I’ve been here 5 minutes and theyve earned my review. All these 1 stars are for political/being a baby reasons. This place is awesome with incredible prices, check them out!

Last week we came here for a drink on the upper deck. We told the host we were going to the roof and he was going to send a server. After 5 minutes nothing so we left. On the way out we noticed the employees chatting not busy. Today we came back for the roof view. Two kegs were out and the waitress wanted my credit card even though I told her twice we were paying cash. The view here is awesome but the service is deplorable. Doubt we will try a third time.

I couldnt even finish my food very rude server and the food was way over cooked and the french fries were cooked to a crisp!!! I was very unhappy with the service would never come back. Im a local here and I was absolutely displeased. Very rude bartender didnt care if I was taken care of. IF I COULD LEAVE WITH OUT PAYING I DEFINITELY WOULD. Used to be my favorite place but its absolutely terrible now. The staff is BAD!!!! DONT CARE. IF YOU WANT TO GO TO A PLACE AND FEEL COMPLETELY UNCOMFORTABLE GO HERE. ALSO HAVE KIDS WORKING AT A NIGHT CLUB?? Not 21 ? This place should get shut down.

The food is good and the environment overall is pretty fun and laid back. They do games and have beer pong sometimes and that’s fun. Music is alright.

Updated 08/09/2020 - If i could give it less I would. We have had good food here before so why not? We were carded on the way in the door, no big deal. The man told us to go ahead and have a seat and that one of the girls would be with us shortly to get our order. (There was only one other patron on the first floor at the time) There were 2 waitresses off to the side chatting, okay cool. We waited for a while and another couple came in and sat at a table. A very short amount of time later, one of the waitresses was at their table checking ids and taking their order. We got up and walked out. As we were making our way to the door, the man that checked our ids apologized.Previous review 3 years ago, 4 stars. The food was decent. I had the Ultimate fries, fork required. Lots of nacho cheese and a good portion of meat.

Overall poor service. Took a long time to bring out drinks and when the server finally did she wasn’t wearing a mask. It made me and my group feel highly uncomfortable.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We stopped in Colorado Springs on a whim and Ariana did an amazing job of telling us what the surrounding area had to offer travelers

If I could give a zero I would. My husband were in town and was downtown just bar hopping for my birthday. We thought looks like a cool place to go..ugh no, dirty and disgusting. We did have one drink and left. Everything behind bar was coated with dust, the grill looked like it had never been cleaned. Definitely recommend avoiding.

Was passing through Colorado Springs on my way to Santa Fe for my birthday. We decided to stop for a quick bite to eat, and thought Gasoline Alley looked really neat from the outside. I would have had a better experience at the Wendys off I25, honestly. Upon walking in, the bartender barely acknowledged my boyfriend and I, and when she did it was rather awkward. We got over it pretty quickly, as we were quite hungry. We each ordered a burger, I got the Groupie with a side of cheese curds and he got the Southern Rock with a side of mozzarella sticks. Due to the (dirty) open kitchen concept, I watched the cook touch raw burger patties, cheddar cheese, and hamburger buns with no gloves on, and without washing his hands. He took his sweet time putting together said burgers and sides. Upon getting our burgers, my boyfriends marinara for his mozzerella sticks had a strange carbonation type taste, which we chalked up to the Mariana being rotten/fermenting. Sides were burnt, and we werent asked if we needed anything or if food was good. I wouldnt recommend to anyone. Thanks anyways, but will eat elsewhere if and when passing through again.

Luca and staff were very accomodating....wanted your business. They made us feel very welcomed while we were visiting Colorado Springs. They took us and our dog to the top roof and waited on us like patrons. Not fancy....not fake....just good conversation with good people. Thankyou for not being fake and for being real!!! Just payed $20 to drink two beers, got charged for a third i didnt want because they poured an extra, and they didnt even give me the right change back for the 3rd. I left the change, use it to start a fund to go back to elementary school please.

Best bar in the area. Food was pretty good and the drinks were great. The price of the food and drink was also good. The bar needs a good cleaning but that’s the only bad thing. The whole night was fun and the crowd was awesome, the bar tends were fast and loved their jobs. Will return

Decor is warm and unique!

If you want to be left alone to watch the game and grab a beer, perfect place. Games on, beers cold, and staff is more interested in chatting with their friends than checking on you.

I come here every time I visit from Denver. This place rules. Very good food for prices that are unheard of anywhere. Highly recommend !

Stopped in last Thursday. Wasnt overly busy so figured nice drink good tunes. Nope just mumble rap and impossible to get bartenders attention. Finally got it but she couldnt really hear me so just ended up with a beer. Def impression she didnt want to be bothered with me. Finished my coors and left. Wont be going back

Absolutely WILL NOT return-rude bartender. Went for lunch with my mom on 8/5/19.Two staff members working, one cook and one bartender. Ordered a Blue Moon which was flat and needed to have the keg changed. Stood at the counter waiting for the bartender who did not seem to care that I was waiting, even though there just 5 of us in the bar altogether. She proceeded to tell me I was complaining about the Blue Moon and no one else had complained all day, ( only been open for an hour 1/2). I asked to speak to a manager 2x and was told they did not know where he was. Beer was comped. Absolutely shocked at the lack of customer service skills bartender had.Ordered food while we waited for the beer, food was good. Line cook cooks in front of you and washes his hands throughout!

10 dollars for Long Island in small glass full of ice with barely any alcohol and no tequila. Friends salad was a joke. And my chicken sandwich was gross. When I commented to the manager she just laughed. Haha so funny. Been here lots of times and definitely one of worst experiences so far.

The waitress checked my ID for water. It was checked twice once at the door and for ordering water... Not only did ID me but didnt take my guess drink oder!!! She was rude and didnt care about customers.

Mazzy, Kendra and Rachel are all incredibly sweet and thoughtful! They have always been wonderful to my friends and I when we come in, which has been increasingly frequent due to their hospitality. They all remember my name, my drink, and are always very attentive. Favorite bar in downtown Csprings, hands down!!

Best bar ever! Defiantly worth a visit. Im terrible with names but the bar tender was either Haley or Heather and the cook was Demetri. They took my night for a 0 to a 10 in a matter of seconds. The vibe and energy alone were awesome really great place!

Horrible. I never ate here so I decided to give it a shot. There was an open grill area outside with an Order Here sign and when I went to order, the cook rudely said that I needed to order inside. Cool, whatever. So I go inside and tell him what I want and he again rudely says, you need to order with the bar waitress. He pretty much acted like I was bothering him when he clearly had nothing to do except look at his phone and text message whoever he was texting. Bar waitress was cool and friendly. I order to go and come back to pick up. Go back to my office to eat and the fries are overcooked. 1 out of 10 were sort of soft but overall, all overcooked. Burger was undercooked (I love medium rare but it was seriously undercooked) to the point where I just tossed everything in the trash and made it a point to never go there again for the food. Went 10/16/2018 at around 12:20 pm.

A friend and I decided Gasoline Alley looked like a good place to get a bite to eat. Evidently we were very wrong and confused about what Gasoline Alley was. Neither of us have ever been here and from the outside it looked somewhat appealing. The waitress came up and asked what we wanted to drink after a few minutes of sitting down. I asked if there is a drink menu and I guess that was an odd question to ask based on the reaction that I got. I picked up the only menu sitting on the table which happened to be a food menu and the waitress, for whatever reason, was under the impression that we were only there for drinks. I just ordered a water at this point and my friend had a beer. At this point I wasnt really feeling the vibe I was getting from the waitress and from this place so my friend just finished her beer and we left. I will say this, Gasoline Alley is a pretty nice place. I just wish the wait staff was a little bit better in customer service.

Went here ate food, drank some beers, watched the world series and had a great time. Not pretentious at all. Food was very reasonably priced and tasty. Bartenders were friendly. Enjoyed the atmosphere.

Started the night off here last Friday. At 9pm. Left the bar after playing some beer pong and got called in as belligerently drunk. Couldn’t go into any other bars on Tejon. Bartender upstairs was super rude. Could’ve been the cause. The ladies downstairs were fantastic though. Still lost at beer pong though....

I like coming here when down by Acacia Park with the kids because there is walk up service and sidewalk seating. Their food is great. During my last visit, no one looked at me when I walked up. The waitress was counting her money, ignoring the rest of the world. Even the patrons didnt mention I was standing there waiting to order. After I yelled at her for some service, this blonde, over made up thing lumbers up and stares at me until I order. I asked her what kind of beer they have, to which she responds, All kinds. Really? After she left, there was a brunette named Haley that was the sweetest thing, waiting on us like a pro. They should screen their pretty faces a little more carefully.

Angie was our bartender. She was very attentive and concerned that our drink and food needs were met. My wife and I will be back.

If you want watered down, overpriced drinks mixed with drunk and belligerent bartenders then come here all night long and feel like you’re watching an episode of MASH mixed with candid camera.Oh and btw, their security if that’s what you calm them are large, small-handed men that like to seem bossy at a ‘bar’ in a small uneventful town. Hire some professional employees... you have one bartender (female) who was worth one cent and the rest should be thrown in the fountain...

Sometimes you get a bartender that is awesome, sometimes you get one that deserves $-3 in tips.Overall, a decent, up kept place. Well themed, well maintained. Id say its Tejon worthy!

Katrina was our bartender and she was AMAZING. We visited from NC and she was so helpful in telling us the places to go and not to go. The owner also came in and bought a round for us! Love this low key rock bar. Amazing ambiance.

This place is great as either a bar, restaurant, or club. The atmosphere is always great and the bartenders are awesome. They also have some of the best burgers in town. Check them out on Tuesdays for there $2 food and drink specials you wont regret.

Bartenders dont know how to make anything, and extremely rude...went there for a bachelorette party, and we left after meeting the bartender. If youre going to be a jerk, at least know how to make a drink. We ended up at the Rabbit Hole where we had a blast and the bartenders knew what they were doing!

Each order of chicken wings come with just 5 wings!!!! Really???!!... Lol.... $8 for five wings plus the cook took over an hour to make them. I figured they would of been five jumbo wings but instead they were the length of my pinky finger. Very disappointed!

We go here often for lunch.The burgers a great, but the salads and chicken strips are even better! Price is nice too!

We came to play some beer pong and it didnt open until 9pm, but the bartender was awesome and let us bring a table down to play until it opened. Had a great night and awesome service!!

The food here is among the best on Tejon. Stop by for a War Pig or one of their rock and roll-themed burgers, and your stomach will thank you.

To call this place a shite hole would be a disservice to real shite holes. I literally watched them pump grapefruit juice into some 20 something regular who was pass out drunk until he pepped up and they could hand him another beer. Pathetic.

One of the best bars no cover charge

Kicked me out because I had a temporary ID which has never been rejected. I had student IDs/credit cards to verify my identity. Manager was childish and immature, started yelling in the middle of the bar he lost out on close to $500 in sales with the group I came in with. Wont be back.
