So many different things for the family also fits all age groups went here with my sisters and we had a blast. Love the food,love the variety of games great family place. The name definitely suits it well.

What a fun place! The kids had a blast and we really enjoyed laser tag. The laser tag room is two stories and the last attendant actually turned on the fog for us which made it so much more fun. Theres even a bowling alley attached which would be great for adults in your party and kids alike. We will be back for sure.

Go early and traffic isnt that bad at all. Buy the all day pass. Bring a lunch. Great pony Birthday party deal.

My Princess 5th Birthday party was at the WOW Factory!! They ALL had a BLAST!! Young and old.When were there we stay at least 4hrs.

Discovered this place thanks to Groupon. My family and I had such a great time. We signed up for bowling and the two young girls in front of the bowling alley were very helpful and even accommodated us despite not having a reservation. We really enjoyed our first visit here and hope to come back soon.

Good place for the kids to play indoors. They have plenty of activities. The bowling alley is fun. It gets crowded on weekends.

My neices love this place. equipment is big enough and strong enough to support parents assisting small children. Brightly colored but cool. A little expensive (especially bowling - constantly empty when ive been here except on discount days) but a great day trip to make me the best uncle on the planet.

Its always a good time at the WoW Factory. My son really enjoys the indoor playground and all the foam balls and air pressure machines. Depending on his need, I can go with him and show him how to do things but now that hes older he doesnt need me as much. The gym is also fun for him to jump on the toddler sized trampoline and play with the other attractions when the big kids get to be too much. My daughter really enjoyed the laser tag, arcade, high ropes course and bowling. Its a great place for a birthday party or getting the munchkins some playtime when the weather is less than ideal.

Very spacious and fun for the kids - lots of activities including rope course and giant playground, safe for small kids and is not too crowded. The place has a number of slots for them to enjoy if they are tired of climbing..

I enjoyed a Sunday afternoon with my 2 sons at The Wow Factory. Kevin at the Rope course really helped with the Rope course. Thank you and I will be happy to return for another visit.

4 parties so far and never disappointed

I loved this place! My kids loved it, it is a big space, lots of fun activities! They have it all when it comes to indoor playground. The only reason I am not giving it 5 Stars is because after about 3pm the bathrooms were disgusting (trash overflowing, not a single toilet paper roll to find, water everywhere) and even an hour or so after when we had to go again it looked worse. The facility is open until 7pm, so I would hope they refill/clean their restrooms throughout the day but that was not the case the day we went. Still loved the staff, everything else!

We came here for a birthday party and when we got there the toddler room was closed for a birthday party. I was disappointed to find out that the entire toddler room was going to be closed during our visit - sad! Aside from that the food was good! My son loved the thin crust pizza and chicken tenders. The arcade was fun also but three of the machines were out working order!

Fun.My husband and I went for our nephews birthday party and we actually dont have kids of our own .But we played laser tag (3x), arcades, and I watched the other adults at the party up on the cat walk. Set up itself is it great! I loved the fact that my daughter got to do the trail elevated ropes course w/ the help of my husband, so that alone was pretty amazing! Price for the package we got was a great deal! And I loved it that since we went during the week, it wasnt packed! ... The only thing I disliked was.. when I went up to the cafe area... It took a while for someone to come out from the back and take my order (unable to provide name... Cause none of the employees wear a name tag) when the guy who took my order got to the register .. he didnt even said I apologize for the wait, hi, he didnt said nothing!!! (And seemed like him and 2 other guys came from the back... Maybe all taking a small break or something) I was considering this place for my daughters b-day party.... But if the service is like that.... I rather spend my money somewhere else, where at least my family and guest would get better customer service!(Gotta make clear .... The lady at the front desk was nice) but there is a lack of organization in this place.

Great place to take the kiddo after a long week. I can be a more organized and clean. Bathroom are gross and tables were dirty but its a great place for family time on a Friday night.

Love this place! Thrilled that they are open today! Parks are closed due to weather- kids are having a blast before having to be stuck inside the house later & tomorrow (hurricane). They took Groupon w/ no problem & we ordered pizza & burger- all yummy! Happy parents, happy kids! Great job Wow!

We went for a birthday party. It was chaos but my son enjoyed himself. There were a lot of activities to do. They have laser tag, bowling, a huge play area with slides and climbing, rock climbing wall, and arcade games. The food left a lot to be desired. The fact they do not have any security protocols at the entry/exit bothers me. Keep a keen eye out for your children.

This place has a ton of potential. Went with my 6-year old daughter. 21$ sale for a pro pack which doesn’t give you much. Spent another $40 for the arcades. The problem, rock climbing wasn’t open, half the arcade games were offline/broken/non functioning. Front staff was non-existent. The play structure is great fun, but overall, this place is being run into the ground by children working it. Perhaps it was because it was a random Wednesday, but I suspect if the owner cared at all, things would be significantly improved. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, which is a shame, as it truly does have potential.

Most of these kind of places you reluctantly show up to with your kids and not only hate your life but also notice the workers hate theirs. This place is drastically different. As soon as I walked in the door I was happily greeted and shown the premises including their security measurements to ensure safety. The workers here all seem to be extremely helpful and happy.The entire place is very clean and well maintained. It even has a little bowling alley for parents and kids to enjoy after the arcade. Food here is actually not bad either. I know weve all had that Chucky Cheese pizza experience and this is something very different.From the playground to the arcade and all of the birthday package options they have, this place will provide endless fun for any kids and parents to enjoy. 5/5 stars, keep up the amazing work and I cant wait to have my daughters birthday party at this location.If this review has helped you please hit the like button and let me know. Staff is friendly. The pricing is very REASONABLE. Toddler area is a separate room which worked great for me. Its awesome all around just go and experience is yourself!! I love the fact you can go in the play area with your children Ive gone to other indoor playgrounds and they domt allow it pass a certain age. I was able to play with my kids and not be telling from a distance. ILL BE BACK!!

It’s wonderful for the kids but the food an the service from the restaurant was very disappointing but my little niece had a lot of fun

What a great place. Had so much fun with the kids. They have an awesome ball area. Had a blast playing games, the staff was very helpful when I had issues with a broken game. Had so much fun playing laser tag. What a great day!

In town visiting my parents who live about 25 minutes from this place so we decided to give it a try. (My kids are ages 2,4 & 7) this place has the potential of being really great. My kids had a blast but the establishment is filthy!! The floors, the bathrooms, the food court area... I’m afraid to ask when the last time the play area was cleaned/sanitized. The food court as I said before was filthy, nothing was stocked for the customers (there was literally a roll of paper towel left out, no silverware, and the ketchup container was empty. Food was what you would expect for an indoor play place however considering that it’s not great, suuuuper expensive. Two burgers and a cheese pizza was $50. Also there is no one monitoring the kids coming in and out of the place which would be nice...the kids had a great time though so we will he back in the future I just hope they give the place a real good cleaning! :)

Fun place to let the kids run wild.

A lot of parents don’t really watch their children. I saw an older girl probably around 7-8 and she shoved my two year old son up in the play area. It’s not my job to correct someone else’s kid. I also had a woman act super obnoxious because my son patted her sons head ( I saw it with my own eyes) She claimed my son smacked her son on the head? For the price it’s well worth it, our son had a blast. I just wish parents were more aware of what was going on with their own children.

Play Time by itself should be enough, but theres a lot of other activities to do there. Bowling seems to be either for a while or permanently.

We came for a birthday party and it was awesome! Not crowded at all and the whole place was clean. Thats huge for me specially since most kids places are always so dirty, you feel your kid needs a good scrubbing as soon as you get home. They have a coffee bar with decent coffee options and good beer deals for happy hour along with good food options. So much to do for kids and adults alike.

From out of town. A lot of kids with no socks on and a lot of parents with shoes in the ball pit area with a clear sign that says to remove your shoes. Its really a hygiene issue to make sure kids have socks on. I brought it to the attention of the workers and they said there is nothing they can do about it. We paid $30 for my daughter to not be able to do most of the activities because the rock climbing was not opened, laser frenzy was not working and there werent anyone doing laser tag. Super disappointed.

OK lets start with saying this place is something special.We had a triple birthday scheduled and booked for a local park, and a tropical storm decided to grace us with its presence.So immediately all three parties involved went into panic mode searching for a new location. Did I say we have 36 kids coming. OMGOk, enter theI think I can say I am completely under stating that Cheyenne R @ the Wow Factory saved the day.Fast forward and within one hour we had a room booked there were pizzas ordered drinks included all the kids had bracelets and game passes the stress was gone.So now, we had to find a new place and thats were Cheyenne and her team at the wow factory saved our day! To sum things up, they were able to fit us in a room, had drinks and pizza flowing and were able to enjoy our kids parties and ourselves.Thank you Cheyenne and the team at the wow factory for coming to the rescue !Major shout out to Cheyenn

We came here for the first time on a Tuesday and the place was very nice and kid friendly. I love the fact that there’s something for all age groups. My kids loved it we will be back.

2nd time coming, first was to celebrate my sons bday and staff was great with service, came today just for the heck of it and staff still great, especially Nick and Mitzi at the café. Super bummer that bar area isnt avail and not much options for the adults at the moment, but we and the staff make it work. Look fwd to the renovation.

I came to the WOW factory for a birthday party and even though the kids had an amazing time I have a couple of complaints. First I made management aware that the womens bathroom was a mess, the garbage can was overflowing with napkins the stalls needed toilet paper the sinks are disgusting. Second, the staff behind the eatery were just hanging out, never looked at the line of customers standing in line waiting for someone to make eye contact so they can get some service. The place needs to be cleaned up and customer service needs to improve. Im glad the kids had fun though but i rather hold my bladder than go in that bathroom.

Although the facility looked fun, nice and somewhat clean, there were no workers supervising the play areas. My son came to me fearful and uncomfortable saying two kids were bullying him, calling him names, as and one stuck his middle finger at him. Never has my 9 year old son told me, I dont like this place, lets go. Parents are not supervising their own kids and workers arent around either. What an awful first experience.

I went there with my daughters to a birthday party. The place was nice but it needs improvement:1- the toddler area needs more things to play with and rearrange those swings that keep hitting the babies2- my daughter had a cut in the arm with one of the slides in the big kid area, she said it was a nail coming out from the slide, she still has the scar, they need to check on that3- have more control/security in the entrance and exit of the facility, somebody can easily enter and abduct a child

Very frustrated with all their music videos full of adult content including Nudity, demonic, psychotic, etc. How nice and welcoming this place would be if only they played kids friendly music videos. I would NOT Recommend this place to anyone.

Wow factory was fun. Our family had an enjoyable experience. Pizza was tasty. Ranger and other staff members were helpful, friendly, and courteous.

Its a very nice place for kids has a bar and restaurant for adults too .

This place is absolute trash. Currently six games aren’t working, there’s garbage all over the floor, and the tables have empty beer bottles. Horrible. This place needs a tool box and a wash.

At the food area we had a horrible experience! Tiana it’s a super rude attendant, she has a terrible customer service, doesn’t know how to treat people, she made all my family fell bad and discriminated, we were scared to ask anything for her because we could see that she was not happy working there. For sure the manager have to train the employees which is working there, especially because it’s a place for kids and they have to learn how to treat people. And the most ironic thing is that on the back of their shirts it’s saying something like “serving food with a lot of fun” that wast not fun for us.

Different levels of access at different prices. The ball room has an obstacle course that should earn you at least an hour of me-time for $13 per kid. They have other things too but thats more money. The café has decent options too, and they dont scour your bag for contraband

My children and I love The Wow Factory but it needs to improve on having an games in working order. There were at least 5 games to that were out of order and 2 more that broke down during my time there. Which was very disappointing because my children and I were looking forward to playing. But great customer service as always

My kids had a good time and it’s a great idea, but the fact of the matter is, it was filthy. We went on a Monday afternoon for my daughters birthday and every table in the cafe was sticky and had crumbs on it, the couches had food on them, and it smelt dirty. My kids didn’t care, but I did. Hopefully if we try it again in a few months it’ll be cleaner.

Worst ever, toddler area is crappy dirty and breaking down. Their ballocity is not in good shape and dirty, arcade machines in serious need, kids bouncing off wall no staff anywhere except for the front desk and no security kids can just leave.

I did a review from first start going there with my daughter as an awesome place. But today really give a bad review of the way I got treated there like if I m robbed a bank or something bad, always when going there spend almost $200 each time even last week spend a1000 for my birthday girl there but today my high pressure was so up cause how they hunting me on the place because no buddy was telling me that is a fee to use the playground ( and telling you I was there maybe about 20 times ready with my daughter). The point is not the I need to pay is the way they did come to me to tell me. Hope still on business cause my money never back there. And by the way half of the equipment was no working today.

Kids could spend all day here. Decent selection of food, coffee, ice cream and beer for the parents. Love it!

My review is for the gym area. They should control by age the kids that go in this area to play.I went here with my 18 month old and there were some older kids like around 10 years old coming in and out with out any control. My baby was jumping and one of the kids came running and jump with out any care. They also go in the swing fast, the swings are right in the middle of the room. I had to constantly watch that my baby didnt get hit by a swing.

Plenty of fun for the kids. Youve got an enormous jungle gym / ball blasting area, an arcade area, Rock wall and to top it all off bowling. Tuesdays they have $2 specials, check out their website for the details. Would definitely recommend for parents who want to let the kids run wild to tire them out

Brought my kids here for the first time and they loved it wow factory also honored my Groupon and were kind enough to let my kids continue to play well after the time window the Groupon said they were allowed to play for. We went 2 hours before they closed and it wasnt busy I highly recommend coming around that time so there isnt a heavy amount of foot traffic. The bathrooms are really clean and there is always staff walking around making sure everything is okay the prices at the food court area are really fair. Cant wait to bring my kids back here I will more then likely be having my daughters next birthday park here!

Hi everyone, I went to the Wow Factory on Sunday Nov. 10, 2019 to celebrate my sons 7th b-day. I invited 3 of his friends I purchased 4 WoW MVP which are $49 a piece it allows them to do all of the activities unlimited. Unfortunately the boys were afraid and they only wanted to play in ballocity and play the games. So I went to customer service spoke with Gianna explained the situation she told me sorry all I can do is give you 4 $5 games that will allow them to play 2-3 games thats it. She said theres nothing she could do sorry. I explained the situation to my friend Amy who is one of my kid friend mom. Amy told me to give her the receipt she goes up to speak to Gianna says the same thing I said, Gianna tells her sorry to hear that and ask for the receipt and gives my money back. Racism is still alive in 2019That was the first and last time going to WOw Factory. Sad thing about is that my son said he really liked the place and wants to go back. I told him sorry we cant go back I will find another kid friendly place that treats all of their customers the same no matter what.

We had a great time tonight, I liked the toddler area for my 1 and 3 year old. The play areas are clean. On arrival and check out Nicki was very courteous and helpful. She went above expectations to ensure we had a great experience.

Fun! Recommend going right when it opens so its empty! Unicorn icecream is amazing!

Decent place to go when it is raining. Gets really busy on weekends. During summer break weekdays camp kids come and they are big and push other kids so if you have a little one beware. Many of the video games were broken. The food is poor so i dont buy that anymore. Groupon has a deal that will save u about $5.

We loved this place for the kids. Now its dirty, the bathrooms are not stocked with paper, the food station is dirty, the carpet is in desperate need of a deep cleaning, and the teenage employees dont help and they lack supervision.Please clean this place up!! Kids come here!!
