They made me wait 30 minutes for food that they said would be delivered to my seat. The food never came , I never received a receipt which led to longer time wasted because I had to walk all the way back from my movie just for them to say they already delivered it. I never received it, so is there no type of verification to make sure that it’s the correct customer. Very unprofessional here I wouldn’t recommend it to any one coming here. They didn’t even care to fix the situation. The man ask me if I want a drink for the hassle. I don’t want no drink I want my food delivered when it’s suppose to be delivered. I’m already over priced for a movie I want my service when and how it’s promised. I will never return here again . Highly disappointed and dissatisfied, wasted 30 minutes of my movie to not even be able to eat while watching my movie. I’ll will personally go out my way to leave bad reviews on this movies theater everyday!

I love this Theatre I actually choose to drive 10 miles to this one rather than 1 mile to Magnolia.. the food service line is always quick and friendly. They have great snacks and comfy chairs.

Enjoyed being able to rent the entire theater and steam Mulan.

My dad and I always enjoy coming here every week. Would be nice for some little updates or specials on the food menu after 6 months or so but there is a decent variety on it. Staff is pleasant and theatre is well maintained. Our go to weekly movie theatre

Hubby and I came here on a date night and had a great time. The DJ was playing great music, the place is designed beautifully and has a great vibe and the food we had was excellent.

This place was awesome and I wish we had one of these back in Las Vegas! The bartenders and management staff were great too! So many awesome wines to pick from. It was loud snd vibrant and just the perfect place to socialize.

Hey folks, please support the movie theater industry. They are really trying above and beyond to be covered compliant. they separate people within the movie theater so far apart that I wonder if theyre even making a profit. Use it or lose it

I saw Milk twice at this here theater. I expected to be taken on a gut wrenching tear jerking roller coaster of a ride. I was looking forward to a good cry. Nothing after viewing number 1. Sean Penn=excellent. If he doesnt win for this the academy needs to sit on some statuettes and spin.

One star because 2 weeks ago when I was there, they gave the wrong seat my food. Movie was 25 minutes in and still my food was not ready(flatbread). I went to concession to check what’s going on, kitchen was closed but manager saw me looking around. She did apologize and have them make it again. Went back to my seat and still they went to wrong seat, I waived my hand but they ignored. My husband went to go get the guy and he said he came on our side 3 times, which was a lie because we were on the edge do we would have seen him. 10 minutes left to movie and that’s when we got out flatbread. Bad experience

During this time of Covid, Silverspot figured out a way to keep going. Tonight, we just came from a private showing. We streamed Mulan from Disney+ on the big screen with 20 of my most favorite people, all while social distancing. It was a blast. Best birthday ever!!! Happy Birthday Rosie.

From the brunch, the happy hour, early movies, we had a great time.I have been there numerous times and always felt safe.The food and drinks are exquisite, so are the people working for the establishment. Their is nothing better, than to happy peoples serving, and geniouly talking to you.

I simply loved to be at Silverspot last time. They are having a deal Due to Covid-19, you are able the rent the entire room just for your group, off course limited group, for $99 for 3 hours and you can use the money in Drinks and Popcorn . I wish Silverspot could keep the deal.

Love this theater! Great , clean theater with full bar and kitchen. You reserve your seats either online, at the the touch screen kiosks or if you prefer there is someone is always there to help. They do have comfortable seats with cup holders but they dont recline but no big deal they were roomy. The popcorn was actually very good and fresh ,and I like the way they layered the butter. I love going to this theater and it is nice there is so much around it in the plaza surrounding it.Another major plus for this place is the bar and food. They really make some great drinks! The cosmos are way better than the sugary candy juice they pass off as drinks at the nearby Bar Louie. Even when we are not seeing a movie we will stop in grab a drink and appetizer. So great to arrive early , order some food and have a couple drinks before going i to see the movie.

Baby girls first time at the movies and it was a great experience. Staff was friendly, seats were comfy and she LOVED the popcorn.One great feature is ordering from your seat and have them bring the food to you. I will try that next time.

Looks and feels like a gourmet restaurant or even library. You get your food delivered to your cinema seats. Food is great. Theater chairs are super comfortable. Outstanding experience. Will definitely repeat again.

However; the aggravation of dealing with this place is just not worth it.You can order food on the way in (Which is good). Again, that should warrant more stars. Yet, when they bring the food in, they dont bring it to your assigned seat. Instead, they hand it to the first person to raise their hand. Yes, someone three rows back had dinner on me.I had to miss a chunk of the movie straightening it out. I did get new food though, and it was, good.Also, if you cant make the movie. You have to drive to the theater before showtime to get a refund, which is on a gift card. If I could drive to the theatre before showtime, I would be seeing the movie, wouldnt I?This has happened about three times. Due to last minute work issues etc. And every single time, the gift card is not valid. I dont think they were ever activated. If you collect useless gift cards, youre gonna love this place.Lots of theaters have good sound and picture quality these days. They need to do better.Oh, and as far as parking goes.....forget it.

This was our first time at this theater. Let me tell you how impressed we were... Ticket prices are great, they have incredible food, nice comfy seats & a clean establishment. It is a Dine In theater, which we had never experienced before and let me tell you, it was awesome! You can order dinner & cocktails right from your seat and it is delivered to you while youre watching. Want a real dinner and a movie date night all in one!?! Here you go, this is the place! They also do older films on the big screen on specific dates, from the first Harry Potter to Gone With the Wind. Just another neat thing I found out and we thought was cool.This is our new theater.

The theater is modern and mostly high quality. However, we never visit anymore as the seats are not comfortable. They do not recline nor do they have foot rests. My wife has short legs and the height of the seats makes for a poor experience. we have to travel further for a lower quality theater due to odd choice not to have reclining seats.

Went there with a couple of friends.. overall the seats were comfortable and everything. However we ordered food and their foods came immediately.. and mines NEVER CAME ( mine you I only ordered a basic sandwich) I missed three huge part of the movie so I can go ask them what the hell happened to my freaking sandwich. All three times they told me “ we’ll inform the kitchen and bring your food to you”) well I finished a whole 1hr and half almost 2hr movie and my little sandwich still did not come. It ruined the whole vibe for me, I had to get my refund and get the hell out there, maybe another place will find my money useful. So unbelievable! Just one question.. how long does it take to make a freaking sandwich? Like damn! Smfh.

I prefer Silverspot to other dining theaters. The staff is attentive, the food is good and the app makes ordering extras easy. The seats are oversized and comfy.

Giving it 2 stars for the comfy chairs and nice picture quality. We ordered food 20 min before the show started. Had to miss some of the show and walk around looking for someone about 20 min INTO the movie. Our food took about 50 min total to get and once we did, of course it was cold and soggy. This was our first and last time here.

Plenty of close parking today right outside the Cinema because people arent ready to go to the movies during pandemic, probably.

I took my wife here for Valentines Day last Night to see the Photograph. We ordered our food at around 7:35. 9:30 we still didnt receive our food. I went out to speak with the manager at the time. As I was explaining the situation she walked away from me went to her coworkers addressed them and came back to me. She didnt say excuse me or Im sorry. We asked for a refund for the food due to the fact by that time it was 9:45 and the movie was pretty much over. Overall horrible experience, would not recommend to anyone.

Nice theater. Comfy chairs (not reclineable) and you can order food. However expect to bring a big wallet. A family of 4 can average $50 easily and that is for a matinee! Not to mention popcorn and soda

I went to see “The Adams Family” great movie for the whole family. I had a great experience, the theater has comfortable seating, each one comes with an individual pull out little table for you snacks and drinks, they also have a restaurant on the side if you desire a nice meal.

Love this theater! Automated ticket machines, clean seats, friendly staff. They have a rewards program that lets you earn free movies. They also bring your meals to your seat after you order at the counter or on the app. Free refills on large popcorn. So nice!

This is a really nice theater. I understand why the price is so high however I still find it a little ridiculous to pay so much. Nice for a date night out though.

I Went with a friend clean Seats did not recline or heat like AMC..but food was great. the server did disappear after giving us our food he never came back. Not to mention I had to get him in order to order ..but it was still a nice experience very nice inside .

I love love love the interior. Its so Hollywood Cali. The cheese flat bread is really good but my favorite is the veggie burger with sweet potato fries. I mean the thing is just delicious. And I love that they deliver it to your seat. Very CONVIENIENT

Always clean. Staff is friendly. Seats are huge leather chairs (they do not recline). Love that they do $8 tickets on Tuesdays. Also they will deliver food/snacks/drinks/liquor to you before and during the movie through their app. Parking lot is usually full but you can usually find parking in the adjacent garage.

There are touch screen ticket machines for efficiency in case you did not purchase your tickets ahead, seat selection, and my favorite part.....you can order from your phone and have your snacks/beverages delivered to your seat. Very clean theater. Great staff and very kind and polite to the customers. Food was okay..the margarita pizza (as shown in the picture) was really hand tossed and tomato was salad tomato but it was good. We received lukewarm hotdogs, and I’m sure it would have been great if they were delivered to us earlier. I we love the cushioned seats but couldn’t find a comfy spot because seats do not recline. So my feet do not touch the floor and hangs ..

Such a beautiful movie theater and is super clean. There is staff everywhere to help you and offer to take your food order right when you walk in the theater. The seats are big and comfortable. The only thing is look closely at the movie price ticket because the prices vary by time. A 2:00 movie was $12.00 and a 4:00 was $14.00

One of my favorite movie date night or girls movie night out theaters. The food and drinks are great and I love being able to order my food before the movie starts via an attendant or through my app.

The lobby/lounge is beautiful and great place to have a drink. The theatres arent too bad too, the seats smell a little funky though which shows they arent really cleaned well if at all. The food however is absolutely horrible, Ive waited to write a review and after my third try of different food items its pretty much inedible for me. So if you want a movie then great but dont go hungry. Popcorn is their best menu item

I went the night the new Avenger movie came out. I have to say THIS IS HOW EVERY MOVIE THEATER SHOULD BE! You order your food, either, from the counter then they have it delivered to your seat or you can go sit down at your seats and order from there with the wait staff and they will bring it to you. There is a table that comes out over the recliner seat! SERIOUSLY! CAN IT GET ANY BETTER THAN THAT! NOW THAT IS WORTH THE MONEY THAT YOU PAY TO WATCH A MOVIE! WHEN YOU GO TO A REGULAR THEATER AND PAY $10.50-$13 FOR CERTAIN MOVIES THAN GO SEE ANOTHER MOVIE AT THE SAME THEATER AND PAY $8-9 ITS OBVIOUSLY NOT THE RECLINER YOURE PAYING FOR! WHAT IS IT? HAVENT FIGURED IT OUT YET. AT LEAST WE SIT IN COMFORT! BUT THEY ALL NEED TO REALLY THINK ABOUT DOING WHAT SILVERSPOT DOES! THIS IS THE BEST THEATER IVE EVER BEEN TO IT WAS EVEN CLEAN! The way movie theaters should be. The restaurant has delicious food choices for all tastes. Sandwiches, salads, pasta and Venezuelan tequeños!!!. The movie theater is clean and spacious. Chairs are wide and comfortable. Staff was diligent and courteous. I will be back!!

The auditoriums are not too big, not too small, seats are large, comfy red leather, but they don’t recline—the only drawback.The bathrooms are clean and luxurious; a big feat for any movie theatre.There is no box office, you need to book your tix online in advance or use their automated machines at the entrance.There’s an adjacent bar and restaurant, perfect for dinner and a movie.

It was a step up from your usual. $15 for an adult ticket. Leather seats but didnt recline back, a movable tray table (you can order food and have it delivered to your seat which is a plus) but of course, theater food tends to be expensive for no good reason. They also serve alcoholic beverages. Overall, pretty good experience.

Im very disappointed with management. This is our go to cinema. Today, Valentines day, my family and I planned to go watch Harley Queen: Birds of Pray. We bought the tickets in advance. Once we got there, the theater was changed and one of our seats were occupied. We moved over one seat to the right as it was available. Then come the manager and change us to one aisle down, which was closer to the screen. If I wanted to be close to the screen I would have bought our tickets for those seats.On top of that the manager said that if we didnt want those seat we could get a refund.Helloo? That was our plan for Valentines day! Why would he have to mess it up because of his unprofessionalism? Why he didnt reconfigure the seats right after they change the theater and before people start buying tickets for the new theater?Guess what? No one set on our previous seats. So he changed our seats for nothing.Im not gonna even mention how long it took for our food to be ready....

Perfect movie theater for a night out. The seats are extremely comfortable recliner style seats, the food is good with reasonable portions and this cinema screens everything from the newest blockbusters to classic movies!

Awful experience tonight. All the food for our theater was lost and employees were running around sending angry customers away by telling them its on its way or to a long line for a refund. Nobody accountable. Food arrived for half the theatre in last 10 min of film. Ours never did arrive. Then had to wait in line for a refund.

We had an amazing time at SilverSpot Cinema tonight. We did the private screening & saw Back to the Future. They are super friendly. Food is delicious & the staff is great. We did the private screening which is totally epic. I highly recommend you check them out immediately. Pete, the GM, was super friendly & helpful. Highly recommend.

People needs to get customer service training. Learn to speak to his coworkers, stop giving such horrible actitud and be more friendly to new customers. This guy at the bar, Armando Santana was the worse experience that I had at a movie teather ever.

Great theater with very comfortable seating. There is a restaurant inside and staff that will come to your seat before the movie starts to take your order. Reminds me of IPIC. A little pricey but worth it.

I loved the theater! It has a full bar and several dinner options. The food was good and arrived rather quickly after we ordered. The only issue was the enormous amounts of teenagers talking through the movie. Im guessing its more of a teen hangout spot than not. Next time Ill just see a movie that teens arent interested in

The A/C was warm. The chairs on the first row did not have trays like the others and I dont see a reason for that. Also the seats do not recline, nor have some kind of ottoman for your feet like the pictures show.Two stars only, because the young people serving were 5 stars and the touch of bringing your food is also nice.

This is an awesome movie theater. The reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is only because the seats do not have the do not have the foot rest as other highend theaters do. The seat are large leather and recline, however no footrest.

The movie seats were nice and comfortable. However, they dont recline. They have a bar at the front which is convenient and you can even order food through their app to be delivered to your seat prior to the start of your movie.My reason for 1 star was that I went with 7 adults and a child. Most of us paid for the Large drink and popcorn which we were told that it came with unlimited refills. Once we came out to get our refills we were told that the drink machine was off and we couldnt get any refills. Due to this experience we will not return, nor will I recommend such a place with bad service to anyone. Why were drink machines turned off prior to closing? That just makes no sense to me.
