It was a fun place to go that isnt our norm... however; the toddler area isnt much and theres no gate to keep the toddlers from running out and to all the other areas. Difficult to explain to 2.5yr old twins why they cant play in the other areas (after we catch up to them of course!!(theyre fast!))...

We had our daughter’s 3rd birthday here. The staff was very easy going and helpful. I really like how the little kids had their own area. I would recommend this place for a birthday party.

Nice facility, kid friendly, and the employees and very kind and open. You can ask them to open something and they will. They are not too strict and its a lot of fun!! Awesome for birthday parties.

This was a horrible experience!!! Its crazy how your 2 1/2 year old has to stay in one area. They should be able to go with you as long as there with a parent! Keeping a 2 1/2 year old away from playing with his 5 year old sister. Not to mention its not really family oriented with parents jumping either. We like to interact with our kids and this place just isnt for us. When most trampoline parks are! Understand a place like that has to have rules but we signed a wavier pretty much statejng were responsible for ours kids there fore we should be able to have them with us and or play with them! My husband was trying to play and help our son since he wasnt allowed to go with his sister on the long trampolines and he was told to get off the trampoline. Then we see other parents doing the same and nothing was said to them for doing the same. We will NEVER come back very very very dissatisfied!! Plus we paid for us and wasnt able to jump waste of our money and time!

Great manager here. We did a walk-in birthday and they hooked us up with everything! The kids had a blast and we pulled off a last-minute birthday party without a single hitch. We couldnt have done it without the managers help. It was great!

Kids love it here, they have fun, my only complaint, wish they had a quiet room area away from all the noise. Yeah, I’m not partial to loud noise for long periods.

Great place for kids from 2yrs to 17 to have fun and expend lots of stored up energy.. bouncy safe areas for the 2- 5 yr olds .. and areas for older kids to play..

Staff doesnt really seem like they wanna be here. Too many perfect world rules... just open up the stations and let the kids play. The place is dead on a Saturday Im sure this is the reasons why.

We have been coming here for quite some time and this is our favorite jump park. The staff is friendly and does a great job supervising for safety. It is always clean. We recently did our daughters birthday party here and they did a wonderful job!

My 5 year-old loves to come here to burn off excess energy and I have a hard time getting him to leave. The staff is usually young but Ive never had a bad experience with them. There are several different areas for different activities, including dodgeball, rope swing into foam pit, basketball, mechanical bull, and climbing area. Thats all in addition to the long trampolines that take up the majority of the floor space. There is even a fun trampoline area and inflated jump area.

Not sure why all the bad reviews but I visited for the 4th time on 8/6 and my little 7 year old loved it. I was pleased with the customer satisfaction and the employees interactions with the kids was friendly and happy to be there. Maybe they are changing the way management runs things but I hope they keep this attitude and friendliness.

We came all the way from Mansfield and wouldnt let my 12 year old son jump due to lack of staff on duty;be sure to call ahead and make sure they have enough staff members if your son is over the age of 7

Great escape from the heat. Took my 21 month old son. Admission was $5 since he was the only one using the facility.

Kids liked the place. Little expensive even as a package. No additional coupons available to get some discount for a group of 30 kids...

My son loves it and usually its some pretty relaxed employees working there so you can get fun too!

Went to Jumpstreet recently with my 20 month old daughter, a friend, and her 13 year old son. We paid for ourselves and the kids after completing the waiver forms, and then found that there were no activities at all that the kids could do together due to their age difference. Ok, thats no good, but we tried to make the most of it, and went to our separate areas. Then we found that the toddler area doesnt allow parents to jump with their kids, which I wasnt informed of when paying so basically, I paid for myself for nothing... The staff member supervising the toddler area said she could watch my little one while I went and jumped in the adult/big kid area. Um, no thanks stranger. Also, the cupcake place was closed. No fault of Jumpstreet, but it was no fun to see cupcakes in the case that we couldnt buy. It was a bad experience all around.Bottom line, this isnt a place for families with kids with large age differences, or for parents to play with their small ones. The staff needs more training on going over the policies with customers in advance so that people know what theyre getting into before paying.

Nice place could use a better younger kids area

My grandkids come to visit us twice a month, they love Jump Street. We have tried other trampoline parks, but Jump Street is the best. We go every time they come to visit. ( there are 3 in Arlington, but its worth the drive to Colliyville.

Drove all the way over here from Irving getting here at 530. We walk into the front door and an older lady says sorry guys we are closed for a private event at 6pm. Kids were very disappointed. Is it really necessary to rent out the entire place?

There was many immature workers and made me and my family not even want to try new things. I strongly suggest that the business should really pay attention to their employees before they hire. 40$ just to be bombarded by immature workers.

This place is HORRIBLE the teen workers were very rude they have a terrible attitude the way they treated my daughter was horrible! They are lazy dont do anything just sit there! Dont get me started on the foam pit there were 5 PEOPLE IN THE FOAM PIT and the TEEN worker told us ONLY 2 PEOPLE ALLOWED! I was truly angered 5 children were jumping in! Please overthink your workers!

Staff isnt as friendly as Altitude in Grapevine, more expensive, and more rules than Grapevine too.

Ridiculous, just ridiculous. We paid entry but all of the extra features were closed because they didnt have enough staff. Really? Why are you even open if you dont have enough staff to support your business? Also, isnt it illegal to not allow someone to bring in their own water? And if you are going to force customers to buy drinks, then please have the machines working! Over half had a out of order sign on them and the others were empty. Doubt I will be coming back.

The customer service here is majorly lacking. Most of the time when we pay the extra money for the extra activities, they have them closed almost the whole time. They should not be charging extra for these activities when they closed. When weve asked them to open them, usually the very young employees cant figure out who can do it. Its just very odd. I never see an adult actually working there. We have been several times because this is the closest jump place to us, but, quite frankly it is no less expensive and the service (as other reviews have stated) is very poor. I dont expect much at a jump place. But Id at least like the activities I paid for to be open. Either hire more staff to cover the activities, or dont charge extra.

Fun safe place for kids parties..

Its not so good. Sure, bouncing around is fun, but you get really hot there and you get scrapes on the trampolines. The worst part is the block pit. The blocks should be made into spheres, because it actually poses a hazard. I heard a story about something very, very bad that happened to someone in the block pit. Its so disturbing and agonizing to think about that I am not willing to share it here, but hear me out; the block pit needs to GO!

I loved jumpstreet!!! My mom dropped me off for 2 hours to jump. Then came and picked me back up! It worked out great. Its a fun thing to do for a couple hours and its totally safe! If you want to have a birthday party there, you jump for an hour then you sit down and have cake and open presents(Its very organized). But if you cant stand smelly feet, then thats not your place;)

I hate to be that type of customer but overall my experience was AWFUL. Why charge so much if yall dont have enough staff members to watch each station? Manager here was awfully rude and rolled her eyes when she saw my mother walk up to the desk to ask for assistance. Lol take some management classes if you wanna be rude. Overall just BAD BAD experience

Went to jump street with 3 yr old. Confined to a small area. WE ARE THE ONLY ONES HERE AT 8PM. MANAGER MADE MY DAUGHTER CRY WHEN SHE VENTURED TO A DIFFERENT AREA. WOW.Ran by kids...so she wouldnt be here in two weeks.

Its a lot like any other trampoline place. My main complaint is the pricing, it depends on your childs age, day of the week and time of day. Oh, and they charge hourly, so it also depends on how long you stay. Prices range from $4.99 for 3 and younger to $14.99 for 8 and up.
