Even though the location is by appointment the owner was very accommodating. My daughter is in college and needed dance shoes ASAP. I expressed my urgency and also that I am located 5+ hours away in NJ so I really needed some assistance. She met my daughter at the shop within an hour of our call and had the dance shoes she was looking for available for a reasonable price. I will definitely be returning to this location.
