Do not leave if its busy, it is worth it. I can see why they have so many great reviews.

Even though at the beginning of the night, it was super chill and relaxing. Towards the end of the night, I felt very uncomfortable and uneasy. The ladies at the bar and walking around, dani and amanda, were super amazing and nice. The dj, Zach, was super friendly and funny. But I felt a bit singled out when I went to my car for something and got hollered at by a random dude and his friend in their car. Made me feel very uncomfortable. When I asked if there were any bouncers or security there, the staff mentioned there may not be any around due to covid or not enough business. Bein a small person, I didnt feel safe there at all. I was there to have a good time with another girlfriend and we both felt very uneasy and not safe. I loved the music and actual environment but I didnt like the fact that security wasnt seen anywhere at all. I dont think i will ever go back. And if I do, im not coming empty handed or alone.

I liked the club. Very friendly staffs and safe environemnt for friends and groups. Only 5$ entry fee each. Music was good and so was drinks.

Went there 6 March wasn’t impressed. It’s a nice place however the bartenders were kinda rude. I got there a few minutes after opening with the intent to stay however, with only 5 people/ customers and poor bar tending just lead me to believe it was going to be a bit rough ordering drinks if it got busy. Seemed like they were more interested in there phones. Messing around behind the bar than serving the customer. I’m sure I just caught the place on an off night I might return hopefully this review will have more positive feedback on the next attempt.

Walked in and it was dead. I wanted to go out dancing and have some food and their food is not what it says on their website.

Dance floor is small and line dancing takes up it all. Not a good place to 2 step. If youre in to line dancing, their line dancing classes would be fun. They also have decent bar/drinks.

Standing outside on a cold day under a nice heat lamp my first time here and this place is sweet if your thinking about coming do it they have something for everyone great atmosphere fun crowd

Bartenders use dirty bare hands to put ice in drinks. After handling cash. Totally disgusting. Would not recommend.

I have been to almost every bar in the springs now and NEVER have I seen such terrible service. The bar tenders here are all hired with no experience and it shows. Prices are ridiculous and the turn out was horrible on a Saturday night. Would recommend Bristol brewing or phantom canyon or even nano over this place any day. Don’t waste your money going here.

I left a review on their Facebook but it was immediately deleted. Its a true dump! The workers are rude. The drinks are not like any other place. Also credit cards and debit cards are not safe there. The bouncers will grab you for nothing. Worst business in town.

Ladies night every Thursday from 10 until midnight and a new theme every Saturday night. A good mix of Country and Hip hop, indoor and outdoor games and they have heaters outside to still keep it warm if you need to smoke or just need some fresh air no matter how cold it gets. Crystal is my favorite bar tender and is always hard working, friendly, and makes excellent drinks.

It was was cool place good music until they tryed to charge me a second time because they didnt give me a wrist band and when I asked why they were trying to charge me a send time for a band they threw me out for no reason other than me asking why I had to pay a second time

Very fun experience. I love the ax throwing. The difference between the hip-hop side and country side definitely gives more of a diversity. Not to mention the different types of games you can play while enjoying a night out.

When I think of a great bartender, I automatically think of Robin at Copperhead. She’s personable, funny, energetic, caring, and seems to always be in a great mood. Admittedly, I always just do either a Long Island Iced Tea or an Amaretto Sour, but she always takes care of me. A bartenders personality can really make or break how much fun it is to be at a bar, especially if youre there just to chill. Robin always put the customer first and makes coming to Copperhead so enjoyable!

They bait and switched us when we went on July 4th, their website advertised ladies night with no cover and free drinks but we were told upon arrival that they were not doing ladies night and were charged $5 cover. They only take cash, which was inconvenient. The place was very slow, only a handful of dancers and the second dance floor was empty. Felt stuck there since we took an Uber over there. Ended up leaving and walking to a club around the corner and had a way better time.

Music was not good as last week and bartenders are so entitled. They skip over you if they dont like you

I have come here pretty often, but saturday was the absolute best! It wasnt as packed as usual but it was soooo much fun. Music was amazing, and the dance contest was so much fun. The bartenders were in a good mood for once.

If your in your 20s this is place for you! However if your older (Im 31 shhhh) this may not be the place for you. Music up so loud you cant hear a thing. Drink prices could be better. And they charge for water. The dance floor was packed and no room for beginners. So if you dont know how to dance and are looking to learn maybe head to WB instead.

I love this bar! They have excellent staff! They have a country side and a hip hop side for a bugger selection! They also have plenty of line dancing on the country side! Thursday nights are ladies night and Friday nights you pay $10 to drink until midnight or $15 to drink until 1!

Rip off.. they charge you $5 to get in and then $36 for a beer bucket when a single beer is $6.

Quality vs. quantity. This place may have a good quantity as far as the drink deals, but the quality is on the lower end of the spectrum.

Solo cup night is a pretty good deal and they offer a variety of music and multiple dance areas

I am a transgender woman I was allowed into ladys night like I should and enjoyed my self for a little and the bouncer pulled me aside and told me that we can not allow me to come in to girls night but there where other trans that never got talked too at all I feel like I was targeted would not recommend

I don’t even know where to begin... I watched the man I who I think The owner is walk up to one of his bartenders who was my favorite on my who is very sweet to everyone. The owner came up tried to accuse her of something IN FRONT of everyone in the bar and kicked her out.... She was the only reason me and my friends even come back to this awful excuse for a bar!!! They don’t have an good liquor on well.. Their floors feel like they’ve never been wiped down! Over all this was on of my worst experiences with a bar EVER!!! Way to waste my Saturday night! I will never be back!

This is the best bar in town. The shot girls are the best you will ever get. And dont even get me started on the bar, they can make you any drink you could think of. I recommended this bar to everyone I talk to. Decently a 5 star bar for country music!

Great nightspot on Saturdays. No problems with security at all. We walked in with every intention of really enjoying ourselves. Barely there 20 minutes and a shot later...the bartender was flipping out, yelling about what her therapist told her to do when shes upset, telling customers to try doing her job and snatching drinks. Needless to say, there was conflict and we ended up having to leave.Maybe that bartender needs to find another occupation because simply pouring the correct shot would have squashed the whole situation. It really was that easy.

The bouncers are rude try and fight customers but when we try to enter the bar we can’t come in cause we caused issues last weekend. No the person not letting us enter was trying to fight customers but I’m not allowed in get out of here. We are a regular customer but never again. I will be taking my services to whiskey baron. it’s only one bouncer that does this because of his personal life getting involved but it’s ok I don’t want to come back ever again.

Security, Nick is his name, is the most rude and disrespectful human being I’ve met in a while. Dude wasn’t even working and was a complete jerk to everyone the entire night. Has no respect for other individuals or his coworkers. Everyone else is fine, but guys like him ruin a good time for everyone else.

1. Floor was so sticky that your shoe was left when walking away. 2. $10 minimum on cards, and you cannot leave your card open. We were told to double fist. 3. Cannot exit without paying reentry fee, even though we had a wristband AND a stamp (stamp gets all over you throughout the night). 4. Drinks were overpriced and weak. 5. Security was ridiculous. Seemed like they were looking for arguments, one older security gentleman seemed like he was on drugs. Preceded to berate a customer, then left him and ran to his own car to do some mystery drug, then sprinted back in like his life depended on it. 6. Bathroom reeked of vomit. 7. Good people watching.

I used to work here as a bartender (Robyn), but I quit as of today. The new management and I were not able to see eye to eye. For the last month the new management has been neglecting the employees and even the bar causing a lot of the good original staff to quit. The BAR itself has finally hit rock bottom after a month of neglectful management and the staff (management) constantly mistreating CUSTOMERS. With that being said, I refuse to work at a place that treats employees and customers the way the new management does. I refuse even to be SEEN at this bar now considering how poorly it’s run these days. It used to be a great bar, I was a regular even before I worked here, I used to love it, but now I avoid it at all costs.

Was one of my favorite bars, but now theres to much drama with staff and customers. This is the reason you dont hire underage staff to work at a bar. Cant separate work from personal life. Thanks for messing up a long time Friday regular. Whiskey Barron is a much better bar right down the street.

Worst experience of my life! got accused for doing/sell drugs by the bathroom when I was nowhere near the area! this club is not for those who are African-Americans that has dreadlocks just be careful when you go out there!

Been coming to Copperhead Road snice it open back in 2009. Good food and great staff. Great place to sit back and have a drink or 2 with friends or host your VIP party.

WE WERE ASSAULTED. They call it Copper Head because of all the snakes working there. My friend had her hips grabbed by one of the bouncers and when she pushed his hands away he shoved her so hard she flew forward into me. When her boyfriend tried to stick up for her, the bouncer got all of his buddies to throw him out- leaving her inside and all of us girls vulnerable. I will absolutely be looking into legal recourse.

The DJ on the country side is no good at all. He randomly stops songs half way through and starts new ones or he just stops the music completely. Sometimes plays hip hop or music you cant dance too. He lowers and raises the volume at random times, slows or speeds downs songs way to much.

First time to the bar i had a great time. The staff was super cool and made sure of that. One of the best country bars I have been to.

Live in RI and was on vacation in Colorado. Was looking for a country line dance club and was suggested by a friend to check out Copperhead Road. Very cool place! Staff and customers were really friendly. Definitely recommend checking out this club.

I go to Copperhead at least once a week and I always have a good time. Lots of two-stepping and line dancing, especially on Thursdays (Ladies night, girls drink free for a couple hours and free admission. Thursdays host all kinds of shenanigans, including Magic Mike night, wet t-shirt contests, and assles chaps contests. Fridays are always great for a variety of dance music. Two floors, tons of fun. The staff is friendly, though there can be workplace drama (and where WONT you find that). Definitely come and give it a shot!

Just spent 28 dollars on Three shots of Jack and got cussed at by a bartender because she didnt like me telling her the proper way to make my drink after the first attempt was wrong. Wasnt trying to offend but she messed the drink up and Lynchburg Lemonade is a Southern or southeastern drink that a great majority of bartenders in Colorado Springs dont know how to make. Ive lived here for 11 years so I know this. All of the other staff was nice though.

Go here on Thursday for ladies night. The bar tenders and shot girls are amazingly HOT! There is a country line dance section and a top 40 section for dancing. Plenty of outdoor space for smokers.

I had just 1 drink, and was sitting at the bar minding my own business when security came up to me and said they had received complaints I had had too much to drink and this was my last warning before I would be asked to leave. Bottom line; if you are over 30 or overweight, they will find some BS reason to make clear you are not welcome. The staff and mgmt could never hack it in Denver

I visited this location as of 06/09/18 and I ordered 3 shots of ciroc red berry and 3 ciroc and sprites and it came out to $60 but the bartender was overheard by 2 other people saying $16.00 its not that loud within the bar and this being my parties first time there and not having any drinks before arriving was strange once the copy came for me to sign I told the bartender you said $16 she said no they are $10 a shot and once I tried to dispute this with her she says the price is on the bottle but didnt grab it to show me just told me and the price on the bottle you cant see it being a customer but I paid it and that was the only thing i drank because of being so disgusted by my experience. I called saturday and spoke with serge he wasnt the happiest or friendly I explained what happen and he throws in my face where can i go to drink a premium liquor like that for less I was so shocked by him trying to throw the situation back at me as if it was my fault when I tried to discuss it while being there and nothing got done he just was rude and wanted to fight about this but I told him I wasnt going to fight about it and leave a review since he didnt wanna hear me out and understand my point of view or my witness he says leave the review. So I would not recommend this location because of poor customer service, poor management skills, manipulation of their product and by no means am I saying the customer is always right I only requested a solution to make it right.

Absolutely terrible bar. The women that work there beg for money like their lives depend on it. The security guards walk around with their chests out but wouldnt be ready by themselves. The prices are ridiculous and there is an admission most of the time, even on slow/boring nights. Most of the security guards are discriminatory and the security guards that arent white are just lucky to be there. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to be discriminated against or extorted for cash. And if you do go to this garbage club, keep a tight hold on your wallet, dont talk to anyone, especially employees, keep 911 on speed dial, not for guests but for employees. I wish I could detail exactly what happened to me in this garbage club but my post would probably get deleted. I would advise against going to this club unless youre white with a cowboy hat.

Went here once. When we walked in security was standing outside chit chatting we were there maybe an hour if that and as we were leaving discovered mu car window had been smashed in and stuff stolen. The staff literally lied to my face saying that security wasnt On duty yet when it happend. There was about 13 other cars that were broken into that night. This was some time ago but it was a horrible first impression and I have heard other horror stories about this place. I will NEVER waste a dime here again.

Copperhead road is the place to go if you want to have a good time. The drink specials are great and the music is very danceable. The bartenders and all the staff are very energetic.
