Flipshack has helped my daughter grow tremendously, not just as a gymnast, but as a person. It started as a bunch of uncoordinated, but energetic kids jumping around the room, but somehow she has become a confident girl doing skills in circuits, learning good body dynamics. Most importantly, she LOVES it, practices, coaches, all of it. I burned out as a kid because of the demands of the sport, but Flipshack is focused on life balance and community. We couldnt be happier being part of that community.

Hands down the best gymnastics facility and coaches we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Highly recommended. Staff is warm, friendly, and accommodating. You absolutely cannot beat the price for a month. My daughter counts down days and mins til next class.

Great place for the kids to get some energy out and learn gymnastics techniques. We had kids from 3-8 years go here and it was good for all of them. I think we paid about 60 a month and got 1 hour a week. They also have a few hours blocked off on Fridays for little ones to run wild. Worth checking out.

First timer today, and never not going to be a customer. My daughter loved it so much; granted she didnt listen, ran around and jumped on and off of everything and was generally a gleeful 3 year old, but shucks howdy if were not here every week for the foreseeable future.

I wish I could give it more than 5 stars.The facility is clean and welcoming. They pay attention to every detail. If you or your kids want to learn how to move well, in any sport, Flipshack will give you the foundations for movement that will help you progress quickly while staying safe. My girls have been going here for a couple of years. They have had amazing growth in such a short period of time! The coaches really give each kid special attention, and I see it when they interact with my twins. Good people trying to help parents raise good kids.

Our daughter has been going to Flipshack for eight years, and we absolutely love it! They are more than a gymnastics gym, as they focus on entire body movement and self awareness. Their classes are engaging and their staff knowledgeable. Most of all, we love that they do not prescribe to the win-at-all-cost mentality. Our child has the ability to grow and learn, and develop her skills at her own pace. The adult class is equally fun! Im so excited there is finally a place in town where adults can learn new skills in a safe environment.

My 6 year-old just started a couple weeks ago and LOVES IT! The coaches are all so kind and committed. I can already tell a difference in my son’s self-confidence and body-awareness. He says the only “bad” thing about Flipshack is that he doesn’t get to go everyday!

Flipshack has been one of our favorite places for years! Our kids have been in classes, at birthday parties, open gym and parent’s night out. They love it, and I love to see their faces light up when they learn a new skill that challenged them. As a student in the class for adults, I get to learn new skills along with the benefit of feeling like a kid on a trampoline! The coaches are so great at teaching each student at their own pace, encouraging and making class fun.

My oldest daughter LOVES Flipshack!! She is part of the Excel team and has learned so much about gymnastics and how to be a stronger person through the program. She has participated in the program for the last two years and cant wait to compete again next year! I highly recommend the Excel program at Flipshack. My youngest daughter is now taking classes at Flipshack and enjoys having her older sister junior coach her on Tuesdays after school. Wayne teaches kids confidence as they learn cool skills in a safe environment. My kids come home happy after they have been at Flipshack!!

My daughter loves this place! Wayne and his team really care about building a great foundation of movement that can translate into any sport or just life in general. I love that its not super competitive, but that they still want to challenge the kids to move into groups where they are constantly growing and developing their skills. We are very happy with our choice in Flipshack.

I LOVE FLIPSHACK!! So far my 3 year old son has been attending weekly gymnastics classes here for about 6 months. We all love this place so much, we now attend classes twice a week. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. I am very grateful and pleased with Coach Sam and Coach Amy. These classes have given my son so much confidence!

Our daughter started taking classes at Flipshack in 2008. She is now part of their gymnastics team. We have always been impressed with the programs offered as well as the professional staff.The Flipshack team discussed goals with our daughter and helped her achieve those goals. They gave our daughter the confidence needed to move forward in gymnastics.Two very impressive things about Flipshack is its focus on having fun while getting fit as well as its manta of never stop moving. As well, Flipshack is focused on the fitness well being of all their students/gymnasts.Finally, Flipshack is always looking at new and innovative ways to provide a means for kids to get fit. We absolutely love going to Flipshack. I have 5 children that have been going here for nearly 6 years. It has dramatically improved their confidence and self esteem. The coaches and the owner all actually care deeply about the kids and are great with them. Flipshack has become like my kids second home. Not only do the classes provide a safe place for children to release their energy, but the instruction is excellent. My three oldest children are developing skills and able to do tricks I thought I would only see in the Olympics; it is seriously impressive. Some other lady mentioned not being accommodated for a make-up class in her review and being given a pass for free open gym as a substitute. Let me just say that my kids have taken ballet, music instrument lessons and done other sports and NO other place I have gone has ever offered a make-up class for when I was the one that couldnt make it to a class, much less given me a coupon for a free open class when they couldnt accommodate my schedule further. They have ALWAYS accommodated the customer as much as is reasonable and have supported my family as much as possible. Flipshack is seriously awesome!

My son has been in the toddler class at Flipshack for over a year, and we both love it!! The structure of the class is perfect for toddlers - structure and instructions provided by our teacher (we love Coach Sam!) and very hands on for parents to help guide their little ones through the various activities that are included in the 45 minute class. We start with trampoline and obstacle course, move to the balance beams, tumbling, bars, parachute, and then the bouncy house. My son has shown remarkable improvement in all areas, and most importantly, has a blast every time we go to class. Flipshack is the best!

We love Flipshack! One daughter started 1.5 years ago at the age of 4 and is still in love with it and now our younger daughter has begun too and is so excited. The coaches have paid close attention to our older daughters abilities and let us know when they thought she was at a point to move on to the next level. This keeps her interested and challenged while still having a blast. I think Flipshack strikes a great balance between teaching the kids great skills and having a well-structured program, while making sure its not too intense and is an atmosphere where kids can really have fun. And rather than avoiding parents (which is the vibe given off by some gyms), Coach Wayne and the rest of the staff welcome the presence of parents and encourage their involvement. We highly recommend this great gym.

Our girls were new to town and had a poor experience with other studios. The staff at The Flipshack welcomed our girls with open arms and treated them like a person not a dollar sign. Both my girls are excited to go back for practice each day. My wife and I really respect the Flipshack for maintaining a high integrity throughout all staff and a positive atmosphere.

We couldnt ask for a better gym for our 12 year old son. He LOVES the urban gym class & his coaches. The coaches do a great job of teaching him new skills while giving him the type of encouragement he needs. The owner Wayne is such a gem -- he honestly cares about each and every student. Lastly, one of the highlights of my sons birthday was that HE received a call from Flipshack wishing him a great day -- thats the kind of stuff they do to make the kids feel special :)

Great staff. They also have open gym right now it is on Saturday from 12-1:30. October of 2017 switching time to 1:30-3. Saturday Open Gym is for ages 6 through teens and costs just $10

I have 5 of my 6 children enrolled in Flipshack and plan on being there for a long time. They have lots of different options of classes and I believe great value for my money. My children love going to flipshack and not only to they enjoy there classes but also greatly enjoy the open gyms also. When my youngest is old enough she to will join a class at Flipshack.

If youre looking for a community supported gymnastics and fitness outlet for children and teens, Flipshack is the place to be. I grew up in traditional gymnastics and wanted a fun environment where my children could learn to love the power of movement and their bodies. Flipshacks motto of Never stop moving is the type of fitness for life and overall wellness children and adults can embrace.

I really liked the teacher that my daughter had here. And she seemed to liked it, but there were several things I was really disappointed in. We were members at Gymboree until they closed down and we wanted to find another class that was similar. First, their curriculum for under 2-1/2, from what I understand, doesnt change at all. It is the same activities week after week. I dont know about over 2-1/2, but while I think repetition is important, I also believe working on different skills every now and then is also important. Also, the teacher said that they always spend the first 15 minutes out of a 45 minute class waiting for people to get there. So you are essentially paying for 30 minutes, 15 of which your child runs around doing whatever they want... we can do that at home. This really disappointed me. And third, they dont allow makeup classes past a weeks time. So once a new session starts, they will only give you open gym passes. Kind of absurd when you consider, from our experience, that the whole class NEVER shows up. So its not a matter of space. Its really an irrelevant rule that disrespects a paying customer. I think the owners have a lot of work to do in order to step up the quality and customer service that this place offers. While I thought the instruction was good, taking care of the paying customer always comes first for me.

Flipshack is an amazing gym. Ive had a child in preschool class and an older child in various classes as well as private lessons. Every instructor weve worked with has been knowledgable, professional and caring. Flipshack seems equally focused on fun, development of skills and development of confidence.

Best place ever teachers are awesome
