A nice park in the Middlesex county. The park is clean, big and has lots of parking spaces available. There were lots of small picnic areas for family and friends alike to sit down and enjoy a meal. The park is good to just walk around or jog and is also pet friendly. There were restrooms available and a nice little area to see animals. Although, there aren’t a ton of animals here but, it’s still a nice touch and kids love them.There were a few courts to play sports like basketball, tennis and a few fields for baseball and soccer. There are slides and playgrounds for kids to play in.Merril park is a nice place to hangout with friends and family and nice way to relax and enjoy the nature.

This place is great. I have been going here since I was little. There are many amenities that are available and everybody can enjoy their time here. From the Animal Haven to the Nature Paths and the sport fields and courts. You will never be bored when coming here. There is also always fresh air and during these times fresh air is wonderful. It is also very convenient being located in a suburban area with many homes, and people from other towns even come to visit this park. Whether you are stopping by during a trip, or going for the day you won’t regret it.

I have been playing Cricket and Tennis at Merill Park for sometime and experience have been excellent. Park Ranger is always polite to let everyone know that playing singles in Tennis only allowed due to COVID 19. There is a small zoo for kids which has ducks, chicken, rabbit, goats and peacocks. Peacocks are always vocal when it is pleasant weather. Parking is always available around the baseball field and tennis courts which is a plus. Good place for picnic with friends and family.

Great place to relax and enjoy the breeze. The new walking path going in one direction gives you peace of mind knowing you will not get run over by a bicycle rider. But like all of human nature, not everyone observes the rules. Just walk to the extreme right side. Youll Love Merrill Park.

Great park. Lots of seating. 3 play areas that I noticed. My 6 year old had the most fun when we found this little area off the park behind all the trees where the river ran through. They also have animals which were really exciting for the whole family.

Really nice park, plenty of spaces to walk and multiple playgrounds. I only leave a 3 star because of the animal section. Everything seemed fine but the pig they have had a wound on his nose that was infested with flies and I cant help but feel sorry for the guy. Otherwise very nice park.

Large expanse of area and easy to get to from Rte 27. The tennis courts on the west side were completely empty and we had them for a whole day on the weekend. I think people forget about this side of the park. Lots of areas to walk through and no one is crowding. Parking doesnt seem to be much of an issue, either. There were restrooms spotted but didnt see the conditions inside. The only concerning thing was the petting zoo. Signs say not to feed the animals as they are on a strict diet, but I saw several people bringing bags of food for the animals. There was also no one on watch inside the enclosure. A couple of the animals look unhealthy.

Nice park for walking your dog! Large paved walkway surrounding a large athletic field. There are several picnic groves,a nice playground and a small fenced in area with ducks,rabbits,chickens ,geese and potbelly pigs.

The place is really nice and clean. The playground is pretty clean also! Nice courts to play tennis, basketball, soccer, etc. Go check it out!

Good for games needing courts i.e. basketball or tennis, a few good playgrounds and decent soccer and baseball fields. Not the best for a very wide open ground, but still not bad at all. Center of the running loop gives a decent open field if not already occupied for sports.

Nice basic animals there, like goats, chicken (variety of colors), peacocks, cow, and rabits. Open green space. Benches are mostly put away due to covid 19 except for few places under a shelter and near bathrooms.

I run here most mornings. Its pretty near to the Hiway but its about the best place in the area to get some air.

Its a small park in the middle of a busy town, close to the train track. The circular trail is about .6 miles. Good playgrounds if you have kids. Clean and well maintained. If you are looking for longer walking trails this place does not have it.Good place for an evening walk. Can get crowded.

Another decent spot for fishing to include panfish and catfish. Watch out for the campers, the counselors dont care and let them run all over including in the stream youre fishing. I caught around 15 panfish and a catfish in an hour and a half, around 9am.

Plenty of room for a quiet afternoon in the park. 1/2 mile track for some exercise and plenty of shade to cool off.

This park is huge. So much space. Several playgrounds and bbq sections. Lots of park benches and tables for picnics.

Beautiful place Togo with kids, lot of activities for all age groups. Petting zoo, playgrounds, walking areas all are in plenty. And is also maintained well. Only item is traffic sometime is rough on mail artery roads.

This park is huge and what i meant by huge is its extremely enormous. Gigantic ! It has kids play areas and not just one but too many kids play areas with wooden structures, swings, slides, climbing frames, trails and so on.What i notices is that its more commercialized as unlike other parks i could see vendors here selling icecreams n stuff.There are multiple picnic spots which is great.The parking space is quite big too and during weekends this place is super crowded.

Love this park. The kids and grandkids had so much fun. There is a workout station for the adults while the kids are running around having fun. There are also a few benches to have a seat and read a book if thats what you want. Only downside is no tables. Whatever food you take, you must eat in the car or something. But no tables. Also really not much parking.

Merrill Park is a very nice park. Ive been going there since I was a child and they have made improvements over the years. They put a walking track in on one section of the park and added sports fields and parking. Its a nice place to get some fresh air.

Merrill park is a very nice and well maintained park. The jogging track is almost 0.8 miles. It was soccer field, volleyball ground and 2-3 tennis courts, plus basketball ground. I regularly visit this park, and always enjoy the park. The car parking spots are plenty in the park.

Great park lots if shade

This is a great park. I used to go there as a kid and then take my nephews as an adult. They have a few playground areas and they have a huge amount of animals. A horse (Katey) which has probably been replaced several times, but the kids dont realize that, goats, rabbits, pigs, ducks, chickens, even a beautiful peacock. We have skipped rocks in the creek and walked on the trails in the woods. We have watched baseball games and soccer games. Weve gone to parties here and picnics. We used to play basketball and tennis there. They have changed the layout for safety reasons. We have walked around the circle and even roller skated. This is a great park. Always feel safe here.

This park is one of my favorites. It very well kept. The sector that we go to the most is the childrens play area. Its a safe enclosed area. The kids always have a good time. You can have cookouts here in either by permit or in one of their open sections. Parking is good and always available.

Getting a bit crowded later in the evening, half of the parking lots are closed yet we are supposed to social distance, majority of the folks are following the arrows/direction on the track.

A bit busy but a nice place for a decent walk. You see children loads of them playing by the park and the soccer field. If you want a quiet place this is not the one.

This is a great park with plenty to do. Lots of space for BBQs and there is shade to hide out from the sun in the summer time. Pretty sure they still have animals to see. Great place to take smaller child to see and feed goats, chickens and a horse. (Havent been in awhile so not sure what they have now) I dont recall paying for parking or anything like that. Check it out.

Its a great place to take young kids, fenced in with only in and out.

Great park, great atmosphere. No trash (the kind on the floor and the kind walking around, lol). Everyone is down to earth. Bunch of 25 yr olds let my 13 shoot around with their ball, very cool environment. Great for all ages, little kids park is amazing! They have about 3 baseball fields, 2 soccer fields, 2 basketball courts, tennis courts, a track and a ton of trails and walks, places for picnics and BBQs, the list goes on. Youll love this place.

My daughter has great memories from this place. It has a small zoo with a horse (Katie), peacocks, ducks, goats, a hog, bunnies, turkey and few chickens. My 3 year old loves it. The park also has two large play areas which my daughter is obsessed with. Great place to hang out.

Lovely park with an animal sanctuary full of goats, chickens, and peacocks. Summer time there are plenty of group barbeques. There are also tennis courts but you should arrive early for a spot. Overall this was a personal favorite for a walk when I lived nearby

I take my 18 month old here! There is a wooden play area for his size he just loves it. This park is beautiful and it has a mini zoo.

Awesome park with many different fields and playgrounds. Also has a small animal sanctuary where there are pigs (Jerry), goats, bunnies, ducks and turkeys. Had a old horse named Katie who has recently passed on.
