The pizza was good, but for 22 dollars for a 2 topping pizza, there could have been way more toppings.

Ordered food to be delivered, when I went to cut my calzone in half, it wouldnt cut. It had been microwaved so the bread part had become rubbery.Why would you need to microwave it before delivery, everyone knows what it does to bread. Also ordered mac n cheese. Didnt realize it was just going to have some grated cheese sprinkled over noodles. Never again!!!

I celebrated my PhD today in this delicious restaurant. happy to tell that we had a great evening and the restaurant was unquestionably the reason for this outstanding meeting. The waiters cooperated in a sweet style, the food was great and my friends were very happy. We shall no dout visit again for more events. Thank you very much.

We’ve been here a bunch so I just wanted to comment on the summer menu items. I’ll say that my wife and our family loves this restaurant. I came here after work one Friday and had bottomless mimosas. It was wonderful.On this particular occasion, my wife and I went with my sister’s in-laws from North Carolina. I will pause here to say that they are perhaps the sweetest people on the planet and their accent sounds like molasses poured over fried chicken and waffles. It’s the echoing somnolence of the Blue Ridge mountains. It fills our hearts with joy.Pan-Seared Salmon Piccata-$17I chose this dish and I wasn’t planning to eat all of it. The salmon was crisped and caramelized at the edges, with a lemony, garlicky loose topping over it. The asparagus was ample, large pieces lightly sautéed. No crunch, no mush. The pasta was coated in oil and mixed well with the salmon and garlic topping. I would have liked to add some lemon over top to complete the effect or have some parsley mixed in to the pasta, but overall it was very satisfying. I ate the whole thing, even the piece I set aside for my wife (mostly because I forgot why I had put it there and also because I wanted to eat it).Shrimp and Asparagus Angel Hair Pomodoro-$15My wife had this for dinner and then for lunch the next day (she has more self-control than I). She had it again the following Friday when we came back. She loved the mozzarella, which got some good cheese stretch when mixed with the hot pasta. She liked the small bites of asparagus and shrimp. I stole a shrimp (as one does) and found that it had plenty of pop to it. It had a light, herbaceous seasoning over it, mostly of basil. It was another light summer dish which could have valued the inclusion of a lemon to brighten it.LasagnaMy sister’s father-in-law enjoyed this, though he couldn’t finish it. I enjoyed hearing his position on it because we found his Carolina lilt incredibly soothing and possibly therapeutic. He gave it two thumbs up!Manicotti with MeatballsMy sister’s mother-in-law enjoyed her meal as well, especially the plentitude of cheese and sauce. She found it helped to coat the meatballs and overall endear the dish to her, as she was to us with every syllable she uttered.Overall, a wonderful meal!We recommend the summer menu items that we tried and furthermore recommend having in-laws from North Carolina because their sweet southern twang will warm your heart and soothe your worn, city folk souls.

The food was good. Youd expect nothing less from Di Ciccos. The architecture was plain yet exciting, offering a homely yet somehow extravagant feeling. I only saw dining outside (covid-19) and even that felt beautiful thanks to trees, flowers, and their architecture. I genuinely advise this Di Ciccos to everyone, a nigh-perfect place to eat.

Ive been going to the Chicos since I was 16 years old worked across the street at gattis Arco I used to live off the pizza I was there every week what happened Ive moved out of town I come back every 3 months the last two times Ive went I dont understand what happened to the food theres no sauce not enough cheese not enough toppings the crust as hard as a rock Im afraid Im going to have to take my business somewhere else Im 60 years old now I know Victorio moved to Colorado every time you come back into town the Pizza got better I dont know whats up but I dont know if youre trying to scrimp and save so you make more money off the pizza but youve lost a customer lifelong customer Im 60 my mothers 93 she told me to throw it away. I just dont understand what happened both of our families have been in Fresno and Clovis since there was a dirt and this happens it is sad sorry for the bad review but thats just how it goes its bad

My son had spaghetti which was super dry and little sauce, but he was hungry and didnt want to wait so he ate it. I ordered gluten free scarface and it was way undercooked. I called to let them know and they agreed to remake it however they didnt have any drivers (we ordered door dash) so i had to pick it up AFTER i ordered this on doordash and paid for delivery. I had just had surgery which was the reason i had the order delivered to begin with. The second order was ALSO undercooked pasta. The gluten free pasta cost an extra 4 bucks and im afraid diciccos jus doesnt know how to cook it right or the batch was bad as I was told it is cooked twice. By the time i got the second order home to eat I was so frustrated, I tossed it and called it a night. I will not order this here again. A waste of almost 60 bux on 2 plates and a dessert for delivery! The bread was good and plentiful, Salad was good except I asked for ranch and sent italian. We also ordered a tiramisu which was extra mushy, and definitely not worth the cost.

We hit a few glitches since the arrival. Not greeted for at least 10 minutes of standing there when we entered. We got our appetizer after we had finished our meal, and I never got the second iced tea I ordered. They did comp us one beverage because of the late appetizer. The food was good. I would go again and hope for a better experience.

Had a veggie calzone, out of this world. But Im really writing about the desert. White chocolate bread pudding with vanilla ice cream. Caramel over everything. Delicious.

Dont usually leave reviews but I am absolutely floored by the poor service/quality of our order today. Ordered two dinners and a kids meal. The dinners arrived without the salads and the kids spaghetti had enough sauce for maybe a quarter of the pasta. We ordered a side of meat sauce and only received marinara. Our side of meatballs were spilled and leaking into the bag. (This one may have been the doordash drivers fault). If one of these things happened I would have brushed it off as Im not the snooty type but for the $$ spent we deserve better.

Great food and service with social distancing, staff wearing mask and doing thorough cleaning. I felt safe to dine in. My party was only ones there for lunch. Ill be back again.

Do Cicco’s has always been a favorite of our family for years. They have very good food. You can’t go wrong with any of the pasta dishes and the pizza is good too. They have a great environment that really makes you feel like you are in a real Italian restaurant. Despite some other reviews on here, the service was excellent.

Calzone was good, but it was mostly bread.

I have never paid 60 + dollars for a pizza, a beer, and a glass of wine. Had I known that they charged $3 for each topping I would have never made up my own pizza, even though I had less toppings on the one I made then their prefab listed pizzas.The pizza crust was doughy. I had to ask the food server person if they forgot to put the hamburger on my pizza. He said they crumble it up and mix it in. I couldnt taste any hamburger, and the onions where barley notable. I could count the slivers of olives and mushrooms.So, the four toppings cost me $12. Huge profit margin for the company.Just for your reference to compare with their pizzas listed on the menu. Which had more toppings and cost quite a bit less. We will never return to this establishment.

Im from New York and this is the most authentic Italian restaurant in the Fresno / Clovis area. Its delicious!

No background music, one waiter slash bartender, out of both the appetizer and beer I ordered and wasnt served our champagne that was included as VIP tickets holders. I would not return.Only thing great about our visit was the comedy. We got a Friday night out and chose to enjoy Slice of Comedy. If it werent for the comedians our night wouldve been a disappointment.

I love the classic Italian atmosphere. The staff are always gracious and speedy. We ordered the Cheese Pizza with extra cheese, light sauce and lightly cooked! So buttery and tasty! Always order their dinner salad with their homemade Italian house dressing. I usually get a bottle to go of this delicious dressing! And their bread.....OMG fresh made daily baked white bread. Words cannot describe!

Sense when do you have to pay extra for a small house salad? I never, nerve had to pay extra. When you order it comes with a small house salad and bread. I was not impressed with the Clovis Restaurant, the food was just okay. With the Christams shopping rush they should have more than one server for the entire restaurant. That poor man was worked to death running around like a chicken. I was impressed how he handled his self. I just wish I could have more tea. I will not be returning to this location again. The Sanger location is my forever favorite!!!

Best Italian food in Fresno Ca

Holy Wow, this place was wonderful! We had the calamari and mozzarella bread for starters. The calamari was cooked to perfection tender but not chewy or raw. The cheese was melted evenly on the bread and was heavenly. I had the chicken piccata and although it was made different than others I’ve had this one is probably my favorite. Don’t know then I’ll be in the area again but I will definitely be back.

This spot is worth a visit. They have big portions for affordable prices. Always well organized and with good atmosphere. Will visit here again.

Had a calzone tonight. They are getting really skimpy on the fillings. The one I got tonight was totally flat. No roundness to it at all like it used to have. It was mostly bread. For the price they charged for this, I couldve had a whole pizza almost.

Best cocktails and the slice of comedy is hilarious!

Went for the comedy show. Highly recommend to see local acts and some good headliners. Weve been twice and both were great shows. Bar and server were very busy and understaffed and still managed to take really good care of us. Their calamari was excellent.

Went there for late dinner. Food good but service lacking, ignored customers. Salad came after main course. More interested in setting up for next day, missed order for after dinner drinks and dessert.

We always choose Di Ciccos! Its a fine Italian cuisine with the best service! A group of work friends met up there today. And we shared a bunch of appetizers and wine. The food is out of this world good! Bear was our server. We were a loud bunch and he was attentive, friendly and prompt. Thanks again for a stand out experience.

Enjoyed the taste of the calzone somewhat. However when I received it it was flat & unattractive (see attached photo) the waiter said because I only ordered three ingredients in the calzone is why it looks bad. Seriously, it shouldnt matter If I only ordered 3 ingredients, pack it full of the 3 ingredients. Ridiculous. :(

Ordered eggplant parmigiana got 1/16 inch of eggplant lots of marinara and a little bit of cheese..try DiCiccos on first and Shaw or Abby and Blackstone..great mainara..eggplant so thick you need a knife..they are the original.

Had an enjoyable paint nite at Di Ciccos. The drinks were great and the instructor was terrific.

We were here for the Elvis show that is here every first Wednesday of the month. Show was great and will go back for it again. They have a buffet style dinner with the show. Food was pizza and pasta in white and red sauce. Food was good and there was plenty. The house wine that I had was great(Cabernet Sauvignon). If you havent been to the Elvis show they host here I highly recommend it.

This is my favorite location of this local Italian chain. The Calzones are second to none! Always my go to when I come here. Their warm bread with butter to start off is amazing! Service is always nice, they have nice and quick lunch specials Monday thru Friday. If you want good Italian food in a very nice setting this is the place to go

Old time favorite. Did is consistently great. I would say they may add a bit too much cheese on the cannelloni and manicotti, but the flavors are good. Great family place.

As always the Clovis location serves fresh high-quality food. Our pizza was made to order, right down to the dough. Toppings were abundant and flavorful. The service was courteous despite how busy it was and the pizza was piping hot!

Italian food and service at this place is excellent. Service is always awesome even when they have a full house. The service was very welcoming and observant. Kinda of like a restaurant in Los Angeles I loved to visit.

Service was a bit slow. Had a fettuccine alfredo that had way too much parsley and parmesan. Sauce tasted bland and noodles a bit over cooked.

Happy hour has legit drink and appitizers. I had three rum and Cokes, an order of Bruschetta and a meatball sampler. The cost? $20. Bartenders were friendly and the food was good.

Just like old times...Calzone was deep fried. I prefer baked for health reasons, but hey, you are eating a calzone. Love this place.

I have been coming here since I was a child. They have had a few ups and downs but,their food had always been delicious. The Clovis restaurant offers a lot of entertainment opportunities in their banquet room. The decor not overly gawdy, rustic Italian. My only issue is.... Being in Old Town Clovis, parking is always a challenge

First time weve been there since the remodel, looks nice. Food is still great, service was too. Dining Room is brighter & more open. Doesnt look like 1988 anymore.

Sorry to be a downer but we ordered meatball sandwiches. You could have driven nails with the bread. The sauce was ladelled on with an eye dropper and the cheese was of a similar portion. All in all, barely edible. Again, sorry.
