My son has gone here for hitting instruction and development a few times with Epstein and even the few amounts we’ve gone have had a tremendous effect on his hitting and confidence. They have created a fun environment coupled with experienced instruction and has been an amazing asset to us. My son is younger but we’ve seen some older kids baseball and softball training who are amazing athletes! Great place great people!

The facility and the instructors are phenomenal with all the bells and whistles to make any kid forget about their electronics! Best of all, the focus is strictly player development. The Lab is well worth the drive for those not in the BCS area like myself. We look forward to watching the ball player our son can develop into with the top notch instruction he receives from The Lab!

Our 8U kiddo has thoroughly enjoyed training at The Lab. Its so much more than a place to get some batting practice. The creative exercises to develop the eyes, balance, and explosiveness were certainly beneficial but also fun, according to our son. We saw bad habits in his swing addressed and corrected. Jake and Matt are talented hitting coaches who seem to be able to communicate effectively with players of all ages and skill levels.

This has been a wonderful program for my son. Within just a few short weeks we have been able to see a drastic improvement in his swing and more importantly he understands better the mechanics behind hitting.

Jake and staff are the real deal not to mention The Lab and Hustle3 facility are absolutely state of the art. My youngest son has been hitting with Jake for roughly three weeks and the improvement in these three weeks are greater than the previous three years with other instructors. I highly recommend The Lab!
