Fun times to be had here! Lots of parking easy access to casino. Large variety of slots. Poker,Texas holdem tables and Roulette tables. Way to much SMOKING...... was like a fog floating through the casino!!️️️ Covid safe.

Cant say enough about Seminole casinos and their restaurants. Their food and service is absolutely amazing. It is absolutely a five-star experience every time. If you get the opportunity to go to one of Seminole casinos dont pass it up. I promise you wont be disappointed I never have been.

Love this casino!!! Lots of choices of different games to play and great food places. Try Bol for some great ramen and pho. The best part is they have Fresh Harvest! If you have not been there you have to! Its one of the best places to go for a great buffet experience and to top it off the best brunch buffet! You will not be disappointed, but how could you be when they greet you with mimosas!!!

I love this place. Its my fun place. Its so many games to play you dont know which one to play. Always follow your heart when you play. I havent hit the Grand or a major jackpot yet but my time is coming. I enjoy seeing other people win. That lets me know my time is coming. if you would like to get away and relax your mind this is the place to come.

It was fun not as many windows of it first open after the covid smaller jackpots you dont hear as many people winning overall good entertainment music little too loud through the speakers but have a great time brought my mother q76 she had a great time

They are very good at keeping people safe. I just wish they gave more slot rewards. Ive been there with my wife a few times and she gets slot dollars rewards but i dont. I dont u derstand the system. How do you earn them. I spend at least a couple of hundred when i go.

Very clean! Every other machine is either off or not playable for physical distancing. Plexiglass dividers between each machine as well. Also observed staff quickly cleaning off the touch screens on them as soon as players left.

It was our first visit to Coconut Creek and we werent impressed with the slots. There is a much better selection at Hollywoods Seminole Hard Rock. However, we did visit the much smaller Classic Seminole Casino while in the area and we had a blast there. The slots at Classic definitely hit more, my husband & I both left with more money than we took thru the door. We usually go to Tampa Seminole, which for slot play has the largest selection

NYY Steakhouse is consistently FANTASTIC! Margarita, Duane, Jenifer and all of the wonderful staff go above and beyond to make it the consummate dining destination! Tasty steaks done to your personal perfection, steamed & de-shelled lobster was such a treat! Always a good time.

Had a great time inside, but when I finished and went to my car the tire was booted.I was informed that I had been warned about parking. Which I was not. I even thought that I was a Xcard member.Security there doesnt know how to talk to people. I drive 100 miles one way to get there.Time for me to find another casino.

Love Love Love! Their awesome. I love the Management, the cleaning staff, the membership booth has a GREAT young man who is so cheery, look for him, youll leave with a smile. Young black guy, short box cut afro, maybe 22. When I went to tell Rocio how awesome he was she knew immediately. I saw him again last week and went to tell him. Next time I see him Ill ask for management. THOSE are the type of employees to reward and groom for success. Not bitter angry ones. Im truly in love with this Casino.

Too many Karens work here and are more concerned about treating u less than, rather than like a respectful patron that is spending money at their Casino. DEFINITELY go to HARD ROCK CASINO instead!

This is a fairly nice casino. I hate the smoke or I would rate it higher. They have a non-smoking area upstairs but you have to go thru the smoking area to get there, which makes no sense. Plus, there is a very limited selection of machines up there. There are a few tables up there as as well. Otherwise, there is a pretty good selection of video poker machines, especially for Southern Florida. The selection of slot machines is very good. Payouts seem highly variable and I would not call the slots loose by any means. Hand payouts are actually paid quickly which is great but if you are a regular fairly you can now be paid directly at your machine which is really a huge time saver! I just wish I could arrange to withhold some Federal taxes and, of course, beware that it is very easy to quickly spend what is sitting in the machine! The ventilation is only fair and the cocktail/ drink service is adequate. Enforcement of masks is only fair but difficult since so many are drinking and smoking. The players club is pretty cheap about free play even at its highest tier (x-card), but does sponsor lots of giveaways. I do enjoy it here and just wish it were far less smoky. I also wish they would be more rigid in enforcing three rules they do have about masks and only smoking when sitting.

It was a good time. Not sure why they stop serving drinks to non members at 11pm on a Friday night. Place was clean and we saw a lot of staff wiping everything down as we played. Not happy they dont have live roulette

As soon as we sit down they raise the minimum bet to $50. It was an empty table and my group filled it. Theyre just trying to milk all the money they can get when they see a big group come in. Before we sat it was min. $25. We just wanted to enjoy ourselves and we couldnt because the min. bet was so much.

First time in, this place is bigger than it looks. The clean team was very visible and thorough. I actually like the disabled machines since I am usually not a fan of a stranger right next to me.

Beautiful casino and very nice staff. I hit it big at the Wheel of Fortune, not gambling but found a expensive cell phone on the seat.Right away the players club instructed me to bring it to security and the could help. No only did i get good information the very nice young lady took the time to accompany me and show me the way.I cant wait to go back to try all the restaurants that are there.

First time I have been there for over a year. People cleaning constantly.Well spaced playing areas. Either every other machine is vacant or plexiglass between the machines. Same at the tables. Hand sanitizer everywhere.Dining tables spaced safely. The bar with machines where you could eat and play slots was not open at this time.

I had a wonderful time playing the slot machines here. A great place to go and just unwind to get away from it all. Truly a time to be remembered.

They have a step that seems to be pretty friendly and quite a ray of games that you can play now the buffet there the food look good but it was cold that way you didnt get a five

Came to play cards but the minimum at the tables was astronomical. Cheapest was 3 card at 15 minimum, otherwise most tables were 25 or 50 per bet. Tried slots instead but they were a rip off. Second time I went to this casino and second bad experience. Would have been nice to play a table at a reasonable price and had some fun before losing all my money. Never going back

We had a wonderful time everything was clean...the only thing was that they stop selling alcohol at a certain time unless u have like black card or something ..i think its like high roller status which is lame but other than that we had a good time

It was my 1st time visiting the casino. While the 1st floor is almost unbearabley smokey, there is a smoke free level which was very refreshing. All of the employees were polite and helpful. There was a great deal of effort that went into to making it as safe as possible. All the machines were set up so that no one was sitting right next to each other and there was plexiglass separating almost everything. They took our temps before we entered the casino, and there was frequent cleaning. I won a few bucks on the slot machine. Had a few overpriced drinks and enjoyed myself for a couple of hours. Id definitely go back.

Bol service was great! The Casino overall has taken measures to ensure sanitizing throughout is being done but they were no longer temperature checking at the entrance. This is slightly disappointing since someone is standing there checking IDs and they had been committed to taking this safety precaution prior.Amendment: Thank you owner for your response. Please be advised that my husband frequents your casino as a Poker Player and he too was surprised when we came out of the elevator closest to Bol and no temperature was checked on us or others that were entering. Our visit was 9/27 between 2pm-3pm. Thank you again.

With the pandemic theyre very careful they do consistent cleaning every time I go there I win it could be anywhere from $20 to $300 but I never leave broke the servers are very polite very happy been going there for 5 years never disappointed

This place is my go to spot when I want to gamble. The only thing is the cigarette smoke. My favorite machines just happens to be in those areas.

We liked the other casinos better. This casino does not offer a free play for new players. Some if the machines did not calculate winnings correctly. When staff was finally found to show the error, they did nothing to correct it.

Very nice place. The machine payout ratio is great. Went with a couple of family members and we ALL came out ahead. Of course some better than others but we all were winners at the end of the night... Will definitely be going back AND I would feel comfortable recommending this casino to others...

Honestly, this is the only casino in the south Florida area, that I really, enjoy. The pit bosses are extremely, professional, the dealers are absolutely, gorgeous, the food is excellent and above all the shift managers are phenomenal. The place is a pretty classy outfit. Casino management is probably, the best Ive ever seen. And I been in casinos not only in the states but in other countries as well. I have worked in a bank for the last 10 years. Customer service is my specialty. Never in my life have I dealt with a woman as unprofessional as the polish employee at this casino named MONIKA. During a time where the pandemic is literally killing our families, let’s learn to have a little compassion and treat people like human beings. Strict guidelines around social distancing should most definitely exist, but maybe Coconut Creek Hardrock Casino needs to train their staff a little more on proper etiquette and how to speak to the patrons of its own community. A nice reminder to social distance would’ve been much more appreciated as opposed to the verbal assault Monika gave us at one of your blackjack tables. We all want to be safe but this is all new to all of us. Let’s try and show a bit more compassion to the patrons keeping this casino open and everyone employed.
