The nicest people live here! Its so well kept. It was nice to see a community that takes great care of their property and themselves. The management is outstanding. Steve is a wonderful person, funny, and a very knowledgeable individual. If you owned a community like this, Steve is absolutely the person you would want to have running it.

So happy with the new owners! They just cut in 2 miles of trails at the back of the property, so now I can walk through woods and fields! They also put in a recycle container next to the garbage so we can do all our recycling right here instead of driving to drop it off. They have plans for many new improvements! It is about time that someone is starting to take care of this place because it was let go for too long by the previous owner. Before COVID I had things repaired very quickly but understand there are limitations right now because of required social distancing. This is a nice quiet, safe neighborhood. The indoor pool and hot tub is another really nice bonus to living in this neighborhood!

I have lived in a back lot for over 20yrs. Huge extended yard due to undeveloped land. Access to Nice field and woods area where my children were permitted to make forts and camp out. Many residents take nature walks with pets in back.

Wonderful quiet place to live, beautiful indoor swimming pool & jacuzzi, I have lived here going on 21 years now. Friendly neighbors. Very affordable.

We have lived here for about 3 years, and it is a nice neighborhood to live in.our property is a guy especially when to the safety of the resident in here hes done alot up grades in here. If you want to feel safe this is the place to be we e love it here.its nice having a pool and hot tub I wish we had a play ground for the little kids to go play at in here.since we been here we have met some great people in here.I say we never regret moving here. U usually always get in to talk to Steve you dont have make appts and if hes not in he get right back to you steve has been a good fit for this place hopefully he will be here for along time to come.and we love raising are son in here he knows so many people in here and likes all the people he has met he made with some of them.
