Great party rental with awesome service and great equipment. Had some experience with renting inflatable bounce houses and water slides before with other party rentals, but APZ Rentals is by far the best one yet! They make sure the equipment is looking almost new, clean and well setup and functioning properly before leaving after installation. Will definitely use again and recommend 100% to all my family, friends and anybody.

I have used them for my events and never had a problem. Everything went just as planned from start to finish. And the rentals were perfect!

I was asked to elaborate on my review. Via my connections to several businesses I contacted this company as a potential customer in regards to a donation of small items for a small event that was tax deductible. They refused, like other companies, which is fine. However the difference from other companies that were very gracious and sweet when contacted was that this company was, in my opinion, rude. To this day, they posted publicly with all the grace in the world. However, privately via email they have continued to be unnecessarily rude. This is why I wont be using or recommending their services, even in the future because I believe in supporting companies that always put customer service first, no matter what.

I am writing this review on behalf of my 5 years old son. He was so much impressed by Birthday Cake air bouncer and Safari slide during his birthday party that I decided to express our gratitude and warm greetings to Spencer Cantrell for great service.

Rented an inflatable slide a day before a 3 hour party for 20+ kids. When it was 40 minutes past time for the slide to be delivered, I had to call the company to ask where it was. The company told me they would call the driver, and the driver would be in touch. Another 20 minutes later, the driver called me, said they were running behind, and told me it would be another 1-1.5 hours before delivery. Absolutely not satisfied with not being notified they were running 2+ hours behind.

Terrible services!!! Most of those reviews are not true...they were 2 hours late on delivery...owner said the driver would call us to notify us where they were...no one ever called...we got the biggest bouncy they had and they both were taped up and still leaked..inside straps came apart also the big bouncy had mildew inside the pool area.. according to the drivers brookstone, churches,are the biggest payers and are more important to the owners pocket than anyone even though we spent over 400.00 dollars for a weekend that they were late and picked up to early.. call someone else before you use this company..

NOT ONLY DID I HAVE IT FOR 1 DAY I HAD IT FOR 3!!!!!The best experience I’ve had. We had originally planned to get the pirate ship for May 11th. But due to weather it was hard and I was having to rearrange my daughters birthday party. Called them and they so easily moved the inflatable to May 18th for me not only did they let me have it for 1 Day I had it for 3!!! For the price of one day. Saturday all the way through Monday! I couldn’t believe their execellent service! This is by far the best place going!
