Great experience. My kids love it and had a blast here, they have cool attractions and a new bowling court. Definitely one of the best trampoline parks around this area. The bumpcars are super fun the sky rail and sky rope are incredible as well.

This was a good place to take my kids to play until I let my child work there. They do not follow child labors laws. The most unprofessional business I have ever came in contact with. If you have a teenager that you care about don’t let them work here. They will fire they if you asks any questions about hours that child is allowed to work

The customer service and cleanliness of the facility was amazing. I love the way urban air is teaching young people the value in great service! Urban air is practicing all CDC guidelines in ensuring the safety of all guests. Thanks urban air for showing my family an impeccable time.

Probably the nicest one of the locations here in the Memphis area. So much for the kids to do. And parents there are lounge massage lounge chairs. Yes! Bring 10 bucks for you. Relax as your kids run wild. Oh, and there is also bowling at this location. Not many lanes but its a neat feature.

My sons party hosts were excellent. They were attentive and professional. Our host Khyi-Trell made sure that we had everything that we needed for my sons birthday. The park lead Mikenzie Mosby was accommodating when we first arrived and came over at the end to ask if things went well. Even the birthday song was energized. Thank you ladies for an excellent experience.

The kids love this place and I do too. The staff is willing to accomodate you and go above and beyond. My only issue is the concession area. It takes way too long to push orders out and it always seems understaffed. In my opinion this area should always have a manager working the counter to monitor the flow. Also a better system should be put in place so cashiers dont have to take money, write down orders, and fill orders. The process is just too slow.To make this a 5 Star experience the process of taking orders and pushing them out needs to be refined. This place is typically busy so a system to meet the demand in you concession area is needed. As a manager sit back on a busy day and observe the process and you should find ways to fix it. Once that is done I could consider 5 Stars.

Under trained employees. Very rude. Please don’t threaten me with your waver when you would not let me bring my grandson in because you was not comfortable with us. That your job . You are not at job to be comfortable you can do that at home!!! We had no fever . Was not sick! You had no one in the building put us so you didn’t want to do any work all six of you!

I had my daughters fourth birthday party here. The party host did a wonderful job of helping the party go smoothly. It was the easiest party to plan.

Great family environment take the children to play and enjoy themselves

I went here for friends daughters birthday. This is the cleanest and most properly staffed trampoline park in Memphis. It has more cool stuff as well. Spinning bumper cars, VR, miniature bowling, ziplining, etc...it costs a little more but its different. I plan on taking my kids back for spring break.

I paid 156.00 for my 4 daughter to have a good time. But this place is running wild and there is no order. My family had an unexpected child in our bowling lane. He had to be no older than 2 by himself running around. Some of the employees was also rude. So I dont know if my family will be returning

I had my daughters 5th birthday party here this past Saturday and we had a wonderful time. Our party host, Kylan, was so accommodating; he made sure everything was taken care of was constantly checking in with me to ensure we were alright. The manager, Corbin, was wonderful as well and came by several times during our event to ensure that everything was taken care of and that we were okay. This was by far the best birthday celebration for me and the kids had fun!

Went here for my grand sons 5th birthday party . Nice place but watch your kids if their small its kinda dark in there and anyone can walk out the door with your child. And if your child doesnt kick, scream and holler no one will every know that your child is walking out the front door. Other than having to be an overly loving, caring and protective parent the place is GREAT.

If you want to book a party in there, be aware that you wont get reimbursed for anything even if they make a mistake. Our party started 40 min late because nothing was ready although I had booked and paid in advance. Had to make many calls but the only answer was that they do not reimburse because of their strict cancellation policy. I did not cancel anything. They did not deliver. I was looking for a stress free party, but did not get one. Our friends had had a good experience there earlier so I guess sometimes things work well.

Really great and fun place for the kids. I have my young son and I on the monthly plan and we jump together for 14.99 a month. Its a great deal compared to the places we went to as kids like Chuckee Cheese as you can basically go everyday if you want and for as long as you want which really increases the overall value. I go once a week and my son always has fun. They also have a bowling alley and other activities if you want to spend a little more a month for the older kids which is what I plan to do when my son gets older. The place is new/clean and the staff is always making sure the kids are safe as well as being very professional towards the parents. The people who had a bad experience probably dealt with the staff during a rush as most places I have found struggle in that type of scenario. I just feel like I get my moneys worth compared to other competing children entertainment venues.

Activities to keep kids busy. Something for all ages.

Last night was my 1st time coming to this location and it was really nice. The only problem I have with this location is they need to start enforcing some rules by making sure parents are with their kids. Groups of teens were dropped off and running wild all night. You have lots of families coming out with their babies and etc. They were going around trying to start fights and etc. I understand kids are going to be kids, but that makes your establishment look bad. On top of thatwhen we were leaving dozen of kids were outside waiting on rides. Smh! Its after 10:30p why were the kids dropped off and the parents werent with them from the start. Other than that I really like this location. Please enforce a no drop off policy so that other families can enjoy themselves without wild teens going through trying to fight and etc.

Waited in line for nearly 20 minutes to tell them we were there for a birthday party. Teenage staff member told us to go to the party rooms in the back. We proceeded to the rooms. No idea which one was the one we were supposed to be in for the birthday party. Nothing was labeled. Tons of teenage staff walking around, not doing anything. Asked one of them where this child’s party was and she said Room 3 and that my child needed a bracelet. Asked her where to get said bracelet and she said she’d be back. Waited 5 minutes (at this point, we’d been there 30 minutes, on time for the party, and had yet to play) and finally gave up and released my child to go play. My child played the entire time without said bracelet and not one staff member questioned it. The staff are all teenagers. The place is SO extremely loud that they are CONSTANTLY blowing their whistles, but you can’t hear what they are even saying to know who did what incorrectly. A few of the young men staff members were only hanging with their friends, blowing their whistles sarcastically, and not doing their job. I get that it’s easy to staff teenagers, but for the love of everything, where are the adults???? I would’ve loved to have seen some adult supervision of the staff. Teenagers are running this place and, believe me, it shows.

Very disappointed in the staff. One of the girls was running around fussing at all the kids. She told my son he was a cheater and/or cheating in the ball pit. Really? In the ball pit? I understand if employees get frustrated at their jobs or having a bad night but I do NOT appreciate a stranger speaking to my child like that. Honestly its a good thing I was not there. I hope the young lady gets whatever issues she may have had worked out. As for management please assist your team members better. I have been there before and I have seen them running around in the chaos of children. You are managers and supervisors for a reason and one big reason is to guide and assist your team. Help your team deal with successful times.

Alot of different activities and jumps for the kids to enjoy. Much bigger than I thought inside.

We had a Friday night party for my son and it was a complete success! The staff was extremely helpful with all my questions, ensured we were satisfied each step of the way and took great care of our party throughout the evening.

Its definitely a place that kids love. They do have recliners for the adults and no charge for non participating adults.

I absolutely love it here. Today however was not a good day. I waited 15 minutes for food but when I asked about it they said there would be 7 minutes cook time. I get it, teenagers work it but there has absolutely got to be adult supervision on staff at all times. There was no food prepared, a long line waiting and staff was UP FRONT having a good time. Not a good look at all. This has not been my experience every time but I expect a high level of service EVERY visit.

This facility is truly amazing, however there are so many attractions closed and unattended by staff. No food at the concession stand until 1:30. Our family was starving. We paid for the premium attractions, but they werent even open until after 1 pm. How can you charge for bowling, bumper cars and virtual reality and then have those attractions closed?They also do not clear tables during the day. There were bottles and trash and food left at the eating areas and bowling lanes all day. Bathrooms without toilet paper...its like no one works here.The most disturbing thing I noticed, however, happened at the Leap of Faith. This is a huge tower where the kids wear a harness and jump from the top of a tower to the ground. Its a cool ride, but the kids were HOOKING THEMSELVES UP and JUMPING BY THEMSELVES for hours unattended!!! NO ATTENDANT...just kid after kid hooking themselves up , jumping 20 ft to the ground & unhooking themselves. It was unbelievable.

Absolutely awesome. My grands are loving it more than Sky Zone. Highly recommend.

From a kids perspective, its one of the most entertaining and physically challenging places to spend a Saturday afternoon. As a parent however, it can be a bit nerve wracking. The kids have quite a bit more freedom than they do at Get Air, due to the lack of oversight. It is not too uncommon for an older kid to fall on a smaller one. Just use some common sense when it comes to your kids. If theyre older make sure they watch out for the little ones, and if theyre younger you might need to watch out for them yourselves. All in all a really fun place. Just be careful!

Great place to play with family! Bowling was a surprise. Crowded but the staff was friendly.

I really wish I couldve given more stars, as my family and I were excited about our visit to this location. We visited 1/19/20 and arrived about an hr after they opened. I believe its only been open a couple of yrs, but a lot of the maintenance of the place was more of a facility thats been open 5+yrs. My family purchased the platinum pkg, which included all the attractions, plus unlimited VR and 1 game of bowling. Unfortunately a lot of the attractions were being held together with duct tape, such as the jousting cylinders and all the VR equipment we saw more, but didnt use those attractions. My family looked forward to enjoying the VR together, but were told that only 3 of the 4 stations worked. Disappointing, but ok. We went to pick the game and were told that only 3 out of the (I believe there were 6 total) worked. Ok. My husband and 2 kids participated and both the gun and headset my daughter wore was held together with duct tape. My husband and sons shooting equipment were also. This hindered there experience, as they werent able to have full range of motion to fully enjoy the game. That being said, there was no interest to take advantage of an unlimited option that we paid for. Wed done everything else if interest and planned to end our day with the game of bowling. 2 of the 6 lanes were closed and only the family that were currently bowling on 2 lanes had bowling balls, and they even had to share. When we found someone to ask if we can get bowling balls, the girl said she would ask, then I saw her leaving or going to break, as I stood waiting to speak to the mgr. Wed sat and waited a good 10min for her to come back to assist and when she didnt, we decided to leave and ask for a portion of our money back for not being able to use the bowling portion of our pkg and the VR being under maintained to the point of hindering the experience, again, I did not even participate since only 3 worked. The mgr was ready to offer passes to come back instead of genuinely listening to the issues. He blamed the VR being held together with duct tape on the company that runs the software in California. I didnt have the patience to dispute that being a software issue vs. a hardware issue which is the equipment having to be held with duct tape. He only said that sometimes you have to wait to get the bowling balls, not taking responsibility for the ineffectiveness of the system they have in place. He had to help clear the bowling balls out and had only done that once the front desk girl went to get him for me to speak to him. Several families had attempted to bowl and couldnt, by that point. This place has the potential to be a great enhancement to the Collierville area, but if it doesnt improve its maintenance, attraction coverage with staff readiness and mgt accountability, itll be run down or closed in the next 5yrs. He did not give me any portion of a refund, by the way. He felt the passes were sufficient. As it was more about the principle than the money (he gave only 2 with a family of 4) and once I saw his lack of genuine interest in the issues I had with the facility he manages, I just took them knowing I will probably not visit this location again. I gave 3 stars because the attractions that did work, my family enjoyed and the employees that helped at the front desk were nice and tried to help within there ability to help. Before you purchase your passes, it may help to ask if anything isnt fully working and/or broken. That way youre not paying for something you dont get to use and/or enjoy.

Loved it a little crowded tho kids had a blast

Price came out alot higher then quoted online we had a party the manager over charged us the cashier caught it and he just waved his hand and said ok then just take it off like it was a inconvenience to him with no apology. Our party favor bags got thrown away that we had on our table no apologies either. The place was clean however half of the staff lacked customer service skills.

Place was amazing!! I had such a amazing time with my nieces!! Will be going back as soon as I can. I was definitely worn down by the third hour. Ran and did a lot of climbing. Wish they had more employees on hand to supervise the ball pit. Much trouble there. All in all I had a blast and I wont forget the little dude who let a huge toot out in this obstacle course. I died laughing and the little guy chased me until I escaped! I know he had a blast literally. All in good fun even being dust cropped by a six year old!!!

Had a small birthday party there on Saturday (five kids) and the staff was awesome. Their service went beyond what we were expecting and the kids had a great time.Everyone from the front desk to the party host were flexible and able to change and adapt on the fly to meet our needs. The facility is clean and very well maintained. There were more than enough staff around the attractions to both keep control and ensure the kids had access to what they wanted to do.We felt that we received more value than the price paid for the party. I highly recommend Urban Air Collierville. Great staff. Great facility.

Horrible customer service! We stood in one long line to purchase our packages that moved extremely slow. The lines for food had the worst service Ive ever experienced. We stood in line for over an hour for slices of pizza and hot dogs that were already cooked. We had to ask for the manager to get anything done but it didnt seem like she had any real control over the staff. She had to work the register herself. The staff was very rude and were more interested in having conversations with each other versus serving the customers. Unless they do something with the staff, we wont be back!

We went on a weekday for my nefews 7th birthday. Place is very great for the kids to play. They especially enjoyed the bumper cars.

A very nice place for kids. Reasonably priced admission and concessions. I am concerned about it staying that way though. Id like to see more security there, inside and outside. Without proper security, places in the Memphis area can get unsafe in no time.

Over crowed and one of the staff was rude and calling children names. I was disappointed in this young lady. Better training needed on speaking to young children. Several were in tears at the ball pool yesterday.

Good jumping and game space, bowling area, good music, under 5 play time, and clean. A bit pricey for what it is though, and parents have to pay if jumping with their children during the under 5 time. Cafe food is good but took a looong time ( way longer than the eating time given too). There was only 1 employee there and took a while to get things done.

The food takes forever to be served unless you have a party. I waited 1 hour for a pepperoni pizza and the guy in line next to me waited 45 minutes for fries.

I love this location. Kids are mostly working at this location and the parents dont really watch their kids so be prepared to stop kids from nearly running yours over. Food nasty af at all of them.

Overall this place is amazing. Very spacious do we never felt crowded. Theres so much to do and comfy couches for parents who have no interest in the activities. I loved the bowling as well.The only hiccup was the young man they had working in the concession area. He had a bad attitude and even asked me what time it was cause he was waiting to get off. We ordered 3 whole pizzas and he never told the kitchen so we ended up waiting over an hour just for our food. Luckily management was around and took care of actually making our pizzas and getting them to us.But besides that this place was perfect.

We had my granddaughter Emery’s 3rd Birthday Party here today! It was clean, super fun, good food and the staff was attentive and the managers are very professional and accommodating! Overall this place is awesome!

Three things:1. Safety: I found a kid CHOKING my son, simply because he wasnt able to catch the basketball and it was dark enough for no one to notice. No monitoring at the facility. This just ruined the party for us.2. Communication: Between headquarters and the center. I had confirmation when I booked the party that due to religious reasons we are allowed to bring outside food. They told me that the center will call on Thursday before party to confirm this. No one called. I called and emailed numerous times - I have records. I always had voicemail greet me at the center - left few. Headquarters always told me - its part of my invoice - I wont have any problems. But I had problems on the party day - center wasnt informed - they saw nothing in my invoice and couldnt reach headquarters - so I had to cancel outside food order (which I still ended up paying because I was cancelling at last minute).3. staff/helpers: Our helper needed to be told numerous times regarding filling up pitcher, water bottles, silverware etc. And they ran out of dishes. So we had cake but no dishes.Imagine what we went through, they were suppose to make it fun for the birthday boy - but ended up making it miserable.

Check in process needs a lot of work, takes way too long to check in and pay, even when you use the kiosk. My kid loves this place, though. Lots to do, he never wants to leave!

Awesome price of admission and is a super fun place, my son had an absolute blast. The concession stand prices are highway robbery and the staff working that are were rude but I will still not deduct from the rating for them solely because of how much fun me and my son had.

The only reason i’m giving this place two stars is because the place is huge and has SO much to do. They really need to consider hiring a whole new set of employees though. None of them were actually working, they’re all very young and just walk around, hanging out with one another and groups of young ladies. They didn’t check wrist bands so you could do anything and only pay the minimum. They employees ignored me and walked away when I asked if they could hook me up to climb the walls and such. I watched a female employee purposely SPRAY a child three times with cleaner and then pretended as if she didn’t now she did it. This place is great other than the people working in it. No one seems to care. Groups of people would sit on the obstacle course on the phone and not let anyone else go.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP. Urban Air membership support is not available on the phone and requires you to pay out the year for cancelling.

Our visit couldve been alot better. We went in with the intentions of getting the Platinum pass, but were told the spin zone was out of order so we went with the ultimate pass instead. I mean whats the point of playing for Platinum if the kids cant enjoy all the attractions. Well 5 minutes later, I see kids riding the bumper cars after we were just told they werent working. The place seemed to be run by a bunch of teenagers that lacked any form of customer service. They were not friendly at all. Even with the ultimate pass, the kids still couldnt enjoy everything because they had most of the attractions closed due to understaffing. The visit was totally not worth the money.

My family waited in line for 30 minutes today, and we never did get past the admission process. The Self-Service kiosk was a joke. If I had paid at the kiosk, I would have still had to wait in the long line to receive socks and wristbands. We decided to walk out because we observed that even if we had paid for the Platinum package and received our wristbands, we would not have gotten to use the attractions due to under-staffing. The kids who had gotten in before us were still stuck in lines waiting for a turn at the few attractions that were open. Its so sad because this place has so much potential, if only they could offer customer service. This is not the first time we have received poor service at this location. Do yourself a favor and visit the Cordova location instead.

The girls had a great time.

Even the kids complained! Ordered food we never received. Got a refund and manager said they would give us the food anyway. When the food finally came 30 minutes later we had cold fries and mozzeralla sticks still not the pizza we ordered and no drinks. They had a few different activities but nobody working them so half were closed. Bunch of teens walking hanging out not at all hospitable no sense of urgency or organization. Total wreck we will be going somewhere else next time

Supposed to be open til eight and closed concessions at 5. It’s not even 7pm and they have closed half the attractions. This is ridiculous and I want to talk to a manager but there’s not one. They need at least one “adult” to over see things. These kids working here are the worst and have HORRIBLE attitudes. Will NOT be back. So sad. I have an extremely disappointed eight year old. NOT EXCEPTABLE.

My first time I experienced it about 3 weeks ago was awesome !! food was great the place was spotless bathrooms were spotless the staff were very nice and funny. Great place to go and bring your family .

At least 5 workers to each customer but cant get service. Workers standing around talking to each other and eating up all the food but no one working the premium activities. Finally got someones attention (looked like a manager) at food counter. She said they were out of food and the kitchen closed 10 minutes ago which is an hour before the facility closes on a Friday night. No notice to customers that the kitchen closes. Our wrist band included pizza that we never got. We were offered a snack size bag of Lays chips instead. Too bad, for the money it could have been a good experience. Guess I wont be scheduling a birthday party after all.

Horrible for adults to sit and wait on kids with horrible customer service. And overly priced food thats awful tasting. My worse experience was with the manager Jessica on 3/30/19 she basically ruined our entire visit she was so nonchalant about the miscommunication of the team members. I was told 1 thing over the phone and another upon arrival and she didnt care neither tried to solve the problem and also told me shes the general mgt and that I couldnt have any other mgt phone number. For to have spent over $200 I was treated as if it didnt matter so I will never go to the COLLIERVILLE location again!!!! They need proper business training

Right at this moment I have been standing at the concession stand for 1.5 hrs...2,000 people to accommodate but only 2 workers at the concession stand, great place to bring the kids but service is too slow...

I felt cheated by them. Went today with my son at 7:30 pm, didnt notice tht it closes at 8 pm. Bought platinum package to do 4-5 activities. My son could do only 2, the lady at counter should not hv sold the whole package ticket knowing it closes at 8. When asked the manager to at least allow 2 activities next day. Manager kept waiting for 10 min n denied to do so. Feeling ripped off. Nowhere they sale whole package for the day if they r about to close. This is called cheating.

It was a wonderful place to come

Front the outside this placed looked amazing and like a lot of fun for all ages. But unfortunately the staff is absolutely awful! There were kids running and jumping in front of people and the staff did nothing about it. I noticed two coworkers on their phones and talking about how they got off soon, totally ignoring all safety precautions happening in-front of them. For example while my friends and I were here a group of unattended kids were continually causing and the employee said nothing to reprimand them. And unfortunately ended in me fracturing my ankle, which the employee was too busy talking to a coworker to check and see if I was ok. Needless to say I will not be back and I didn’t realize the waiver I signed meant that the employees weren’t goin to do their jobs.
