We got to experience the MXT, and it was awesome!! Its huge!! And I love the fact they still put the reclining chairs in there! They are super comfortable! From walking into the surrounding areas, seeing all the effects on the walls, and having a bathroom close by- this theater is amazing!!!

Excellent experience, comfortable seating, great picture and sound! And this is an unbiased review, because I didnt even pay for the movie.. I had not been to the movies in a while, due to the global pandemic. However, apparently you can rent out a theater for your family at a very reasonable price. A family member had rented a theater for a birthday party and showed a vintage Disney Halloween movie. Was lots of fun and the reclining chairs were very comfortable..

Why only 4 stars?No refills. Yep, its pandemic caused. The seats are great. They should have lighted numbers, you cant see them in the dark.The staff is very good, trained to see to your needs. The cost is more than some of the other Malcos.So is it worth an extra dollar or two or more?If you like the reclining seats, perhaps that is up to you. Normal seats work well for me.

Reclining chairs and reserved seats are one of the best options here. No need to get to the show 40 minutes early and wait each ticket has assigned seat. Perfect!!

This is the best movie cinema I’ve been to in Tennessee! It’s clean from the big Theater seats to the public bathrooms. It has a grill and bar. You can even place an order and they’ll bring it to your seat! You can enjoy a glass of wine and get a little tipsy all from the comfort of your comfy reclining chair. They have little cute blankies you can buy if you get cold, and you won’t have to wait in line long. I don’t know how they do that because it’s always packed! You can also go online and preorder your tickets, as I said it’s always packed.

The seating is absolutely fabulous (wide walkways with recliner chairs for seating). The staff was very professional, and the concessions were prompt with the orders even when there a lot of people. The facility is meticulously clean! Even the bathrooms, which gave me a pleasant surprise. Honestly, if your going to fork out the money for a trip to the theater, go here. At least then it will feel worth the price of the ticket!

Simply put this is the most quaint theatre Ive been to in a while. It has 16 screens with comfy reclining leather seats, assigned seating, and pretty decent food. Im not in Memphis often but when I touchdown this is my preferred establishment to see the most current movie. It is out of the way in respect to the hotels i stay in bit well worth the trip.

You have to love Malco. This was one of the first theaters in the Memphis area to have recliner seats installed, which was awesome. Theyve seen such a great trend with this theyve started installing in other locations as well.

Went to see Midway at 700 showing. Ticket taker was rude. Theater wasnt cleaned yet so we could not enter. Apparently there were others that werent cleaned either. Finally allowed in st 655. Glad we had reserved seating otherwise there might have been a fight. I noticed when entering about 8 employees wrestling with a Christmas tree. Something that should be done in morning when slow during the week

This is an amazing cinema. The seats recline so well that I would probably fall asleep if I wasnt watching the movie. The popcorn is buttered to perfection and I dont know why, but the Dr. Pepper there is exponentially better than anywhere else. 10/10 would recommend.

This was our 1st visit to this theater. Atmosphere was great, temperature inside the movie was very pleasant, popcorn was good. The recliner seats awesome. Will visit again

Ive always been welcomed here by the staff. Ive gone to see movies here for about 10 years and never had a problem. Thats actually a really big deal if you think about it. Also, THE SEATS. I am spoiled by their reclining movie seats in the theaters. You cant go anywhere else that doesnt have them after youve been here.

The overwhelming comfortable seating makes me want to get there early and watch all previews and stay after the movie to catch all of credits. Oversized, leather electrical reclining seats in every spot. Unlimited leg room. Perfect sized venue to catch a movie any time of the day or evening.

We come here every week but this week was different. We love the assigned seating here which is why we come. There was ruckus is the theatre and we could not enjoy our feature. That and the fact that grey goose was asked for and well was poured in our drink. We normally go earlier and we will definitely continue to. This night was not the best for us.

The seat are amazing! Downton Abbey was wonderful! I give the food a ZERO star, it is terrible for the price. Malco should fine another food vendor. A Happy meal from McDonalds would have been better.

This is a lovely place to see a movie. Great seats, drinks and good food. The manager was so accommodating that wed drive the extra miles to make this our theater of choice.

They have great drinks at the bar and even wine and cheese options. Fun place for a date night or to catch a movie with the kids. Be sure to reserve tickets in advance and pick you seats.

One of the only things to do in Collierville. Tuesday is the day to go with $6 movie night! Great facility with nice big reclining chairs. They serve full meals. Burgers, salads, snacks, etc. Great way to beat the heat in the summer. Bring a friend, bring your kids, bring your kid’s friends.

This Movie Theater is awesome! You can order burgers, hotdogs and more. You can order your food and they will bring it to your seat during the movie! I order the burger with fries and it was very good and freshly made. I also enjoyed the reclining leather chairs and the tray attachment that comes with your food. This place is definitely worth the drive :)

I went from dreading that this was my only local theater to dreading going to any other theater. Absolutely top notch. Mainly due to the seating. Friendly service as well, with clean floors/bathrooms, good food that is a bit pricey but quite reasonable compared to other theaters Ive been to. My one gripe is that I wish more independent/art films were shown here, as there isnt a place for such films nearby.

When we went to pay for our tickets, the cashier asked where we wanted to sit. As we were looking at the screen to try to figure out the best seats for us to be comfortable and see the screen the cashier was huffy telling us that just look at the open seats and pick where you want to sit. I know that we are trying to be controlled on some of the things we do but for a movie theater to control where you sit to watch a movie is a little overboard. We felt like we were back in elementary school having assigned seats. No wonder no one goes to movie theaters anymore! We will just wait a couple months for the movies to come on TV so we can watch it wherever we chose to sit!

The recliner seats are nice but Im not worth the extra $5 for the movie as opposed to going to another theater.

Movie theater is very clean, good selection of movies. Patrons are able to select their specific seats in advance, taking the stress away from having to arrive early to get good seats. This is the most comfortable movie theater I have ever been to. Forget the others, I love to recline and let my seat down . And I love how theirs a privacy wall behind each row.

Pros: nice & clean theater, comfortable reclining seats, didn’t have anyone annoying in the theater distracting from the movie, really nice surround sound.Cons: super dry and unfriendly employees at the concession stand (the people at the ticket counter were nice), very overpriced food (like most movie theaters which sucks).Overall, it is one of the better theaters Ive been to and I’ll be back. Just will be sure to eat before going in so I don’t inconvenience the concession stand people with my existence.

Malco is not junky it is clean unlike others and have good comfy seats while watching your moving and is good quality on everything.

Took my babies to see Frozen 2. It was a nice place. The seats are not made for kids 3 and under. My baby niece is a small 3yr old and she could barely keep the seat from closing in on her.

Times that I go are usually clean, quiet, with decent crowds. Maybe the price keeps things semi classy. Plus they have security as well. Nice date night spot

I took my 93 year old mom to see Little Women, this past weekend. Her recliner was very comfortable and she enjoyed the movie!

Great place to watch a move. The renovations not too long ago allowed the sales of wine/beer from the bar up front as well as regular concessions and candy. The Seats are nice recliners with the ability to choose which assigned seat you would like. There’s plenty of theaters with Dolby Atmos sound to add to it all. Check on the web page for the little icons next to the theater the movie is playing in and you can see the features of that room. Over all it adds to a great experience.

This is by far the best Malco Theater in the surrounding area. The seats recline back. If you order something from the grill they will bring it to your seat. My family love it here. The staff is always nice and professional.

Great experience. Just buy your tickets in advance because you could get stuck with choosing from seats in the dead front row, if you want to sit with who you came with. Had to look up the whole time. Food was good. Will check out the bar next time.

I think this has got to be the best movie theaters that Ive been to. It has reclining seats that are really good. Not only do you have good seats, but you can order food at the snack bar and they will bring it to you, when your in your seat. Also, forgot to mention, you can reserve or pick your own seats at the front after you enter. If you live close to this movie theater, and have never gone, I Highly recommend going.

Cannot stress enough the difference between this and your average malco. Reclining power seats, major legroom, and overall more space. And the ticket price is about the same. Why go anywhere else?

I never like theatres with assigned seats (which this has) but these chairs have recliners! I can put my feet up and enjoy the movie! Major points for that!

This was my first time going and I loved it. The seats were leather recliners. They were so comfortable. They had a bar and grill. AND.......check this out.......Your food was brought and served to you. Yes honey! When you place an order, depending on what you order, will be brought to you while youre watching your movie. Lastly, IT WAS CLEAN! I will DEFINITELY be returning to this location.

Went to a 2:20 pm Saturday showing and there was hardly anyone there. The seats are great and the staff was adequate.

We saw Shaft here. Arrived early and waited in the bar area and watched tv. The concession stand line was long but moved along quickly. Enjoyed the movie, in the comfortable reclining seats. Great experience.

I love this place. Even though I wont pay the $4 for candy, I still love to watch movies there. They have really high quality screens and Ive had no problems with watching movies there.

Collierville Malco has convenient assigned seating, no more rushing to theater 45 minutes before a movie to get decent seats. This combined with a bar has made my movie experience with kids more than tolerable, to sit through Captain Underpants i deserve a vodka Gimlet. Thank god for the bar and upgraded snacks

Greatest movie theater ever!!!!! And I am from California/Vegas butt this one has us beat. As a Disabled War Veteran who has had a lot of surgeries I now have a movie theater to go to because of the leather recliners.

Tickets are expensive, but its malco. The time to go is $5 Tuesdays. The theatre is recently renovated and all the screens have the reclining seats. Everything is usually in working order and it is what you would expect from a movie theater. This one does have a bar now and serves food, but I definitely cant speak for the quality of that. Like I said a good movie experience and where I typically go to see a movie.

Ya know I really like this theater. Its always comfortable, never any unhappy looking employees. Everyone is in uniform and the popcorn is fresh! I do miss the food being brought out to you and I would tip the person bringing it if they started that service again. I had the chicken sandwich andbhonestly i didnt like it at all. Howver the dynamite shrimp were ok. I havent got a chance to drink from the bar but I did go in to wait for my movie and it was clean, queit and love the decorations for the Holidays. The seats recline and give a sense like you home on thw couch. There was construction being done but it did not interfere with the main theater. In the evenings sometimes there isA officer which makes it feel a little safe. The parking lot always vlean an nevee had an issue. I would recommend this Cinema to anyone!

I loved this theatre. Its the second one Ive been in with lounge seating. It was incredibly comfortable. The sound system is amazing.

This place rocks! Absolutely the best movie house in the entire mid south area. VERY clean and the staff is incredibly friendly (kudos to the management because thats where it starts). We live in Bartlett but from now on we will make the drive to Collierville to watch the big screen from now on.

Self serving ticket counter is a easy to use so you dont have to wait in line or deal with the ticket staff. Concession prices are a little overpriced and they dont have real Icees. They try to pass off powerade slush and fanta slush as icees. I will never get an icee from there again. The theater was fairly clean and I like the reclining chairs. The wide aisle make it easy for you to enjoy yourself while not having to worry about people passing by you.

Our visit was great. Since the remodel, volume on the weekend is a lot higher ( or maybe there are less seats in each theater ??? ). You need to buy your tickets early or online. I like that I can pick my seat, pay and know it will be available when I get there. The big, reclining chairs are very comfy. Rows are spacious so some one leaving or coming in late does not make every one they pass adjust in their seat that person can pass.

Best theater Ive been to so far. The reclining seats are awesome. So much leg room. VERY clean and no musty smell. Well worth the drive. My only complaint, the popcorn couldve been fresher. But everything else.....perfect.

I love this theater! Ever since I first visited a year ago, it is the only theater I go to. The employees checking the tickets could use a lesson in customer service but thankfully my interactions with them only last a few seconds. My only gripe about this place is that there are ALWAYS a couple in my partner and I seats when we go.... literally every time. I wish there was an usher who could escort people to their seats because some people are clearly incapable of doing so themselves.
