These guys are amazing. My first time coming into the store, they were very friendly, and all around awesome. They know what theyre talking about when it comes to games, ergo, very knowledgeable with the topics they work in. They dont try and force Pre-orders at you, and theyre very respectful. Their membership program rocks. They keep the store clean and well organized, and their customer service is quick and helpful. You guys rock.

Okay, I dont know who that DJ person is from 2009, but they couldnt be any more wrong about PNT. I absolutely LOVE it there -- it felt like home the moment I stumbled in one day.The staff is always helpful, funny, friendly, and awesome to interact with. One time I reserved a game for my boyfriend for Valentines Day, and they accidentally gave his limited edition copy to the wrong customer. Instead of writing it off as a loss (like Gamestop would), they called this guy up, begged him to bring it back, and ended up making us VERY happy.Ive already encouraged my brothers to switch from Gamestop to Play-N-Trade due to all the times we get screwed at their stores. Not to mention, where else can you play a game before you purchase it? Who else gives you pizza at the tournaments? Where else can you stay up having tons of fun during midnight releases? Where else can you get free HUGS? Seriously, my brother came in 4th at the Call of Duty: Black Ops tournament, and Brandon gave him a hug since he didnt win anything else.This store is awesome.
