Two cowboy buddies and myself flew from North Carolina to Cody and had a scheduled five night and six day ride guided by Rusty and accompanied by five pack mules. It was a very exciting week with beautiful scenery. The trails were great but challenging. Rusty conducted himself in a very professional manner. All meals were great and the mounts were well broke.I would recommend Bliss Creek Outfitters as a very great way to spend a family getaway. Thanks Rusty for an enjoyable week!

Rusty and his team were awesome. Three of us flew out there Oct 2015 and it was amazing. The horse/mule ride out to camp was great, the food was great, the guides were great, and the bulls were huge.

Rusty really knows his stuff about hunting big game! He has been hunting the backcountry his entire life and knows his territory and animals like the back of his hand. It is obvious that he prides himself and is passionate about providing the client a quality hunt! I hunted with him the second rifle week in 2017 and Rusty guided me to a magnificent 343 - 6x6 monster Wyoming Elk! We spotted the herd late afternoon and we devised a plan on how to stalk the bulls the next morning! It happened Like clock work, he got us in the right spot, the elk moved to where he thought they would...we watched multiple bulls and about 20 cows until the one we wanted stepped into the shooting lane we scoped. It was a great hunt! Bull or no bull, the experience of being in the Wyoming backcountry in this special place with a professional is a gift! I had hunted with Bliss Creek two previous hunts when the previous owner had the camp. We saw elk, but were unsuccessful. Rusty has done a great job on bettering the camp on the new location, a much easier and shorter ride in from the other direction. He takes great care of his horses and mules! Rusty will go out of his way to give you the best trip possible!

Great hunt..we killed one bull with a bow...need 15 more yards on a great 7X8..if you want to hunt big Bulls this is the place to go!!!!

We used Bliss Creek because my hunting partner had gone there a couple of years prior with the former owner and had a great experience. We signed a contract with the former owner and paid for a 1-2-1 guided hunt. When we met in the parking lot the night before hunt we were told due to some circumstances they could not provide my hunting partner and I with that service, but would make it right. That was October of 2016. Now here we are in July of 2017 and after numerous emails regarding our promised refund, they still have not made it right. When we contacted them in December of 2016, they told us in an email they would make it right after tax season. In another email to us they stated the former owner never gave them our down payment. Blaming their problems on the transaction of them buying this business from the former owner is not our problem. They never responded back to our last email on 5/30/17 in which we simply asked for our refund less the $400 tip and we have not heard back from them and feel ample enough time has passed for them to make it right, which is why we are now posting this review.
