employees actually going behind customers and keeping everything clean. This was not the case at Hollywood. Also, it was hotter inside Hollywood and stuffy. Im visiting from Nevada and Ive only been to each of these casinos once on consecutive nights. I spent 7 hours at Sciota and only 3 at Hollywood just because I wasnt as comfortable.

First time back since Covid started. They have social distancing setup and was nice tonight. Not too crowded.

Not impressed in the least. OH sports bar should rename their food.The nasty nachos made with cheese sauce, is pretty much soup.The $7 bud lights didnt ease the pain. Eat before you get here.Just read some of the reviews. Must be all the employees posting... )

I dont understand why I see several people starting with $5-$20 and win $100-$800 and more. Granted i also see people lose hundreds. However upon talking to them, they all tell me they come out ahead on slots at least every 3rd or 4th trip at least. I have only actually gotten ahead 3x coming here almost daily for 2 months. I got my 1000 tier points yesterday, upon adding up how many of those points were from me being ahead it was $170 the other $830 was from me putting in $5-$40 a day rationing it out only losing $5-$10 per machine usually. However seeing my friend get up to $400-$1500 every 2nd or 3rd trip always wondering why I somehow lose all the time. Ive even had 2 people each 1 on different occasions feel so bad that they wanted to see for themselves how bad my luck was and gave me more money and watched me play. I did get ahead today off $5, but the machine i was on mysteriously went from $.68 bet to $6 bet and i didnt notice until i was down to $20. Cashed that out and pieced it out $5 a machine and it went quick as always. Then free play limit $5 a week, why not just $20 a month at one time.

The hottest slots in town (when their isnt a promo going on)!!. Be careful when getting cash at the cashiers. They use EVI systems and on 2 occasions my card was charged twice! Another customer experienced the same thing so get your cash before going.

The outside looks awful. Very sketchy looking. The inside atmosphere was nice however the consumers was not of much class.

The food was good a lot of variety to choose from when you go here you have to pace yourself Sunday brunch is awesome because its got everything on the menu you can think of the best corn on the cob French toast pancakes spare ribs you name it is there you have to make sure you get your discount card when you get there itll save you $2 in the buffet its free

I absolutely love that it’s non-smoking! Ahhhh I Can breath!! I did notice a lot of young people (probably from OSU) so that was cool, and the staff is very serious about checking to see if you are keeping your mask on at all times (expect when you’re actively eating or drinking of course). Also, It’s got my favorite game “Black Widow”, so that’s a win lol

Just wish it would be easier to get drinks on the floor instead of walking to the nearest bar inside the casino. All in all a fun time and a lot of fun and variety of games

This casino is nice and fun to play at. Ideally there would be more to do in the nearby area. I think I would come more if it were closer to downtown like up in Cleveland. In terms of gaming, Ive probably broken even here between a dozen nights of blackjack, baccarat, roulette and slots that I play which is enough to keep me coming back on occasion. I feel my money goes further in places like Detroit but thats to be expected. The new outdoor smoking patio is great. Hopefully they keep adding things like this to keep me coming back. I havent tried any of the food personally, but the consensus around town feels like it should be avoided. Friends who have tried the steakhouse and buffet particularly have not been impressed. Overall, its fine for the city but if youre from out of town you might be disappointed if youve been places where there are more options.

Its the best places to spend your money and win lots of money too its the biggest pay out around so go have lots of fun and in joy your self we do

Was my first time going an I enjoyed my time an its a very clean place.

Buffet not open , bars not open till afternoon, as a truck driver there is parking, however locals park their trucks and go home. They really need to have parking for trucks that go to the casino.

I am not from the area, so it was my first time visiting this casino. I have never seen so many slots in my life, I had a blast! My brother wasnt happy though, most of the card tables were closed due to co-vid.

Lines in customer service. Fewer sanitizing stations and via parking is open to anyone. Also not a big fan of the big speed bump leaving garage parking.

Usually love this casino, but they have turned so many machines off that actually pay, and it has nothing to do with distancing because there all in the same row, but they pay better than the ones they have in operation. Seems a bit fishy to me.

Tables during the pandemic were quite fair with many $15 tables at 3:2 odds. Masks were well enforced and I felt very safe. Thank you for creating a safe, fair experience for your guests!

Won $5500 last year my first visit! Won$3300 this past April. Hard to get a cocktailWaitress attention so I could get a drink. Also having lived in Las Vegas for 12 years you kind of get used to having your drinks paid for comped if youre playing a machine or gambling on tables and not the case here at the Hollywood casino.

Amazing experience. I only dab a little in the gambling, and lose every time but its so much fun. The house truly always wins lol.But the drinks are fresh and its a vibe

They practice social distancing and have a wide range of things to do. From slots to table poker, craps, baccarat, etc. They also have a smoking area inside where you can continue to play slots. Loved it

Nice place. Friendly staff. Have to wait in line to get a table for way too long. They need to open more tables when they see lines. Tried to get served a drink when I finally got at a blackjack table and didnt want to leave to go stand in line at a bar. Couldnt get the servers attention.

Fun conversations with strangers. Plus, gotta be some good luck laying around with all the bad luck Ive had. Dont gamble anything you cant afford to lose! I cannot stress this enough. This is a form of entertainment. You dont go to the movies or a restaurant and expect them to pay you. Same goes for gambling.

We had a nice time donating our money to the slot machines.It was good, always a nice clean atmosphere.we went to the buffet when it just opened. The food has been sitting.Very dry.When I went back up everything was perfect.It ended up being a really good meal, other then the sitting too long ham, quiche and bread.The waitress was great, so was the amazing desserts.We usually go on every other Sunday and were always satisfied.

The Casino was clean and the dealers were friendly. The restaurants looked nice however I didnt eat in them. The slots are tight and dont payout. Zero Jack Pots were hit that day. Its best to stay at the tables.

Atm robbed me. Didnt dispense my 300$ or give a receipt. However, it took the money from my account. I tried calling the company who owns the machines. No good. Had to dispute through my bank. I know there are cameras showing this is happening. I hope whoever is envolved in this scam goes to jail forever! This sucks! I cant get any more money at all today from an atm cause it says exceeded daily amount. The thing is it didnt give me my money at all!!Im also not the first person this has happened to. Read on down I wonder who all is involved in this scam!!

Way more machines Out of Service than required for social distancing. Sat down at one that had a tilt error. Only one of its kind. Pushed the service button, waited about 15 minutes. No one ever showed. Thinking maybe they were short staffed today. Beverage centers were a mess and machines definitely not being wiped down between players. They do have plenty of hand sanitizer placed all around. If youre really concerned about Covid, I wouldnt recommend going. If your thinking is a little relaxed on it, a great place to spend a few hours having fun. Good luck!

Its not very customer oriented the few times Ive been there you almost have to hunt down a server to get a drink and when you find one they say Ill send someone over to you shortly and to this day Im still waiting for the someone to come take my order!! Hollywood has set up socially distanced slots and table games very well. They are currently enforcing mandated masks as required in Franklin County. Casino is always very clean. Winning is hit and miss like any casino/racino. OH restaurant has good food, although their menu seems to be constantly shrinking.

THIS PLACE IS A FRAUD...I USED THEIR CASINO ATM TO WITHDRAWL 800.00 AND ZERO CASH WAS DISPENSED....MY RECEIPT TOLD ME THE TRANSACTION WAS SUCCESSFUL AS MY BALANCE PROVED IT. I WENT OVER TO THE COUNTER AND TOLD THEM I DID NOT GET MY FUNDS...I KNOW THEY HAVE CAMERAS THAT WILL DISPUTE THEIR FRAUDULENT WAYS AS THEY KEPT MY MONEY AND DIDNT RETURN IT...IM SURE A LAWYER WILL EXPLOIT THEIR CRIMMINAL BEHAVIORS

Five stars to the workers, you are so kind!! The downside is the slot play, press buttons, continuously nothing! So our front line essential working group has enough stress with our careers, and we wanted some fun enjoyable entertainment. You let all 27 of us down for the third visit this month. So we can only sadly say that losses were extremely high, 100% losses and nothing to talk about at all, it’s just not entertaining and fun anymore!!! Business decisions to take so much from players was extreme, nothing exciting since reopening, you really give embarrassingly low comps, why should we or anyone return to visit? I hope I’ll get reasons to delete this in the future! It’s not entertaining!!!!
