My brother owns a trailer here and it used to be a 3 bed but the two rooms were so small that the previous owner knocked out the wall. Well management is trying to tell us that we have to put that wall but up before my husband and I can move in with my brother due to the fact that we have a 7 month old chils

Dont rent from these people; they think they are above the law and that they can treat you like they have a right to see what you are doing inside the mobile home that you are renting from them.

Roads need fixed very hard on vehicles overall compared to what it was a few years ago, it is great. Management is doing all they can to get it cleaned up and the drug users and/or bad people out.

Its ALOT Quieter .... Looks way BETTER... GOOD JOB!!

Helpful manager, inexpensive living however the roads are pretty horrible. Generally quiet.

Its the slums of Cody, cops are called frequently on accounts of drugs, domestic violence, etc. I do not recommend this place for housing. There are better cheap housing properties in the area.
