They were super nice. It was clean. They had great prices for what we needed. We came in right before closing due to my husband forgetting things necessary for a beach vacation. Biggest thing they cant control is that its difficult to get in coming from the North side.

I needed a swimming suit and some casual shirts, they were helpful when I had bought an incorrect size for the swimming suit.

The selection is great. That have a lot of stuff to browse. The only downside is the prices. Some stuff is very expensive. But for certain small items the prices are okay.

It great. I buy new towels the avengers. And skull ring. No wolverine claw ring as Marvel.

My family and I were in Cocoa beach for a couple days and needed some stuff we left behind. They had everything we needed for a decent price. Not a bad place to get things if youre in a pickle. Well come back.

There is a large selection so if you’re in a hurry it’s a good place to stop. It’s in a convenient location. The store employee may have been a loyal employee to the company for years: however, her demeanor was rude, loud, condescending—need I say more. When an older woman walked in to ask directions, I was floored at the way she was treated. The clerk never took the time to help her even though I told her I could wait. she said...”...I work seven days a week so I don’t know if things have changed to direct you.” When my granddaughter asked: “do you have denim shorts, she said: ... this is a surf shop, so no, you won’t find any denim shorts here. And not in a kind manner. When I asked her what the limit was to get a beach bag, I was shopping with my daughter-in-law, she said: “she already got hers.” Which left me not knowing if I might want to spend more money to get the bag. In fact I put items back. It was just her abruptness. I realize she’s busy but she you could have used her staff member in a better way to help her. I’ve trained on customer service so I’m trying to help. She was not friendly, she did not smile, and when asked a question she would yell from the cash register and point blah blah blah blah. It was obvious the other young man was not trained on the products. He had no idea how to answer questions or be helpful. I was amazed. And, to top it all off when I got home with a shot glass I purchased, the picture of Florida came off in my dishwasher! I have bought hundreds of shot glasses in my travels as they are a unique and easy to carry item. Never, all around this country, shopping in many different kinds of stores, outlets, airports etc. have I had that happen. No, I am short a gift for a family member. A small price monetarily, but a big price to pay for a negative review.Needless to say, I’m not happy, and I feel taken advantage of.

Nice souvenir shop

We travel plenty, especially to the beach, but this was the first time I can honestly say I did not find the local beach store fun.There was plenty of near yelling at customers and I was questioned about my purchase. I wanted to cut the sleeves on a children’s shirt (and I was also reminded multiple times of the size as though I didn’t know). I appreciate being given scissors though.Also, pretty sure I left my card holder which isn’t the end of the world because I can cancel/order more. It’s just a hassle and a fault of my own. However, my husband and I both called (multiple times albeit we we were an hour away so we were not able to get confirmation it was there) immediately after and never got an answer.In the future it would be great if the staff did not yell and if so used a more jovial tone. Also, phones are an excellent asset to utilize. Especially when visitors are trying to rectify a mishap.

Merchandise is decently priced for the very young and older. Good selection of products that the young can identify with and will use at the beach or in the pool. Great selection for fun rafts and swim aids for young children also. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Large selection higher prices

This a neat store for water clothing, beach water shoes and supplies. The down side there are absolutely NO REFUNDS! Which they do not have anywhere posted in the store.My wife and I were in town to catch a cruise and stopped here for some last minute items. I purchased some water shoes and got to my car and decided to return them. Walked back in and they wouldnt refund me. They have a very poor , poor return policy. I would recommend to everyone who considers purchasing from here weigh your options first or try it on. Again they do not offer a sign thats says all purchases are final.

This place can help u in case u need something to go to the beach. Too big n full of same stuff. Prices are not great. Look twice.

You can find nice things here, but the staff service especially the cashier treat latinos like we are not wellcome at this store, like my money does not count. And I spend more than a $100. Is not about who spend more or less, but to treat eachother good & respectfull. Horrible experience while I was shoping with my son.

They found my Keys! And I love their items and prices. I get a new pair of water shoes and swim suit here every year when we visit.

Stopped in to look at hats and used the bathroom while I was there. Decided to leave after using the bathroom. Lets just say Ive used construction site port-a-pots (honey buckets) that were nicer and cleaner.

My fiancé, 2 daughters and I are staying a hotel right next door and decided to get some souvenirs here. We each got a shirt. When we got back to the hotel room, my fiancé questioned why there were 3 items at $12.99.We had 1 shirt($16.99), 2($12.99) and 1($9.99) and there was another charge for $12.99. The receipts do not have the item description- only a price.My fiancé went back to get his $12.99 back and the employee(bleach blonde hair) was very rude to him and questioned if he brought back everything we purchased when we were JUST there and brought back all of the other items we purchased. She eventually refunded the money and when he asked for a new receipt, she refused and said she would have to do a “re-ring”. Why would we spend $100 on stuff just to lie about her scanning an item twice to get $12.99 back?Spend your money elsewhere.

Average beachwear place. Has more swimsuits + swim shorts than a similar one down the road at least.

Typical Beach front souvenir/swimwear shop. I bought an extra pair of swim shorts.

It was cool. Purchased a snorkel and mask set for our upcoming vacation, and guess what the mask leaked.
