This place is gorgeous and has been really peaceful. They have a community pool and its so nice. Quiet area where we are and we love it !

Lived here about 15 years and we love the fact that theMobile homes arent side by side, love feeling like we are living out in the country, lots of surrounding forest which attracts many species of birds and other wildlife. I love the fact that I was able to plant many evergreens and bushes and put in beautiful flower gardens around our large lot and it is so quiet and peaceful! Its a clean, well maintained park and has many wide paved roads to walk or bike, along with a communty pool, tennis court and basketball court! Since We rented most of our lives, moving 7 times, We just wanted our own place to be able to live the rest of our lives out and not having to pack up and move again? The last place We rented we were there for 13 years and we were blessed with a landlord who kept our rent pretty much the same while we kept up our place by painting and wallpapering the walls and doing minor repairs and doingShoveling and mowing, helping out the landlord who lived upstairs in the duplex. It worked out well but he was getting on in age and was starting to either get dimentia or alzheimers so I felt like we had better start packing up and start looking to find someplace to live within our means?I could not believe the rents and knew we could never afford them but as fate had it we found this mobile home the same day it was posted and the seller needed to sell it fast so we got a terrific price! It needed some work and a new roof but renting for 13 years so cheap we were able to put money away in a 401K at my husbands work where his employer would match it 100% and put money into it around Cristmas as profit sharing! So this paid for the mobile home plus repairs and had only the $317.00 for lot rent! I call it Divine Order, all meant to be and We dont regret it to this day! I call it our little piece of Heaven!I gave the review 4 stars because I am seeing dogsaround and heard them barking as I ride my bike around and I fear them, being bitten 5 different times over my lifetime! Also one is to have one cat only and it is suppose to be an inside cat and we have all kinds of cats running around, spraing on my porch and around, killing my birds and there are at least 6 strays and ferral cats around our place and I believe when people move out they leave their cats or they are just dropped off here. I admit I fed this ferral cat for 8 years, named him Freddie the Freeloader and I got him to trust us and my indoor cat would just walk by him when he would lay on our porch. These were the only cats around except for a couple other cats who pretty much stayed around their homes. Freddie just did not show up one day and just never saw him again! So sad, I was glad I had my Sweet Pea who would walk with me on her leash and we would swing on our swing and watch the woodpeckers pecking on ourtree and watch the chipmunkfill her cheeks with acorns and relax and not feel a care in the world! She passed away a few years ago and I still get sad. I would love to get another cat but no cat could be as perfect as her and walk me around our circle, knew exactly where to cross the road and turn the corner and she had her favorite stops to nibble on her favorite Timothy grass.I hate the idea of us getting on in age and who would take care of her and spoiler her like me when our time is up?So thats our review of our home and would be a great place to bring up a family or downsize to a much smaller place and retire! Now we just have to wait and see if all of us residents can buy the park? I cannot see us any place else to live out our remaining days! I do believe we are the most expensive park in Vt., we are currently paying $461.00, upfrom $445.00 and I do fear the lot rent might haveto go up even more with the asking price way too much!It really depends on what the engineers and appraiserssay?
