This was a great experience with the family, we Almost Escaped

Well made escape room! Challenging enough to take almost the entire time for our five man team, but not so challenging that we couldnt even get close to completing it. Staff was friendly and competent. Rooms are static, but they have three different scenario rooms, so I hope to come back and try another one at some point. Highly recommend for people looking for a reasonably priced entertainment!

This place was actually pretty fun place. It was challenging yet entertaining. I would recommend this for any work group as that is how we went. We had to team up and try to escape. Great team building experience.

Exciting and fun. Amazing

I initially did my review thinking this was the other place in town! I apologize!! This is the one we loved!! The staff was always excited and super friendly and really seemed to like their job! And the puzzles were great! Been here a few times! And the location is not shady at all as one reviewer said! It’s very safe! And very clean!

Had a blast with a work group for a team building experience. We had to really work together and listen to one another to try to get out! Would definitely do it again!

My husband, 3 of my kids, ages 16, 13, and 11, and I had so much fun! We did The Study room. It was not easy and we had to use a few hints but this was great family fun for a smart competitive group!

Had a great time here. It was a bit on the smaller scale from other escape rooms i have been to, but it was still alot of fun and we all enjoyed it! Would go again!

We had a group of 10 people. We did the Kidnapped room. The staff were very sweet and helpful! We got there a couple of minutes late because traffic ended up being kinda crazy but the staff were very considerate! The room was fun. I do kinda wish it was more decorated or scary, but otherwise we all had a good time!

Had such a great time. There were 4 other people i did not know that was in with me and my children. We worked as an amazing team. So close to finishing but still failed. Easy enough to get thru levels but got stuck on a few things. Id definitely go back to do the other rooms!

The room was original enough, and had some pretty enjoyable puzzles in it, while other were grasping at straws. We played the secret study room the other night, and I was playing with two first timers for escape rooms while I have played nearly 20+ rooms and work at one myself. I have to say I was disappointed when at around 43:00 minutes left we asked for a hint because we were stumped, and it wasnt until nearly 36:00 remaining that we received said hint. It sounded like another group had just come inside right as we were asking, but there were still multiple people working there and they shouldve been able to slide the note under the door. Normally, I wouldnt care but it soured our experience after finding out we had done the last puzzle but barely had not made it out, where as we easily could have made it had us not being stuck and standing around for so long waiting for the one hint to come. The staff apologized and I understand that mistakes happen sometimes. Might come back in the future for hopefully a better experience.

I love this place!!! I have done all 3 rooms now, they are challenging but still very fun. The staff was kind, accommodating, and polite every time I have been. I will definitely be telling all my friends to come here for date nights, organization outings, or just something fun to do on the weekends.

Awesome escape room with super creative themes and friendly staff. Not sure how they thought up of some of the ideas, but such a great way to spend and afternoon with family or friends! I was suprised to see any low ratings, but then realized most are from the same person with an apparent agenda. Cant wait to go back!

My group has never done an escape room before, but I have done many. We did the Murder Masquerade Room and it was so much fun. It was challenging yet entertaining and the girl working there was so extremely friendly. We had so much fun, we booked another room!

The tricks in the rooms are really unique, I was surprised in each room. Torn between the Masquerade room and the Secret Study as my favorite. A great way to bond with family and friends!

Fun good for medium size party

My teenage boys went with a group of friends for a birthday celebration and came home laughing and telling us all about it. They all agreed it was fun and entertaining and want to go back. As a parent, reservations and payment were convenient and easy. The staff was friendly and very easy to work with and really made the experience a good one!

I brought my Girl Scout troop (ages 14-17) today and we loved it. They want to come back and try the other two rooms this summer! Im also going to get my husband to come with his friends and Im going to bring my youth group. I would recommend this to everyone. The clues were helpful, the people were friendly. Id say check it out for sure!

The kidnapped rooms challenge was based on simple arithmetic, not puzzle solving.

If you have some time to kill during weekends, I would recommend Padlock Escape Games to you. My friends and I had a really good time there even though we did not escape successfully. The design of the puzzle is superb. We would like to come back for the other two rooms. The Padlock Escape Games is definitely my favorite among the 3 escape rooms that I have been to.

Im a huge fan of escape games, but Padlock fell short for me. They were sadly understaffed and the one and only employee was frantically running around answering the phone, getting us to sign waivers, scrambling through the room stories and rules. The business itself is in a shady area, and the inside seems cramped and a bit gross. The rooms themselves were decent, I just wish they would have had more staff on a weekend and that theyd update their lobby and welcoming area.

We had a blast! Perfect Friday night with 3 other couples working together, solving puzzles and laughing a lot along the way :) We all agreed it was great doing something new and unique together! I did my first Escape Room in Orlando just a month ago and Im totally addicted. This was my second room to do at Padlock Escape Games and Im very impressed with the types of puzzles and riddles you guys came up with! Well done and cant wait for the third room to open up! Thank you!

I highly recommend Padlock Escape games. We went in a group of 7 to the kidnapped game, and it was amazing! Better than I could have imagined. Anyone who loves linear riddles and puzzles this is a perfect place for you. Also, we escaped!

Pretty decent game for beginners, but the staging is pretty complicated.

Had a wonderful time, the clues are well-planned, fun, and make sense. We did the library room with just two people and made it out with a minute to spare. If youre well-organized and looking for a challenge, you can certainly go as a small group. Were coming back later this week for the prison room :)

This was my second escape room, and I was very disappointed compared to the first one I did in Arlington. I will start by saying the facility was clean, in a decent part of town, the staff was friendly, and the price was very reasonable. My boyfriend and I took his parents while they were visiting since we had such a good time at the first one we did a few weeks ago. We did the Murder Mystery Masquerade, and the clues in this room had nothing to do with the theme. The room was very linear, and it was difficult to do with 9 people. There was not enough to keep everyone busy, and we were often waiting for someone to finish one step before we could go on to another step. I found the standing around waiting very frustrating. I wish the clues had been more connected to the theme, and I wish there had been more than just opening locks and figuring out math problems.

My wife went there with our friends while I was taking care of our newborn at home. They came earlier then expected and were very unhappy, and I asked them what had happened? they told that they “kicked out”, 10-15 minutes before the time end. It was unbelievably not professional. My nursing wife had very bad experience and shocked. what kind of business is this? I hope the owner will check the camera records and will fix this mistake.

My husband and I did an escape game in NYC so we were excited to see a similar one open in CS. We went with 2 other couples and it was a blast! We did the study room and were successful! It was a great date night experience providing an opportunity to be interactive with friends in a unique setting!

Who knew you could fail so miserably yet still have a blast? Tip: be observant, think outside the box and bring friends along. You only have a hour so work together. This place is awesome! They are adding a new room soon. We will definitely be back.

This was really a ton of fun. I especially appreciate the Padlock Escape Games Team for coordinating with our large group so we could get both rooms at the same time and race each other out. Everyone in our group had a great time here.

Me and my boyfriend just did this for a date night and it was totally worth it! We had so much fun and it was such a cool experience!! The staff was also very helpful, but I recommend this for any and all people!!!

Our group had such a good time here! The rooms were excellently decorated, and the puzzles were a great mix of creative and challenging. This was my first escape room, and I could not have asked for a better experience.

Loved it! Great for parties, team building, and hanging with your friends. Padlock doesnt have a party room to eat at or anything though. Cheaper that Escape room BCS. And so much fun!

Even after they explain the answers, you still probably cant get out. Very clever.

This is a review of the Masquerade murder mystery room as well as Padlock Escape Games itself. I have not attempted the other two rooms.Rating: Average 2.5-3.0 StarsI found the experience, compared to experience at other venues, to be lackluster for the Masquerade murder mystery room. The theme and tedious nature of the puzzles was disjoint from the interesting environment of the room. It left me wanting, but not in a good way.Pros:-The establishment was clean and felt like a safe environment for me and my family.-The staff was well informed, well spoken, and courteous.-The price for the room was cheaper than any other escape room that Ive visited.-The environment in the Masquerade room was convincing and unique.Cons:-The Masquerade room was very linear (rather than having multiple clue arcs, we had to wait for one clue at a time to be solved before we could move on to something else.) This lead to people standing around doing nothing for long periods of time.-While I was hoping to find a CSI style mystery with forensics, hidden clues, and adventure, most of the things in the room that needed solving were not creative, but rather combination locks on purses, suit cases, cupboards, a dresser, and other random containers. The final keypad was so irrelevant to the theme that we had no idea that it was even the final puzzle.-Most of the puzzles for the combination locks were convoluted math puzzles that were more tedious than fun, and once again not related in any way to the theme of the room. Of the puzzles that were not math related, tedious is once again the descriptor (e.g. Find a page in the book, count 50 lines down, then count 25 letters over in a book printed in Font 6 Arial. Now do this 5 times to get your combination.)-At one point, a potentially dangerous hazard arose when a tiny fish hook was needed to retrieve a key in a large bottle bolted to the counter (once again, what does this have to do with the theme?) The hook was accidentally dropped into the bottle, and after 10 minutes of retrieval time by 3 different people, one person was hooked twice in the finger and the other once in the arm. Keep in mind, since the room was linear, 8 people were standing around waiting on the key to get pulled out before we could move on.

Great rooms. Highly recommend the Study Room. Of the many rooms I have played it is by far my favorite. Awesome puzzles and a very satisfying conclusion.

Great fun! It was way more stressful than I thought it would be, and sadly our group took about 5 extra minutes, but that just means we will be headed back soon to try and actually finish one of the other rooms in time. This was a great experience for all of us and everyone had a blast!

This was so dang fun! make sure to leave purses and such in your car-- you cant take them in the room with you and they dont have lockers.It was super challenging and exciting. The hour went by so incredibly fast!

Great room, good people, forgot to reset final clue. Very apologetic. Need to explain a little more on what opens the final door, and what types of locks and puzzles there are.

Clues made no sense. Control room cant hear you so they have no idea how to help. Spent first 45 minutes waiting on a clue that would help. First 3 clues they sent, we had already found.
