This was an absolute fabulous experience! My kids and my sister with her family joined us and we were able to have an amazing time during a difficult time in ours life’s. Everything was above expectations and the hot chocolate was so good! It was full with a ton of people but this was December of 2019(pre Covid) There was absolutely no way to do it all in one day but we got to do just about everything once. They had picture snow globes for the family and the hay ride was so joyful. Definitely making it a family tradition. Love it!

It really makes me frustrated that this place only has 2.5 stars on Yelp. It was the most amazing holiday experience that I have had! When we paid $50 per ticket, I was skeptical. However, it’s worth every penny. The $50 includes VIP parking and the hayride, which was absolutely stunning. This venue offers the cutest shops, photo op opportunities, great food, activities for all ages and draft wine and beer. The highlights from our trip were the s’mores area, snow tubing, pictures and pictures with Santa. We went the day after thanksgiving and got there at 3:30 and left around 8. I liked that we got to take our time. The 2.5 hour drive was worth it. They also offer live music, petting zoo, and campfire in the center of the main area. Above all, the customer service was outstanding. Shout out to all of the workers, everyone was friendly and welcoming (even with us as we walked into Aggie land decked out in longhorn gear). I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend this place.

I had a fabulous time here, friendly staff, and lots of fun things to do. Lots of stores to shop with all kinds of merchandise. Bonfire and music, a place to make hotdogs and smores near a fire. The best hit cocoa around. The BBQ wasnt the cheapest, nor was it the best eating Ive ever had, I recommend eating at one of there other places. The hayride was my favorite, they also had a fun little place to play in the snow along with sledding. The ice rink was outside and small but cute set up. Loved the Christmas music and all the lights. Best Christmas experience ever. Thank you for making this a magical experience.

Side note... I have read a couple bad reviews about no social distancing or masks, if this is a concern for you then stay home. Its your choice to go or not. So why would you give a bad review to a great place because you chose to go to an outdoor event around other people. There was hand sanitizer in most areas and mask signs up for all indoor areas....This place was amazing. We had a 6 year old and a 2 year old and we all had a great time. All the employees were super friendly and the place was very clean. I loved that all the employees dressed the part. But the best part was its not just a tourist attraction... Santas Wonderland remembered the reason for the season and kept Christ in Christmas. The hayride was also so much fun. Thank you for kicking our Christmas off right. We will be back. God Bless Texas!

Im sure it can be a fun place but sadly yesterday was our 1st visit and we didnt enjoy it. The park should be controlled with covid. Too many people and of course it being impossible to keep a safe distance. Tons without masks too. The majority of our time there was spent in line. Spent too much to get in and for parking just to be in line. The only thing controlled was for Santa and we couldnt get in till after 11pm. Our son was so disappointed to not get to see Santa. I wish we could get a refund. This experience was more tiring than fun. I had always wanted to come but now I cant recommend it. Couldnt even get to try other things I always wanted to try. What a bust. I really was excited to finally come.

Weve been coming here for years and this place has come so far since we first started coming in the late 2000s. Im especially impressed with how they added more attractions to naturally spread people out for physical distancing purposes. A few public service announcements: there are stickers for physical distancing in the line for the park entrance, but not for the attractions within the park. Keep that in mind if youre trying to be extra cautious. Next, the walkable trail and kids area/ice skating area on the left side of the park are paved with gravel. I saw a lot of people struggling to push strollers through here so thats something to keep in mind. Lastly, they staffed entertainers on the childrens side and it was a little heart breaking to see them performing to an empty audience; but they kept performing like champs. Be sure to show them some love especially if the main square is saturated!

I put a 5 star because of the lights!! It was just okay.... Really dusty ... Food was basic... The photos we purchased came out very blurry not worth the money... The college student who told us where to park in the Rudolph parking lot should not park vehicles close to others.... he told us we are not responsible if someone hits your doors ..he gave us an OH WELL considering he didnt pay 70 k for a truck ...so we moved our truck...due to that issue.... people are careless and children dont know better.....so we should be able to park our cars where we feel comfortable parking especially that the parking lot was not full at all !!!!! Get your tickets online paying there is not worth the money... shops have reasonble on prices...

No social distancing at all. Lines are packed full of folks (most are without masks) and no hand sanitizer generally available. We took one look at the line and chose not to do the hayride even though we drove over 100 miles from home just for that. Signs are posted about social distancing; how can you expect to enforce it when your employees don’t lead by example and you don’t limit capacity??? Literally 1,000s of guests there last night (Nov 14). If you care about staying safe and healthy, skip going this year!!!

Just a warning to everyone, masks are NOTrequired to be worn by guest of Santas Wonderland. All their employees were wearing mask and were extremely helpful but about 50% of the people there were not wearing a mask. They also raised the price to many of their events. Pictures with Santa now cost $25 for a digital copy and $15 for any more after that. And on top of that, they had Santa in an enclosed room with people with no mask on taking pictures. Only thing that kept Santa safe was a plastic screen shaped like a snow globe. Hope Santa does not catch covid. My kids would be pretty sad. Thankfully we brought our own hand sanitizer because there was none available through out the site.If you bought tickets, it can be transferred to next year and hopefully the vaccine may be available to everyone. I would recommend skipping this year and maybe go next year. We are going to do that for our remaining tickets.

It’s over crowded and they took out a lot of seating near the live music. Not only that but they stopped selling bottled wine which is very disappointing. I feel like this should have been advertised as this is the main reason we Went out there to get a couple bottles since it is not sold anywhere but there. The hayride was very rushed and not very enjoyable not to mention the long line to ride the hayrides. Honestly not very impressed with this place anymore at the price. Also the gift shops are pretty empty and a lot of the stuff you can purchase at hobby lobby. Sad to say but this will be the last time I go to Santa’s wonderland. Oh and also the snow machine was not used either by the live music. I was just not pleased with the entire experience and I would not recommend and for the price it is to get in it should include everything there. Ycan pay a 100.00 to get into Disney world for the day and have attractions included for a regular ticket of 43.00 I would expect to have something to do other than listen to music.

The place was ok, theres definitely something that management can do to make things better. For example dont have scan codes everywhere for the guests to order online and refuse to have better service in the park. If your guests have better internet services they will order online, faster service means more sales. Second everything is a money grab, they should offer a package for photos instead of gouging everyone $19.95 for a 5X7 or one download, make it $80- $120 for all the downloads you want for example. Our family went on the weekend before Thanksgiving and there was definitely no social distancing or any kind of care in the world. There were guests wearing mask about 60% of us, also almost every employee whether they had them on correctly or not. To conclude glad my family experienced it once but will definitely not return unless changes are made. Good luck Santas Wonderland.

How does College Station allow this? No social distancing, no masks and people are packed into lines and hay rides. This park unravels all of the hard work that is being forced onto schools and businesses. Not a good example for children who have to wear masks to school and stay isolated.

Have tried contacting Santa’s Wonderland to see what the mask policy will be but cannot get any response back other than “we can’t predict what local mandates will be in November so we haven’t determined that yet”. Well it’s November and they open Friday so it’s concerning they still don’t have their Covid policy set. Would love to buy tickets for this weekend but can’t do so unless I can make an informed decision about Covid risk. I welcome a response from Santa’s Wonderland on this as I’m sure others would like to know as well particularly before the preseason sale ends tomorrow.

If youre looking for a COVID super-spreader event, then this is the place. In any other year, I would give Santas Wonderland a glowing 5-star review. This is my 4th or 5th year going & I love it - the lights, the music, the holiday vibe. BUT NOT THIS YEAR DURING COVID! I participated in the 5K Fun Run this past Saturday (Nov 21) for the 3rd year in a row. They did a decent job with the race - registration was capped at 50% from previous years and people were somewhat conscious of social distancing before & during the race. The announcer encouraged mask-wearing but only about 10% wore them (my friend & I did). We arrived early to pick-up our race packets and had to wait in line about an hour before the park opened. People were generally not interested in social distancing and maybe 20-30% wore masks. On the upside, I saw all staff being temperature checked upon arrival and they wore masks, though not always properly. Once the race was finished (walking through the lights where the hayride goes) and we went into the park, it was CRAZY. It was crowded, people were mostly unmasked, and didnt give a s*** about social distancing. Supposedly masks were required in the stores (signs on the doors as you entered) but this was not enforced AT ALL. I saw many non-masked people and never heard staff ask for masks to be used. In the store to the right of the main area as you look toward the stage, there was a senior age couple that seemed to run the store - no masks. I dont begrudge the owners of Santas Wonderland the ability to make a living, but there should have been more control of the # of guests allowed in, and more safety-minded rules in place & enforced for the LIVES of everyone involved. It is truly a super-spreader event and didnt have to be. During the summer I bought 4 any time tickets. I WILL NOT be using them this season. Thankfully, Santas Wonderland is allowing these tickets to be used in either 2020 or 2021. I look forward to going back next year when COVID is mostly (fingers crossed!) behind us. I recommend you hold off on this activity until next year.

We went yesterday and I have to say we were extremely disappointed. We have bought early passes for the last 4 or 5 years and we have always enjoyed it but this year was a let down. We get there to park and are told we have to reserve parking. It would have been nice to know that when buying tickets. So we had to drive to the old jockey lot and wait for a shuttle bus. We seen the insane line for the hayride and decided to see about they hayride express pass. Well we waited in line there for 15 minutes to be told they were asking the outrages price of $15 per person. It would have been nice it they had a sign somewhere stating the price instead of making people wait in line to find out the price. No wonder so many people were walking away.We waited in line for almost 2 hours with 4 young kids to get on the hayride. People were packed and there was zero social distancing. My kids were really looking forward to seeing santa only to get there and be told you had to make reservations.Overall it was not worth the money and we wont be going back next year. Hay train light show ride is a must see. Then take pictures in the scenic polar bear pavilion full of lights. Followed by a snow are where you can have a snow ball fight then get in line to slide down a snow loop on an inner tube.Move your feet to live music. If you want to skip the food line order online. Theyve got a hayride that goes through a display of over 3 million Christmas lights that lasts over 20 minutes. They have a snow area for the kids (adults are welcome too) that blows out actual snow. They have sled riding! Theyre actually just inflatable tubes ,but it is still a ton of fun to go snow sledding downhill, in Texas! They have live music and performances in the park, later in the evening. They have free bull rides for adults and kids too (must meet height requirements). There are two inflatable bouncy play areas for the kids and an official Naughty or Nice list checker in the park (theyll tell your kiddo if theyve Naughty or Nice). But the parents actually decide on that! You can also have your kiddos write letters to Santa! There are a ton of photo ops around the park for great memories. They have smores roasting pits (for $5.50) to roast your yummy treats. There is a large TV where they constantly play Christmas movies all evening long. So you can dine and watch a Christmas flick at the same time. They offer a wide variety of food, snacks and desserts. They have BBQ, Cajun cuisine, Burgers, chicken tenders for the food and many more different options. They offer hot cocoa, coffee to keep warm. They also offer beer and wine for the adults too. If your looking to channel your inner Christmas spirit, this place is definitely a must! I wish I could rate it more than 5 stars!

We went for the first time yesterday! We paid for the Rudolph parking lot walked through and were so amazed! It was beautiful!! Well worth the money. Our girls had a blast! We enjoyed sipping on the beer and wine walking around site seeing! Our girls went to the petting zoo and rode the ponys. It was way better then we expected. We also did the tubing which is a MUST!! The line was not long! We ate pizza wish it was better. But still ok. Wine was ok. They have a cinnamon beer it is delicious! Over all it was an amazing first trip! We want this to be our annual family trip!
