Loved living here for 14 years. Texie, the manager of the park, is a wonderful lady. This Park is right on the bike trails and perfect to walk around the neighborhood. Felt very safe and hardly ever locked my doors. Never had issues with power outage because all the lines were underground. Definitely recommend living here. The only reason i left is because I married and moved to Missouri. Otherwise I would have stayed.

Been here just over a year now, we enjoy living here...its clean kept.....no issues at all. One thing I will say is, folks need to abide by the 25 mph posted speed limit, within the community......signs are posted, for a reason.

I live here been here since 2002. Its a pretty quiet community if you decide to come live here bring money plenty of it because youre going to need it if you buy your home and you own it thats good but you still got to pay lot rent and that sucks.and if youre going to buy a home and pay monthly payments to them and lot rent that really sucks.

When Woodland trails first opened up. They mentioned the view of the stm Louis Arch and you will enjoy the fireworks. There is no skyline view due to certain trees that need cut down. Also my sister bought the first demo trailer all though she had to wait awhile until it was assembled. It never was assembled correctly and when she mentioned the issues till this day you never fixed the problems that laid for you.Also you never fixed the water drain n there is another holed next.

Almost all the residents maintain their yards and homes beautifully. Nice and quiet and friendly, good place to settle down.

Its definitely one of the nicest trailer parks however the lot fee price being 385 a month which includes nothing but the lot and harassment about cutting THEIR grass is a huge turn off. I say their grass because they absolutely will not let you alter the land in any way but expect you to maintain it.

The neighborhood is strictly manicured to present a tailored appearance. If you like asking where to place your flower pot or having your car towed for parking overnight on the street then you will love it here. The command and control atmosphere is a bit overwhelming for me, though.
