We took a trip to The Axe Hole for a friends birthday party. Our group was not from the area, but Eric could not have been more accommodating. He gave us all the directions and then came around to help us better our techniques with each of the thrown weapons. We spent a great deal of time talking with him throughout the evening and he even jumped in and played a few games with us. It was such a blast to spend time with good friends and an owner who treated us like old friends. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to have an absolute amazing time. We are already making plans to bring several more people into this establishment. This is a very clean and professional establishment with an outstanding owner. We cannot wait to come back. What an amazing place! We had the greatest time at The Axe Hole! Mike was working today and was awesome. We threw stars, axes, spears, hatchets, and knives! 2 hours of pure fun. We practiced and then started playing games which were fun. They had dry erase markers and sheets for scoring. This location is easy to get to and right off the interstate. We ordered pizza and brought our own drinks. Thanks Mike for such a great evening. We will definitely be back to kill some boards again!

We had an absolute blast! Eric was amazing, he was kind and laid back! He checked in on use all the time giving advice and was super friendly. We will absolutely be going back! The place was clean, and a welcomed entertainment to the area! If you are looking for something to do I would definitely recommend them!

This place was a blast! The staff was friendly and chill and more than happy to help with the throwing. We were able to throw axes, knives and throwing stars. There was even an area with javelins that you could throw as well. They allow drinks, including alcohol, but not hard liquor. They had popcorn as well. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend going there!

If you’re looking for a different scene for a fun time move The Axe Hole to the top of your list! This place has a fun, laid back atmosphere and you get to BYOB! Eric was an awesome host and gave us a lot of good direction. We will definitely be back! We’re waiting for a T-shirt line!

I highly recommend The Axe Hole StL. Mr Mike was super accommodating and very friendly. We enjoyed throwing a variety of items at the dart boards, the location is very nice and offers BYOB and BYOFood.

Great time!! We were all newbies but had so much fun! Not only did we throw axes but we also threw knives hatchets and spears. We really recommend this place. The people were very nice and knowledgeable.

This is the greatest place. Very fun. Great ownership. They give great instruction and help to make you actually be consistent on hitting the board with all throwing weapons. Also very good for relieving stress.

What a great experience, professional and very comfortable. If you feel nervous or dont know how yo throw, no worries the staff has you covered. Very friendly and easy to learn, I had never really thrown before but staff gave great pointers on how to stay safe while having a great time. Since being here I will be throwing my birthday party here, cant wait!

Great afternoon of fun. William was a great host, he was very friendly and he gave us as much time as we needed to help some our friends learn how to throw. Several axes, knives, stars, and spears to play with. Overall all 5 stars all the way around.

First time axe throwing and thank god eric was here to help. He warned us about the baseball throw which i have and i could not stick anything. He showed me a throw that was comfortable for me, and i hit 7/10 sticks. I will definitely come back and will be inviting people to come here.

This was my first time at axe throwing and I’m glad I spent it at Axe Hole. Staff was amazing. My family and I came and brought beer to enjoy while we threw axes, throwing stars and spears. We will be back!

This place is seriously awesome! My husband and I booked a lane for an hour and a half and it flew by! The staff is super knowledgeable and super friendly! Its a very laid back atmosphere and they give you some free popcorn while your there! They have a few fun competitive games you can play as well!!! Highly recommend going here, it is worth your time!

My kids and I had an awesome time today! My kids (ages 11, 13, 15) were all able to throw and get the various items to stick. There were many choices available to throw, and the employee helped us throughout. First he demonstrated all of them, then if we were having any issues he came over to help.He was extremely helpful and thorough. I look forward to coming back!! I had an amazing time. I never thrown an axe, but the attendant help me throw. If you are a seasoned thrower or never an axe. You have nothing to hesitant about here.

I had so much fun the first time I went, that I took my whole family, including my nearly 80 year old aunt, and it was a blast! It was great for my family and it would be a great team building exercise too!

The Axehole is great! Definitely the best axe throwing place around. They even have a free spear throwing lane to try out that ended up being my favorite. Wonderful staff and it’s cheap to drink (BYOB)!
