To be honest, not even one star. I would rate this zero stars. They say theyre transitioning you to adulthood, when all they do is nag at you, and treat you like your still a child. I recommend never coming to The Place

Ive been here for a good minute and they have helped me out countless times. It all depends on you here. Staff are a guide, but if you really want to make it somewhere your determination is what will get you there. Im homeless but I am still working with them to get myself together.

Theres drama but the staff is nice and they give you incentives for doing your chores to get headphones, water bottles, snacks, and clothes. Plus free dinner, lunch, and breakfast. The place is always clean.

Amazing place, amazing people, Urban Peak saved my life and helped me get back on my feet.

Doing the work, investing in the brightest future

Worst program ever. I have been in this program for a long time and they treat every one very unfairly. I worked and asked for help getting back into school and getting help with glasses and dental work they were suppose to provide. Still to this day being treated like garbage for no reason at all. They just show up to my place even if im naked and showering and say they are allowed to do so with out noticing me of them coming? Not to mention Peggy keeps accusing me of having somebody else living here I do not want this going on anymore. Please respect my personal space and privacy. I do not have anyone living here. I said I do not want the program anymore you dont help me with barely anything and I have a disability i can get a disability check pick up a part time job and be fine. Now leave me ALONE. This place needs to be shut down. Its not ran correctly at all. Very unfair shady stuff going on. I asked for help and didnt get anyhelp whatso ever the first time now seems like your just trying to cover up a messup. Stay Away from me. My life has nothing to do with you treating clients unequal and doing shady stuff acting all freaked out making clients do extra cleaning so you dont get shut down on inspection

Wish something like this would have been around when i was a youth god bless these peoplealso in response to the person that said the worse type of people live here...lazy my response to you is simply this:yes although lazy people may stay there you cannot assimilate a whole group of people say 50 people that are trying to get their lifes together by the 2 or 3 lazy people that dont realize what a blessing they have in front of their eyes
