Great selection, nice looking store. Horribly mechanical service. Didnt tell me there was no refunds or exchanges until after I paid. Would not return.

I came in last night, with a family member who was coming out dressed as a woman for the first time. They were extremely friendly, professional, and we bought a few things. I had not been to a Lions Den for probably 15 years at least. Boy, have they changed, no longer are sex toy stores some dingy place in a bad part of town. The place was spectacular, and I will be back. If you havent been in one for a while, its a must to see in person. And unlike I expected, the deals were in fact just as good as online prices at other retailers.Thanks for the great service and for treating my family member who may not have been passable with total respect.

Went to all of the ladys nights at the lions den and all were great but had the most fun at the stores that Jason is in charge of. He and his employees were great at making you feel comfortable and not embarrassed at all. He was funny at hosting the games that were very fun to play. Have to give a big shout out to Kurrie the manager of the Grandview store she helped out at all his stores and she was fantastic her and Jason went over and beyond at making the nights exciting and unforgettable. All his employees were great. So if youve not been there give it a try youll definitely have a good time. So thank you Jason and Kurrie for making my experience at the Lions Den very memorable Ill be shopping there from now on.

Mikella is a wonderful person. She took my friends and I on a fabulous tour of the entire store. We all enjoyed ourself soooooo much! We raved about her and our new wish list items the whole way home. Best trip EVER! We love Mikella!!! Give that girl a promotion!!

Customer service was great and store has great variety compared to the other Lions Den locations. Will be visiting again in the future.
